Location saisonnière Paris:Appartement proche de Montparnasse

  Appartement idéalement situé: proche du RER et station de métro à la porte.Appartement propre,fonctionnel et bien insonorisé.Meilleur rapport qualité/prix pour Paris. J'y retournerais sans hésiter .

  Compact, well-appointed. Very helpful young man with excellent English welcomed us. Being on the top floor it can get hot in high summer but with the fans and open windows it's not too bad. Compact lift much appreciated! A fan in the bathroom would help. Sensational location near Montparnasse.

  L'appartement est très bien situé, le métro est au pied du building et beaucoup de resto à distance de marche. Très calme même avec les fenêtres ouvertes. C'est un quartier sécuritaire avec des enfants. L'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce avec toutes les commodités ...nécessaires.Parcontre, le lit était un peu petit pour 2 grandes personnes (équivalent d'un lit double) et le futon n'est pas très confortable, mais bon, on ne va pas à Paris pour écouter la télé!!! Bon suivi et nous avons beaucoup apprécié que quelqu'un nous attend avec les clés à l'appartement. Avec un bébé, il aurait été difficile de se rendre à un endroit pour prendre les clés et ensuite se rendre à l'appartement avec toutes les valises! 

  Goede locatie, prima appartement in een mooi Frans pand. Onze zoon van 12 sliep op de bank, wij hadden een slaapzak mee aangezien de bank vrij hard is. Dit meer als tip, voor een derde persoon.

  Very good licalisation, just 3 steps away from metro station and bakery. The only missing thing was a hairdryer. Highly recommened.

  Location was excellent, good access to metro (10 steps from the building), bakery and confectionery are nearby, well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and cozy and we enjoyed the stay very much.The only thing you need to pay attention to is the extra fees required in case of late Check-in or early Check-out.

  L'alloggio si trova di fronte alla stazione di St. Placide del metro ed è comodissimo. Per le sue ridotte dimensioni, va molto bene per una coppia e non, invece, per tre persone come viene indicato. L'arredamento è gradevole e sono buone le dotazioni. Vanno sostituite le tende che sono sfilacciate... ed è consigliabile dotare la cucina di quattro bicchieri per il vino. Sarebbe anche opportuno aggiungere due asciugamani e almeno due tovagliette per la tavola. Ottima l'accoglienza da parte dell'incaricata cheè stata puntuale, precisa e molto cordiale. Il servizio di accoglienza è stato molto sollecito e preciso con grande disponibilità dell'incaricata. La descrizione dell'alloggio è stata corretta e non ci sono stati problemi nè imprevisti anche sotto l'aspetto economico. Molto facile anche il contatto con l'incaricata all'arrivo. 

  The apartment and location were great for us. Marina met us there and was very friendly and explained everything about the apartment to us. The apartment had everything one needs except for no basics like toilet rolls, bath soap, washing powder etc and for English speakers no English TV. Still, we would recommend it.

  1. The location is perfect for exploring all areas of Paris - the Metro is outside the apartment and it is centrally located so you are never more than 20 minutes from any attraction.2. The apartment is great for a couple - compact but ideal for a place to sleep rather than stay in all day - but in ...Paris you probably want to get out as often as you can anyway! Constant hot water for showers and walking up, the flat also benefits from having a washing machine if you are planning a longer stay.3. Nearby there are countless brasseries, bars and restaurants, plus an interesting range of shops.4. The block has a small lift, which is a great benefit when you have your suitcase or you have been walking the city all day.5. Apartment was clean and tidy and the welcome extremely friendly. The welcome from M, who met us at the block with our keys, was fantastic. 

  Il faudra penser à changer les rideaux de la chambre, autrement tout est très bien, l'appartement est idéalement situé,l'entrée est sécurisée, la personne de contact est à l'écoute si l'on a besoin de quelque chose. Nous y retournerons sans doute. Merci

  Location was great, metro Placide right in front. Double glazed windows also great as it cut outside noise. M was welcoming and spoke very good English.

  Me and my family ( 3 people) stayed there comfortably , the owner was very welcome and explained how everything worked perfectly. The appartment has a great bathroom so is the bed's room and the sofa.There are a few kitchen utensils, just enought if you need to cook. The location of the apartment is... phenomenal!!! The subway was infrot of the building's door and the stores right beside it are great, everything you'll need in one square.We recomend it without a second thought  

  Die Übergabe der Wohnung hat perfekt geklappt. Sie liegt ideal an zwei Metro-Linien, aber auch zum Laufen nah genug am Zentrum. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was der Reisende braucht. Wichtig: Das Bett ist sehr gut, nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich. Auf dem Futon-Sofa muss man sich zum ...Sitzen etwas einrichten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. 

  This was an excellent apartment for our family of three. Cooking facilities and utensils were good. The bathroom was excellent. Beds comfortable. The apartment is right on St Placide metro and a very short walk to Rennes if you need a different line. Very convenient. Our first stay in Paris was ...made easier by having this location and well-equipped apartment. M was very helpful in meeting is at a time convenient to us. She also gave us a taxi number for an English speaking booking service - very helpful. Would recommend to others.  

  Appartement bien situé, au derneir étage, au calme. Bien équipé et complet de tout. il est parfait ils manquent seulement des rideaux occultantes pour la nuit.

  El apartamento está ubicado en uno de los mejores distritos de París, con un salida de metro en la misma puerta del portal y un montón de opciones tanto en metro como en autobús. Cerquita de los Jardines de Luxemburgo que son preciosos. El apartamento está genial, justo lo que necesitábamos. ...Todo limpio, la cocina está muy bien equipada y el recibimiento y trato muy buenos. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a París, volveremos a este apartamento Nos ha encantado.

   Well set up apartment but very small and nowhere comfortable to sit and relax.
