Location saisonnière Paris: Studio à 300 mètres de Notre-Dame

  Las fotos del apartamento que aparecen en la página web, no reflejan fielmente la antiguedad del aapartamento. Está mas deteriorado de lo que aparenta en las fotos. Debería mostrar una foto de la escalera de acceso al apartamento para que el cliente potencial del mismo se haga una idea de las ...dificultades de acceso. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es el olor a humedad que tiene el apartamento.

Confirmarle que las fotos del piso son nuevas y que se han tomado en Enero 2012. El propietario va a tomar todas la medidas para asegurar el buen estado del piso. Recordarle que para cualquier incidencia durante su estancia, se tiene que contactar la persona de contacto o el Departamento de Atención al Cliente abierto todos los días entre las 11h y las 20h.

  The accommodation was lovely, just what we needed in Paris. The location was perfect. We were disappointed that the apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, and wasn't cleaned until after 5pm. The shower also was very small, and the hot water outlet became very hot while the shower was on, ...which made showering somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, we really liked the apartment and would return. Thanks! 

  A lovely apartment in a great location. It's small but perfectly formed and had everything we needed. It was very clean, and the bed was particularly comfortable.Our contact person A. was friendly and helpful.

  Location is fantastic, but expect to be woken by early morning street cleaners - still, it is worth it! Quaint appartment on a popular corner, great foodie spot & close to sites & transport. Great service during booking & on arrival but we did send an email during our stay about a possible issue (turned out not to be an issue) & didn't hear back.

  Do mention for guests to come, that the location in the heart of Quartin Latin is excellent, but does mean a lot of noise all night beneath your window.....!

  Great location to experience life of paris

  Eindruck der Fotos auf der Webseite entspricht nicht der Realität. Geräte wie Wasserkocher und Toaster sind heruntergekommen und schmutzig vorgefunden worden. Beleuchtung ausschließlich durch Nachttischlampen und daher mangelhaft. Beleuchtung der Küchenzeile defekt. Kein Dunstabzug. Grundlegende... Sauberkeit bzgl des Bodens im Wohnraum mangelhaft. Sauberkeit an sich verbesserungswürdig. Toilettensitz defekt.

  Aunque su mejor valoración es la localización no me gusta que es un tercer piso sin ascensor y que la ducha sea tan pequeña.

  Casa molto bella, in posizione centralissima, pulita e dotata di tutti le forniture specificate nella pagina web. Ideale per una coppia. Unica pecca: la doccia non fornita di porta a vetri.

  The flat was cosy clean and had everything we needed.

  Great location. The place was as I expected it. Small shower (and I'm small). The laundry machine wasn't super reliable. You must be aware that this is a LOUD area on the weekends - loud outside and downstairs until 3am on Friday night. Overall, good place to stay, I'd stay again. When we got... to the apartment no one was there to meet us (we were 15 min late to our meeting time). This caused some panic as we had no phone and when we talked a hotel front desk person into letting us use theirs, no one picked up the contact number. If I didn't happen to go back to the hotel after 20 mins to try again, I wouldn't have known they left a message that they were running late. Not the best start to a stay, but the contact person was very sorry and helpful once they got there. 

  Our time at Rue De La Harpe was wonderful. We were slightly dissapointed when the washing machine was broken, as this was the second leg of a long trip. The apartment wasn't as clean as I expected and no extra blankets which was disappointing. However the rental agents answered every call and were ...very friendly. Situated in best part of Paris, it is an amazing place to be. 

  The location of this appartment is perfect if you want to be in the middle of a busy exciting neighbourhood... Buzzing with lots of little restaurants and Paris atmosphere ! We loved the location and the apartment looking down onto the bustling street on people, music and restaurants... However if ...you don't like noise, late into the night or in early morn it's not for you! We loved it ! 

  Quite satisfied with the rental. The apartment was good except that the curtains fell on the first night! The owner was very professional and we will try to rent the same apartment next time we come to Paris.

  Location was excellent, however a damp smell and damp in the bathroom was unfortunate.

  De ligging is fantastisch mits je van wat gezelligheid houdt!

  Nel complesso tutto molto bene, posizione ottima. L'unica cosa da migliorare potrebbe essere la doccia, che è veramente piccolissima.

  Appartement extrêmement bruyant, et extrêmement mal odorant. Les odeurs de cuisine grasse des restaurants du rez de chaussée sont insupportables et donnent la nausée dés que l'on franchit la porte cochère de l'entrée de l'immeuble. Commentaire noté ci-dessus concernant les odeurs ...nauséabondes et le bruit incessant de la rue, malgré des fenêtres fermées la nuit et le jour. 

  The location is fantastic amongst cafes and shops in st germain as you really feel like you're living in the heart of everything. It's a very short walk to Notre Dam and st Chapelle. It's a cute apartment with high ceilings and tall windows. Everything you need is there even with the ...small size. Communication with the owner is easy and prompt. It's a narrow 3 flight staircase that you need to climb for your luggage and you may want to bring earplugs if you are travelling in the summer and need the windows open as there is no air conditioning or fan.
