Location saisonnière Paris: Appartement proche du Pompidou

  depto. pequeño , apto para no más de 2 o 3 personas, siendo pequeño tenía todo lo necesario en comodidades, excelente ubicación, un barrio con todo cercano, relación precio/servicio fue buena. París es espectacular.

  Very small living space, next time will look at the square metres! Ideal for two. Not enough plates and dishes for a family of four. Outside coutyard relaxing but not used, can be overlooked from windows above . No air conditioning, thankfully weather cool. Great location, not too noisey ...considering cafe bars downstairs. Felt safe. Owner helpful . Watch out for late arrival charges.

  The terrace is definitely the best feature of the apartment itself, but of course the location is great as well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, cookware, etc. It does accommodate four people, but I would say it would be most appropriate for two adults and two small children; two... adults with adolescent children or four adults may find it cramped for a lengthy stay of a week or more.

  I have stayed with my parents for 3 nights and this flat was perfect for us. It is small but lovely. This flat is in the centre of Paris and is perfect if you are coming for sightseeing, close to supermarket, restaurants, bars and main metro station. The description is 100% accurate, and there ...was nothing I could complain about. I had 4 great days in Paris and I would recommend choosing this apartment! 

  Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet und bietet 2 - 3 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist einmalig und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders hübsch ist die kleine Terasse, die bei gutem Wetter zusätzliches Flair bietet..

  We were in front of the unit waiting as planned via email with the owner, and after 20min, I had to borrow a waiter's mobile to contact him. He then sent someone right away but what was the point of arranging time beforehand? The unit is VERY small. The bed was a double size and barely big enough ...for 2 adults. The sofabed was decent but because the bedding/sheets were tucked inside the sofa, we couldn't tell if it has been washed or not. Did not have that clean sheet smell to it. There was no soap of any kind so bring/buy your own. The unit was old and dirty. All the dishes and glasses needed to be washed before use because it was dusty. There was bath towels but no kitchen towels, napkins of any kind. No rug inside the unit to wipe your feet from balcony. So when it rained, we tracked in water. The noise from outside can be loud on weekends. And early morning and late at night, you can hear the restaurants below dragging their chairs and tables around. So it is not as insulated as other people have commented. It is an older building so there are cracks and peels. Quite small for 4 adults. The plus side is, it is a great area and neighborhood close to everything. The price is reasonable compared to other accommocations in the area but you get what you pay for.

  Appartement pratique pour des visites touristiques. Commerces à proximités, rue animée, situation en retrait de la rue de l'appartement. Prévoir toutefois des bouchons d'oreilles les jours de festivités, les bars mitoyens étant assez sonores. Les descriptions sont exactes, les photos mettent ...très en valeur l'appart. Les dimensions correspondent à un appartement parisien, ce qui explique sans doute la surprise d'un des précédents locataire : l'appart n'est pas "trés petit", il est même assez grand%u2026 pour un appart parisien ! Propre, pratique (mention pour les indications du bailleur sur les commodités locales), nombreux rangements, bonne literie ferme, équipements de qualité et une décoration pas anodine (peintures, dessins, bibelots, ameublement 70'). Restent des petits détails à améliorer pour en faire un produit qui sort du lot : la salle d'eau, avec quelques carreaux ébréchés, un rideau de douche inadapté qui inonde les WC, lesquels sont effectivement étroits. Attention, maladroits et enfants turbulents : grande table basse en verre, miroir en pied ! La terrasse (en fond de cour de 3 étages) est sans doute un must pour les repas en été, et apporte un peu de lumière et de verdure. Dans l'ensemble, une location à touche personnelle qui contribue à un agréable séjour, avec un contact simple et confiant du représentant du bailleur (english spoken). L'idéal pour une visite au musée d'Art moderne G.Pompidou situé à 100 m. Dans un quartier qui garde une "vie" parisienne animée, sinon authentique. Votre site est bien. J'apprécie particulièrement la clarté des disponibilité de location, contrairement à vos concurrents. Le système de caution sur prélèvement CB ne semble pas fonctionner sur toutes les cartes, et nous avons dû faire un chèque. Dans tous les cas, ce système n'offre aucune garantie contre un prélèvement frauduleux du bailleur, aucun état des lieux n'étant établi. La confiance mutuelle présente des avantages, mais aussi des limites. J'ai des doutes sans pour autant pouvoir me confirmer sur l'adéquation de cette pratique. avantage ou risque ?

