"Sehr nettes Apartment, klein aber fein. Für 2 Personen ideal.Tolle kleine Terrasse im ruhigen Innenhof. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist ausgesprochen freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut, nette Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder buchen!"

"This is a very nice, clean apartment
In a quiet residential neighborhood. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large by French standards. We bought take-out each evening and ate out on the terrace. We appreciated the fan and blow dryer that were provided. The Wi-Fi connection was good. The apartment is a block down the street once you get off the Charonne metro stop. It is very convenient to get to the Roissy Bus to get to the airport- get on the number 9 metro line at the Charonne station, get off at the Havre/Caumartin stop ( not Opera) and follow the Roissy Bus signs. This way you only have to drag your luggage up and downstairs once. We are physically fit but the stairs to the loft are not safe for anyone who has mobility issues. This is a good choice for people who want to get away from the touristy parts of Paris and experience a real, diverse Parisian neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again."

"It was smaller than we expected, but had everything we had asked for. Personally, I would have liked filter papers for the coffee-maker and avoided a mess. The courtyard is lovely and we enjoyed our coffee and croissants each morning. Lunch and a glass of fizz was special, too."

"The host is very pleasant and welcoming but unfortunately we did not see much of her. We had trouble finding her on our arrival. We waited for her all day the day before our departure but could not get hold of her and she had not told us she would be away. The accommodation is very basic and not suitable for more than two persons and for people of average height or taller as the ceilings in the bed area and toilets are very low. The shower is very small and I could hardly turn in there.
It was noising in the morning mostly due to revocation or construction work in the neighborhood."

"This is a small flat and would be very crowded with 4 people in it. However, for 2, and especially when the garden can be used for eating, it was perfect. Apart from using the website I had no dealings with All-Paris. However, all went very well!"

"eine echte Idylle mitten in Paris, außerdem nah an der Metro. Vermieter super nett, wenn wir nochmal nach Paris fahren, wäre das die erste Adresse für die Übernachtung!"
