"I was very disappointed. First the apartment was not at all what the picture and description showed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable,the bathroom was plain dangerous to use. I was wandering why on earth to have a huge TV in a such a small space,it was impossible to move around for two people medium size. The small backyard(in pic) is a garbage space and I found it misleading .T. was unreliable and I had to leave numerous messages when we arrived and also when we left.I will not recommend to anybody. It ruined our vacation"

"The appartment is a loft-like type, small but very stylish, clean and comfortable for a short stay in Paris. The bathroom is small, but if you consider that you spend only a while in the appartment, you don´t mind. But yes, it can be a little bit annoying. We liked the appartment very much, especially all the lights which make this accommodation very special and unforgettable. The contact persons were very nice and kind. But what we must point out is - 1/ if you arrive before/after the time set for check-in (even its only a while), you must pay an extra fee - 50 %u20AC, although you inform about your soon/late arrival (we travel quite a lot and this is the first time it happened to us; in other cases the owners accepted it), 2/ the terrace (on the photos) is not private but for all the people living in the house (rubbish bins, bicycles etc.).. The metro station is just behind the corner. That´s perfect, no doubt. The appartment is situated in a part known for good partying, so it´s quite busy there at night. During a day, the location is a little bit off the centre, and you have to travel more to get back "home".. Anyway, we recommend the accomodation and we can imagine coming back there one day."

"Excellent, clean & easy accessible. Website ok!
Contact person service not:
- on the booking reservation was asked to contact the owner by telephone 4 days in advance & half hour in advance: the first I did & got voice mail where I left a message to confirm & my mobile nr, that I also left on the booking by the way. NO REPLY. So I presumed: no news, good news.
- half hour before arriving I also tried to join the given nr again, again the voice mail. So I text them & got an answer back that the find it very poor I just contacted them now (??) & all communication should go by mail/net (? although no mail address). Finally I got another mob nr to contact, what I did. Man could not come but also complained he could not contact me, he was not transfered the confirmation mail with my mobile nr (although everything should go by mail...). Luckily he had made preparations, so the matter could be solved over the telephone.
Conclusion: system of confirmation over phone to be revised."

"Monolocale piccolo ma ben attrezzato, biancheria pulita e sufficiente, bagno gradevole ma molto piccolo e senza finestra né cappa aspirante. Posizionato in un quartiere molto comodo, piacevole, tranquillo ma comunque con molti negozi, ristoranti e bar. 3 fermate della metropolitana facilmente raggiungibili tra cui una davvero vicina. Giudizio generale molto buono, arredato con cura, ottimo per una coppia in alternativa ad uno hotel."