  alloggio pulito e funzionale, posizione centralissima su una via di localini tuttavia silenzioso perché interno.

  schmutzig, laut, abgwohnt und starker Küchengeruch! Kaputte Fliesen im Badezimmer, Schmutz unter den Kästen und unterm Bett, schlecht funktionierende Heizung, etc. das WC viel zu klein - die Türe kann man nicht schliessen, wenn man sich am WC befindet (nur Kinder schaffen das). Das Schlafsofa ...im Wohnzimmer war indiskutabel; die Federn waren so laut, dass man sich nicht bewegen durfte ohne die anderen aufzuwecken. Somit konnten wir im Sofa nicht schlafen und mussten uns zu dritt das "Schlafzimmerbett" teilen. Der Mistkübel in der Küche hatte keinen Deckel - es gab keine Geschirrtücher - wir mussten unser eingenes Handtuch verwenden. Für das Babybett wollte man uns 50 EUR verrechnen - statt vertraglich vereinbart 25EUR. Dieses Appartement ist eindeutig nicht familientauglich und ich ersuche Sie dies zu berücksichtigen!

Der Eigentümer der Wohnung bestätigt, dass die WC-Schüssel an der Wand aufgehängt ist und es ist eine zusätzliche Tür gibt, welche die Toilette vom Rest des Bades abtrennt. Zudem bestätigt er, dass auch der Zustand der Schlafcouch überprüft wurde. Für alle Gäste wird jeweils ein Badetuch und ein normales Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Paris, in einer belebten Gegend.

  A cause d'un matelas trop dur à notre goût, nous n'avons pas noté le logement comme excellent. Sinon, top.

  All the kitchen utensils were dirty. Location was good but you will need earplugs! And the contact person kept us waiting for the keys for two hours although we had arranged a time via email the day before. The contact number left did not work.

  El apto esta bien . Lo malo es el piso resbaloso. Casi me desnuco por q me cai entrando de la twrraza al salon. De resto bien esta muy central . Tiene de todo pero se me hizo un poco caro para ser lo q era. Esta muy central . Muy cerca de notre dame .pero para dormir esta bien. Solo tiene un canal... en español y es la 1 de tve no mas. La terraza esta genial lo malo q llueve mucho y no se disfruta bien y si esta mojado entras al piso te puedes caer como me paso a mi 

  L'alloggio ha rispecchiato in pieno le descrizioni e le aspettative del sottoscritto, lo consiglio soprattutto per la posizione (a pochi metri da tanti siti turistici e da alcune delle più importanti stazioni metro e RER) e per chi ha bisogno di una cucina funzionale soprattutto in presenza di ...bambini (sotto casa c'è addirittura un fornito supermarket molto utile in caso di necessita'). Non da meno sono i numerosi e caratteristici localini, posti proprio nelle immediate vicinanze dell'alloggio, dove assaggiare gustosi piatti della cucina francese. Anche se un po' piccolo (ma era noto che lo fosse), per le nostre (quattro occupanti) esigenze e' risultato accogliente e la persona di contatto si è mostrata molto disponibile. Lo cosiglio vivamente a chi volesse trascorrere una vacanza nel cuore di Parigi. 

  lugar muy bien situado, aunque al ser zona de bares se escuchaba la musica de los locales por la noche. la atencion con la persona que nos recibio fue correcta, aunque en el contrato ponia que esa persona hablaba español y eso no fue así nos costo entendernos, y nuestro avion se retraso por lo ...que llegamos un poco tarde y nos cobraron los 30 euros por llegar mas tarde de las 8.00 aunque avisamos en tan pronto lo supimos, llegamos sobre las 9:00 y puesto que no nos hablaron en español cosa que ponia en el contrato pues lo correcto es que tampoco nos hubieses cobrado los 30 euros, por el resto todo bien.

