"This was our 5th trip to Paris, but our first to rent an apartment. I loved the apartment...the location, the accommodation, everything. It was nice having a large space, as opposed to the usually small hotel rooms. I would have fixed a few little things, like the coffee table needed repair, but it didn't take away from enjoying our stay at all. I would definitely stay there again. The location is great, super close to a Metro stop. There are 3 markets within 1-3 blocks for anything you may need. Our contact person was very nice, met us at the exact time we coordinated and explained everything. We didn't have to contact him again for anything."

"Checking into the apartment was easy and informative. The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. It was comfortable and much larger than we expected for two people. Everything was clean and ready to go. The phone for local and long distance calls was appreciated. The only complaint we had was the bed was not very comfortable.
We were located close to a Metro station which made it easy for getting around and within walking distance of Musée de 'la Orangerie, Musée d' Orsay on the Seine River. and Musée du Louvre. There were good restaurants and cafés in the area, Grocery shopping was convenient.
If we return to Paris, we would consider this apartment for our stay."

"4 problems that should not have occurred.
1) Bathtub plug closed but would not reopen to drain the tub. Possibly routine inspection may have missed that. Fixed next day
2) One over-bed light bulb not working. Should have been noted and changed before we got there. Fixed next day.
3) Coffee maker was missing the canister that receives the brewed coffee. NO EXCUSE! Ill-fitting substitute supplied next day.
4) Stale smell when we got there. Heat off for days, so very cold, took hours to warm up."

"El apartamento es muy bonito y bien ubicado, pero no se puede dormir antes de las 2 am, es imposible ya que las escaleras quedan atras de de la pared donde esta ubicada la cama, es como si tubieras una maraton de gente subiendo escales sobre la cabeza, vecinos muy ruidosos, al contrario de la calle que es muy tranquila, se debe tener en cuenta algunas cosas, para arreglar, la pintura del baño se esta cayendo a pedazos, poner una escala para la bañera ya que es muy alta, comprar tazas para el chocolate ya que solo sirve 1, y las de mas estan vergonzosamente rotas para dejarlas ahi, falta cuchillo para cortar la carne, cambiar las bonbillas quemadas de la luz de la cocina, es increible, pero no se puede cocinar sin luz, tube que llevar una lampara del salon para poder cocinar, el interphone timbra pero no se puede abrir la puerta desde adentro, debes ir afuera y abrir, hacia bastante frio"
