Location saisonnière Paris: Studio à 500 m place des Vosges

  Supero las expectativas ... Lo único q es a tener en cuenta es que queda en un 3 piso por escalera ... Pero no influye sobre la excelencia de lo demás.. Microondas , lavaropas, cafetera, secador de pelo , equipo de música , y televisor todo ultima tecnología... Nos encanto también el barrio donde se encontraba!

  Un apartament molt maco, molt acollidor i molt cèntric. Molt recomanable.

  Everything about the apt was perfect for us and the owner was so helpful and sweet. The apt wasn't huge, but a good size for 1-2 people. It was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need including wireless internet, a large TV, all kitchen tools/utensils, washer/dryer, hair dryer, ...etc. The location was a 5 min walk away from the metro and is in a charming neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again. Just know that you have to climb 3 sets of stairs...no elevator. 

  Nuestra Experiencia en Paris fue muy buena, el apartamento es precioso, nuevo y limpisimo, puede resultar algo oscur la entrada al portal puesto que se accede a traves de un patio pero es totalmente seguro ya que son habituales ese tipo de construciones en paris. El apartamento se ubica en una ...barrio preciosos en el centro de Paris a unos 15 o 20 min andando de Notre Dame. Recomiendo totalmente este apartamento y no dudaria en volver. Un punto negativo esque no tiene ascensor y esta en un 3º piso, si son personas mayores puede ser un problema pero para nosotras fue algo a no tener en cuenta, lo puntuaria como un 10 sobre 10 . 

  Apartment was excellent provided everything we wanted for our short stay in Paris. The only negative was that there was no information in case of fire or fire extinguisher / fire blanket in kitchen area. but that would not stop us from staying there again.

  Gemütliche Wohnung in perfekter Lage im Marais. Alles da, was man braucht - von der Küchenausstattung bis zum Föhn.

  Appartamento accogliente con tutto quel che serve. Silenziosissimo.

  Ilaria est très aimable! L'accueil a été chaleureux! Peut-être 1 concernent: il n'y avait pas extincteur ou couverture anti-feu.

  Wir hatten eine total schöne Woche in einer der schönsten Städte der Welt!!! Ach ja, das Zimmer war auch einfach nur Spitze...;-) Kann es absolut empfehlen!!!

  has sido una estancia genail, el apartamento estaba muy limpio, muy bien equipado, y decorado muy gustosamente. Tenia de esas cosas que tienes que comprar y luego dejar, lavavajillas y todo tipo de productos de limpieza, papel higienico, cafe, etc; este es el unico apartamento que he estado que ...tiene de todo eso suficiente para tu estancia, y se agradece un monto. El unico pero que no tiene ascensor pero eso ya se sabe, y aunque hemos ido con un niño de dos años y medio, como todo lo demas estaba tan bien ni te das cuenta.

  The accommodation was exactly as I had expected - compact, in my price range, clean, complete with the facilities I needed and in a good central location. The contact person for this apartment was superb. She was on time to meet us and to farewell us and she went out of her way to help me with a ...problem that arose (not related to the apartment) during my stay.

  We thoroughly loved our stay in this wonderful apartment. The photos tell the story of this apartment built in the 1600's--completely renovated with sky lights in every room. The apartment is clean, bright, airy and quiet. The artsy decor matches the neighborhood--there are small galleries around... every corner. Close to the Metro and easy walking to so many cool locations. I and O could not have been any nicer or accommodating, they were absolutely GREAT! The apartment is on the 4th floor so there are lots of stairs and no elevator, but it is worth the walk. Comfortable, cheerful and fun, a delightful place to rest and reflect on the beauty of Paris--Highly Recommended. 

  The best aspect was the location. It was easy to find and to get to by public transport. It was convenient to all major sites and shopping and had easy access to the Metro. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and had everything except that the TV had no signal and the wi fi was a little ...unstable. I would also recommend instructions for the washing machine. I was surprised that the owner required payment in cash on the first day of arrival, and this was very inconvenient. The owner was reluctant to meet me for final checkout as it appeared to be too early for her. It would have been nice to have someone help me with my luggage as there was no lift. It was very easy and convenient to book the apartment with no hitches when I arrived there. The owner met me on arrival and was contactable for any major problems.