  La ubicacion del apartamento es inmejorable, asi como el equipaiento del mismo. Todo estuvo perfecto y todo funcionaba bien, desde los electrodomesticos hasta WIfI, el personal que nos atendió, pese a la dificultad idiomatica, trató de asistirnos en todo. Solo tenemos una queja y es que el colchon... de la cama matrimonial es una tabla, no un colchon, es durísimo y no se puede descansar en el, al punto que hice dormir a mis padres en el sofa del living ( pese a que solicité como en todos los hoteles que reservé buena cama pues son gente mayor con discapacidad motora), y yo pasé mis noches en Paris durmiendo como un fakir. Pero solo y unicamente eso que creo que es muy facil de solucionar todo lo demas es excelente. No se dejen llevar por la primera impresion de la entrada porque el departamento adentro es muy bonito. La ubicacion, la tecnología de avanzada. tiene una terraza muy linda, que lamentablemente no pudimos usar por razones climaticas. 

  First of all the location for the apartment was fantastic - it was really lively with great bars and restaurants all around you. (It is in the middle of the gay area so if this upsets you this is not the area for you.) The owner has now employed someone else to manage the apartment. Although his ...contact details were supplied, he never answered his phone (we tried about six times and text him as well but we never got a response) He also kept us waiting almost an hour to get the key saying that he was very busy showing other tenants their apartments - fine, but let us know or make a different check-in time for each customer. The apartment is a bit tired, the bed is like a rock but the courtyard is great 

  E was very helpful and thorough with the orientation of the apartment. E met us and was very thorough with the orientation of the apartment. The apartment was clean and was good for 2 adults and 2 young children. I would not recommend it for 4 adults. The wifi worked really well. Unfortunately,... we didn't take advantage of the wonderful terrace. We did use it to dry our clothes after washing them. The kitchen was great and had all of the plates, glasses, etc we needed. The shower in the bathroom was amazing. I've stayed at different places (hotels and apartments) in Paris from prior vacations and this by far is one of our favorite neighborhoods. The apartment was just enough for us because we spent a lot of time outside. Just be forewarned that there is a restaurant/bar below that may be loud on weekends. 

  ESTUVIMOS MUY BIEN. ES UN APARTAMENTO CHICO , BIEN COMPLETITO , LINDA TERRAZA, PERO MUY BIEN UBICADO..... UNA ZONA MUY LINDA, MUY PINTORESCA, CON GRAN MOVIMIENTO, VARIOS LUGARES PARA COMER, BUEN TRANSPORTE PARA TODOS LADOS. MUY SEGURO PARA ANDAR EN LA NOCHE A PESAR DE HABER MUCHA MOVIDA....

  The apartment is close to the pompidou centre and about a 10 minute walk from Notre Dame. It's on a fairly busy street of bars but that didn't really cause any problems and there is a supermarket very close by, which is handy. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and well-equipped but very ...compact. We are a family of four, with two boys around 10, and it was just about doable for us, so I would say it's probably best suited to a couple or a small family, if you don't mind being cosy, but definitely not four adults. If you plan to drive and need somewhere to park, we used the parking at the Forum des Halles shopping centre, which is about a 10 minute walk away. You can book in advance for several days or even more, and the prices were pretty reasonable considering it's location.

  En las fotos el apartamento aparecia con notable mejor aspecto de lo que luego nos encontramos alli al llegar. En especial destacar la incomodidad del colchon de la habitacion, el cual nos fue imposible dormir en el, teniendo que idear un mecanismo alternativo para el correcto descanso.

  Die Matratzen waren suboptimal gepflegt ebenso die Bettwäsche. Ansonsten schöne Terrasse und zentrale Lage. Trotz lauter Umgebung war die Wohnung super leise und man konnte keine Geräusche von der Straße wahrnehmen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. Wir waren dort mit ...einem Kind und stießen an die Grenzen der Räumlichkeiten. Es gab den Vorschlag, dass es einen vergünstigten Parkplatz gäbe, das war allerdings nicht der Fall!!!! Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Angaben der Realität entsprochen hätten.

Die Möglichkeit einen Vorzugspreis zu zahlen, hängt von der Verfügbarkeit der Parkplätze ab, die im Moment der Ankunft der Kunden frei sind.

  Photos make the apartment look much bigger than it is - definitely would not suit 4 adults. No linen for pillows and quilt for the sofa bed - not very hygienic. Kitchen equipment grubby, especially cutlery and mugs. Advert indicates there is a dishwasher but there is not. Terrible towels and very ...hard and uncomfortable bed. But the location is very good as long as you don't mind lots of noise on a Saturday night - very central to everything.

