"On overall, the bathroom unit itself seems a little dark.There was no lighting in the shower unit as well as the washing sink. The whole bathroom is not very clean especially the area in between the shower and washing sink.The living and kitchenette area is a little cramp and does not reflect same per advertised in internet.With one sofa bed, a dining table with 6 chairs and a standing cupboard that places a television unit in same area does not provide a comfortable area for guest...especially when we need to hang wet clothes.Bedroom unit is acceptable and spacious.The wood flooring is just in average acceptable condition .The toilet bowl was not in good condition as it was not able to be flushed hence we need to wait till next evening till we return to the unit after it was being repaired. Suggest to place the Television set in the bedroom unit since the kitchen and dining area is small. Guest will not be comfortable sleeping directly towards the Bathroom position with dining table and kitchen surrounded it together with the clothing rack.May also suggest a mirror in the bedroom unit as guest would have to only use the mirror next to the kitchen area next to bathroom.Pls also improve the cleanliness especially the Bathroom/ Toilet and Dining / Living area as this is the important area for guest.On overall, we are truly and excellently satisfied with the service and hospitality given by Mr Staphane Zucculotto. His warmth services has actually overcome the disattisfaction we had during the stay.Highly complimented Mr Stephane assistance and service."

"The contact was extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment was clean and as described and very close to the Eurostar terminus.
There was some disturbance outside our windows ( two people scuffling and arguing)in the courtyard late on Friday night but other neighbours above us moved them on quickly."
