"3rd floor apartment in nice area 300m from The Pompideu. Metro even closer. Just about room to swing a cat, but that's only to be expected in Paris. Clean and stylish, secure, and within walking distance of both Notre Dame and Opera Garnier. Good restaurants and patisseries nearby. Beautiful market close too. Nice kid showed us round, but some everyday things like coffee filters and salt a bit stingy. Small beefs about a really nice place. Would go back."

"bel appartement dans residence.Bien situe pour marcher dans paris centre.rue un peu festive la nuit.

"Hemos estado dos veces.La "limpieza" deja mucho que desear. Es una pena lo sucio que está( las alfombras. la manta de la cama, la cocina...). La caja fuerte no pudimos utilizarla ninguna de las dos veces...nos prometieron arreglarla al dia siguiente y allí no apareció nadie.La primera vez que fuimos , el baño era tan pequeño que teniamos que saltar por encima de la taza de WC para entrar en la ducha..En general, el precio está muy bien comparado con los hoteles...y para pasar unos pocos dias vale.."

"Hello,
The main difficulty was that you do not help with luggage storage until check in and after check out, you could help with this issue..like allow to
put it in the flat or in near bye shop..
When checked in the safe box was out of order, the guy mented it, we mentioned it, but nothing happened...
Other than that all was ok

"attenzione...
la persona di ricevimento , dopo un'appuntamento prefissato dall'aereoporto, circa tre ore prima di arrivare all appartamento, mi richiedeva una penale di 30euro per un ritardo di 10minuti
e solo dopo una vibrante discussione, ha deciso che non erano piu'dovute....
ma non era in italia che succedevano queste cose....cari amici francesi???
attenzione dare orari di incontro per ritiro chiavi dell appartamento, per non pagare penali
per il resto tutto ok, pulizia dell'appartamento al80%......."

"Die Lage ist absolut genial! W-Lan funktionierte weitgehend gut (abends manschmal schwankend), die Einrichtung insgesamt ok und funktional für die minimale Größe. Für zwei Personen wird's vermutlich recht eng. Die Anlage ist geschmackvoll renoviert, die meisten Studios scheinen für diese Art von kurzfristiger Nutzung vermietet zu werden.
Leider ließ die Sauberkeit ein wenig zu wünschen übrig: der Fußboden war noch vom Vormieter verkrümelt, die Töpfe und das Besteck nur notdürftig abgespült und in den Schrank gestellt (hier wäre eine Kontrolle im Rahmen der Endreinigung seitens der Vermiteter erforderlich). Leider gab es keine klare Ansprechperson, der ich dies hätte mitteilen können. Derjenige, der am Ankunftstag den Schlüssel übergab (das funktionierte einwandfrei), war dann nicht mehr zu sehen, obwohl sich das Büro offenbar unten im Hof befindet. Ein anderer Kollege fühlte sich nicht zuständig ... dafür gibt's in der Benotung für den Bereich "Kontaktpersom" nur ein "mittelmäßig" - aber insgesamt ist das Studio für eine Person absolut empfehlenswert!
Einschränkung im Service durch unklare Erreichbarkeit, auch ist unklar, warum alle Appartments zur gleichen Zeit übergeben werden müssen (16:00 Uhr), dadurch verzögert sich der Bezug zwangsläufig, wenn eine Person für alle Studios zuständig ist. Warum nicht eine Zeit zwischen 15:00 und 17:00 Uhr angeben, das wäre für alle entspannter...!? Leute, die früher anreisen, haben keine Möglichkeit, das Studio früher zu beziehen (schade und unflexibel!)."