  L'appartamento ha rispecchiato fedelmente quanto indicato al momento della prenotazione. L'unica cosa che posso segnalare ai fini del miglioramento del servizio, che sottolineo essere stato ottimo, è il materasso del divano letto: onestamente sarebbe da cambiare. Per il resto voto 10!!

  Fantastic location. Very small but has bonus of terrace. No opening windows apart from the French doors to terrace which you cannot leave open at night due to another apartment having access to the terrace. Above a club called bear den which you can hear at night but this Didn’t bother us too much.... Thumbs up from us. Better way to sort out security deposit. Tried card 10 times but due poor signal on card receiver didn't go through until day two.

  Location excellent, you promised air condition, there was not!! There was only A mobile air condition which didn?t cool enough on the hot days. And only in the living room . There was no window in the bedroom felt a bit claostrophobic . Like a warehouse ,Wifi was o.k. Servic o.k.

  A very convenient apartment however much smaller than picture shows. Clean and adequate. Did not meet owner but colleague who let us in very helpful. Local cafés excellent for a meal. Had problem contacting owner re arriving early this could be betterorganised

  The apartment is close to transport , restaurants, supermarkets and key venues such as the Louvre. The service was good, was reasonabely priced and well equiped , but we found the apartment was much smaller than the pictures suggest and is at best suitable for two people and little space to put ...suitcases. Also there was no adequate airconditioning just a portable cooler but this had an exhaust hose out the door without the proper fitting. We had very mild weather but the apartment was still stuffy and woukd be uncomfortable in warm weather. The wifi was good but did drop out regularly. Also some nights music from bars in the area could be heard early into to the morning which might disturb some people. Overall we enjoyed our stay but some might not.

  The location of the apartment was great with restaurants and grocery stores easily accessible.I do think the pictures of the apartment are very misleading and the apartment was very basic.

  Great area and fine terrace. But the apartment was not okay. There were too many defects with lights not working, no wine glasses (we bought some), the heater hanging partly out of the wall and no dishwasher as mentioned in the descriptions etc.etc.Laila, Copenhagen

  I was with my wife and two kids, you can't imagine the apartment are very very small not as our expectation when we see the photos, location was very good but there are a bar in ground floor and the flat in first floor so in the night you hear the music of the bar not too loud but you can hear it if... you are wake up. the double bed are too small for 2 adult persons, one of the things that I didn't like the wardrobe was too small so we kept most of our clothes in the bags and there was no enough space for bags in apartment. 

  The owners agent was so efficient and helpful. Very impressive. The site of this apartment was superb. Restaurants downstairs great. The apartment very small but adequate for 2 people. Suggest more quality in the bath towels,very thin and shabby. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who would like this Marais Area. Thanks for great stay. Judy

  While location is excellent, being so close to central Paris does mean that there is a bit of noise from bars/clubs in the vicinity. Good value for central Paris.

  The apartment is spacious room for four. A little bit dark needs brighter decoration. Also needs new bedding this was clean but lookeddated as did the pillows. However we spoke to the owner about this when asked how our stay was. He said he would sort this. Othercthan this we would stay again. Tha... owner is helpful and always on end of the phone if needed. The apartment is located central to all the Paris highlights with the Norte damn cathedral 10 minutes walk away etc. Brilliant 4 days and stay thankyou. 

  It's on a bar street and the entrance is in between a bar and a thi restaurant/bar. Noise from bars was inside till 1 am. Place has serious bad smell. We thought it was mold. Owner said it was humidity. We opened all windows hoping it will go away. It didn’t. Because all windows open up to a ...porch facing neighbors, for security we wanted to close them during nighttime. But to be able to breathe, we had no choice but leave them open. This made us worry about our security. There is no real bed in the apartment. One is a sofa bed, the other has the thinnest bed ever, equivalent to a sofa bed. Dirty bathroom. No soap or trash bin.Although we paid for three days, we packed after first night and checked in to a hotel.Don't stay here with kids. The street and apt is not suitable.  

  Location is excellent! You can walk to most sites or easily take metro or bus, lots of cafes & restaurants in immediate area. Apartment is really small, bedroom is tiny. We could not close bedroom door as way too hot, the AC is in kitchen where you have to put vent out window. Loved the terrace! We ...ate outside on table many mornings & had wine there in evenings. A few more towels would be helpful. Owners very nice & easy to work with. This was our last 4 days in Europe of 4 weeks, enjoyed Paris! Apartment was clean.
