"The apartment was clean but it could do with updating it cups/bowls etc. The apartment was not the one we booked due to work being done on the first floor (this is true) but we were told that both were the same size). There was a lot of outside noise between 2am to 4am) which was out of the control of the owner but the old type windows did not help. The owner was helpful and friendly and arranged a taxi back to the airport for us but make sure you arrange a price beforehand. Overall happy with our stay. "

"Se han de reparar las persianas de la habitación y las del comedor.
Se ha de limpiar el baño, bajo el marmol de este hay todo tipo de frascos usados.
Se ha de limpiar un poco la nevera y la cocina a fondo."

"Mieux préciser le type de couchage : ici le canapé lit n'a pas de matelas.
Vous dormez directement sur les coussins ! Il s'agit vraiment d'un couchage d'appoint. Ce bien est compatible uniquemet pour 2 personnes.
Le lave-linge est cassé (porte/hublot cassé).
Appartement sans double-vitrage situé au dessus d'une discothèque !
C'est très bruyant.
Le ménage très léger (sanitaires sales).
Seul point positif : l'emplacement."

"Large, well laid out and furnished apartment in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk east of the George V Metro station, and ideal for exploration of Paris. Entry is off the Champs Élysées, however, the apartment actually looks out of the back of the Claridges Residence to Rue de Ponthieu, which is a busy street with a night club near the apartment and many service entrances, which means a lot of noise lasting late into the night and starting early in the morning. A good nights sleep will only be possible if you are used to a lot of noise or you use a good set of earplugs. The overall apartment experience would benefit from a bit more elbow grease on the cleaning side, some basic handyman fixes (e.g. some of the shutters did not open and the washing machine did not work - M. Medi took some laundry to the laundromat for us), and a small investment in some better (and possibly matching) larger sets of glasses, cutlery, towels and bedding to serve 4 persons. The pull out bed in the living room is OK for a short stay but one side is very firm and might be a problem for longer stays. If you are looking for a quiet retreat in a sleepy part of Paris, give this apartment a miss. If you are a night owl that likes to hear and feel the pulse of the city, this one is for you!"

"The accommodation was disgraceful and I would NEVER book another apartment with All Paris Apartments. I will possibly NEVER book an apartment while travelling overseas again as a rsult of this experience. The toilet was filthy. The kitchen sink had food scraps in it.. The floors and furniture had not be dusted or wiped clean. We did sleep for 4 nights! the night clubs were thumping ALL NIGHT! Cars and motor bikes were screeching up the road all night and we could hear fighting and yelling going on. It was frightening.
Despite being told the washing machine had been fixed it had not. You need to check as the owner obviously does not tell you the truth. Our stay in Paris was spent making phone calls to T who was understanding but I feel we were misled about the apartment and no compensation was forthcoming. No good enough. I will be making comments on Trip Advisor when I return to Australia. Luckily we have moved on to excellent hotels who deliver what they represent."