  Appartamento delizioso pulitissimo, accessoriato, in un quartiere molto bello. Per non parlare poi della disponibilità e della gentilezza della referente. Mi sono sentita come a casa mia. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti tranne alle persone con problemi deambulazione per la mancanza di ascensore. È stata una bella vacanza anche grazie a voi.j

  Our stay in this apartment was perfect! The apartment was fresh and clean, the location was perfect and I was so sweet.

  El apartamento esta excelente, muy bien equipado, con todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía en Paris. La limpieza también es excelente y la señora de contacto realmente es muy amable, nos ayudo con todo lo que le pedimos y siempre muy dispuesta. Por el único motivo que no lo calificamos con 10... puntos, es porque realmente las escaleras son cansadoras. Despues de caminar todo el día en Paris, subir casi cuatro pisos por escaleras es agotador de más. Siendo nosotros una pareja joven, pensaríamos dos veces antes de contratar otra vez este apartamento unicamente por las escaleras. Sí aseguramos que una pareja mayor no lo puede contratar por éste mismo motivo.  

  Lovely apartment - spacious, clean and has all the amenities you could require. Excellent location, very close to metro and a wide range of shops and restaurants. I and O were very friendly and helpful, and gave us a good overview of the area. We would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

  Vicinissimo alle fermate metro

  Beautiful little apartment with everything you need! Stylishly refurbished. The floors and doorways are a little wonky because the building is so old but this adds to the charm of the place! Convenient location. Close to an amazing little bakery, some nice restaurants/shops and supermarket. Well ...equipped kitchen with all needs for simple home cooking. Nice area although we did find the Saint Senastian metro line to be not-so-friendly or safe feeling always, so I would recommend the slightly longer but pleasant walk to Saint Paul's for metro if this is a concern. Lovely care-takers with a warm welcome and lots of maps/helpful information for Paris. Thank you again for a fabulous stay, I and O (and we loved your art works too!)

  Disponibilità assoluta da parte della padrona di casa,alloggio davvero bello all'interno di un palazzo molto suggestivo...voto 10

  Schönes Appartment, hell, sehr zentral gelegen, völlig ruhig, gute Matratze, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Einziger Nachteil: Um in das Appartment zu kommen, muss man 92 Stufen hochsteigen. Weitere Vorteile: Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe ...(Rue de Bretagne), ein Bus (Nr. 96) hält in direkter Nähe (führt auf die andere Seineseite Richtung St. Sulpice etc.)Wir würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.  

  Great location in Marais, public transport close by. The apartment is very cozy, quiet and has everything needed for a short trip in Paris. The owner is super nice and was always very helpful. The only thing that maybe needs to be mentioned is that it might not be suitable for elderly visitors since... the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. Other than that it is just perfect!  

  E' stato un soggiorno fantastico, i proprietari gentilisssimi e pieni di attenzioni e consigli. La casa si trova in una zona di Parigi molto caartteristica e comoda per qualsiasi spostamento verso le zone di attrazione della città. Ottimo anche l'appartamento, pulito e funzionale al suoi ...interno.Unica nota di attenzione: le molte scale lo rendono non adatto a persone anziane o con problemi di deambulazione. 

  Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage des Apartments erlaubt es, fast ganz Paris zu Fuß zu erkunden und man fühlt sich einfach sicher, gut aufgehoben und sauwohl :-). Würde das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

  The location, the position inside a secure building and courtyard and the apartment itself which was bright, clean, quiet and perfect for two people.I. warmly welcomed us and responded immediately when we had problems with the internet. She also gave us advice on places to eat etc. We had a ...wonderful stay in Paris! The accommodation is always exactly as described and clean and bright.

  Hormis les quelque quatre-vingt marches à monter, cet appartement nous a comblés. Il est complet, y compris une machine à laver les vêtements, ce qui est bien utile en voyage. D'un calme complet, c'est un bel oasis dans cette belle ville de Paris où le bruit est inévitable.

  Very hospitable and helpful person to receive you. The apartment is quiet, very comfortable and in a good location. Perfect for two persons but I think it would be a bit small for three even though it is possible. The main drawback is that there are 4 flights of stairs and no lift, so it may not be ...suitable for someone who is not fit, especially with a lot of luggage or shopping! So all in all, I would certainly recommend this apartment.

  A lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped. The owner was very friendly and helpful and communication was good before arrival. The area was a little quiet for my liking and the nearest Metro not that useful, however, I wouldn't let that put anyone off staying as you can stroll to livlier areas and better Metro stops in about 20 minutes

  Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus,Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett, pünktlich. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und auch sehr flexibel (wir haben kurzfristig Termin zur Schlüsselabgabe verlegt) Ansprechpartnerin hat auf Zahlung der Kaution verzichtet, Miete musste allerdings bar bezahlt werden

  ABSOLUT ruhig (kein Straßenlärm, rücksichtsvolle Nachbarn). Appartement ist 100-prozentig sauber, heller als auf den Fotos, geräumig, komfortabel, kühl. Betten weder zu hart noch zu weich. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Supermarkt, Bäckereien und gute Lokale um die Ecke. Optimaler Anschluss an... Metro und Bus. Nette und zuverlässige und entgegenkommende Vermieterin. Fazit: Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. 

  The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance to a Metro stop, a grocery store, as well as a variety of other shops and restaurants. It was an older building with no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. The hominess of the apartment made that small inconvenience very worthwhile.

  The apartment was charming, quiet and clean There was absolutely nothing to fault. The mattress was excellent, the linen of quality. Equipped with an espresso machine and even an ironing board our stay there was like a home from home. And the landlady a lovely Italian woman, helpful with any query. I highly recommend this apartment.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Paris-Reise; die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar; man sollte aber fit sein, denn sie liegt im 4. Stock ohne Lift ;-) . Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet - alles soweit vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.

  El apartamento está muy bien situado, limpio y de confort, tratado con mimo. La persona de contacto es excepcional, fue muy amable y nos dió consejos. Hay un bus que para cerca y te lleva rápido al ayuntamiento y un metro hacia ópera. Zona para tomar copas, animada pero silenciosa. Recomendable

  We LOVED our stay at this apartment!! The neighbourhood was beautiful, great bakery, supermarket and metro close by. The owners were wonderful, easy to communicate with, met us outside, helped with my bag (up the 4 flights of stairs), and was lovely and informative. The apartment was very quiet, ...clean and had everything we needed to make coffee and meals. It was nice saying good-morning to the neighbours on our way out for our day and great to have a home to come back to after long days of sightseeing. We highly recommend this apartment and are already looking forward to our next stay in Paris. If you do stay here be sure to try the falafel on Rue des Rosiers!! 

  i. was very nice and helpful- the apartment was great, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is a 5-10 minute walk from the restaurants and shops of the Marais. Super quiet for sleeping:) It is very small.

  Petit détail mais bon, lorsque vous réserver un taxi à Paris, il vous charge 7 euros + la course. Malgré la pluie, je retournerai à ce logement à Paris. Merci!

  We stayed at the apartment for four nights over the New Year period.In the weeks leading up to our stay, there was ample communication with the owner who greeted us upon our arrival, and then showed us all the workings of the apartment. There were map books made available and suggestions provided ...for shopping and eateries.The apartment block and general area was very quiet and only a short distance from the Metro and Bastille.I would highly recommend the apartment. 

  The flat was just great and the owner, Ilaria, a warm, gracious and genuine person who did everything to make sure my stay was perfect. The flat had many things in it like extra towels, blankets, kitchen items that other rental flats just do not have on hand. It was the little things that helped ...make my stay enjoyable. The flat was perfectly kept and maintained in the heart of Marais District close to everything like patisseries, grocery shops and cafes and taverns. The Metro is not far to walk and it got me anywhere in Paris I wanted to go. Bus 65 takes you right to Gare de Nord. The night's were peaceful and silent inside the flat. I enjoyed my stay here tremendously. It is located in a great area that begs you to walk it again and again. I cannot wait to get back and visit again! 

  Die Ruhe trotz der zentralen Lage. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster, kein Problem.Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein um ins Appartement zu kommen und muss bei entsprechender Körpergröße - über 185 cm - ordentlich den Kopf einziehen können. Aber das Appartement hat so viel Charme, dass man das gerne in Kauf nimmt.

  Mansarda nel Marais. Piccola ma perfettamente organizzata, raccomandata per due persone. Pulita, luminosa e silenziosa. Bus, Metro, negozi, bar, bistrot abbondano nell'area. E' all'ultimo piano di un edificio d'epoca all'interno di uno splendido cortile con galleria d'arte. ...Unico problema: 95 gradini, mettere nel conto di farli almeno un paio di volte al giorno.
