Location saisonnière Paris: Studio à deux pas de la Tour Eiffel

  Ottima posizione, appartamento piccolo ma confortevole!

  Nous sommes très décus par ce logement. En effet, les photos étaient bien plus plaisantes qu'en réalité. Il y a trop de meuble plus ou moins utile ce qui laisse peu de place pour se déplacer. Il s'avère assez cher pour un appartement de ce type. Il se situe au fond d'une impasse et est très bruyant.

  Sehr ruhige Lage in einem sehr ordentlichen Teil von Paris. Haus sauber und renoviert. Wohnungseinrichtung recht geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig. Bett bequem. Leider war die Wohnung kaum gereinigt (Geschirr , Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Boden, Duschvorhang teilweise sehr schmutzig) und Kaugummi ...klebte in der Küche an der Wand. Wohnungsinventar war teilweise defekt (abgebrochene Messer, Duschamatur lose, Tasse undicht). Da wir uns noch gut an unsere Studentenzeiten erinnern, haben wir uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt. 

  L'aqppartement est a close proximite de la Tour Eiffer. C'est un quartier residentiel mais il y a un supermarche tout pres. L'appartement donne sur une cour qui est calme. Tout ce qui est necessaire est disponible: micro-onde, seche-cheveux, TV, machine a laver. Il y a peu de place mais l'espace est... utilise de maniere tres fonctionnelle. Mon seul probleme est que les prises de courant se detachent du mur eti ne sont pas aux normes de securite. Le prix est adequat, and meme une affaire. Le proprietiare est injoignable mais l'agent qui le represente a fait de son mieux pour arranger la remise des cles en temps voulu.

note de OH (28/04/10) Le propriétaire nous assure que les prises de courant ont été fixées le 27/04/2010 conformément à la loi.  

  Todo a ido perfectamente. De volver a París, no nos importaría volver al mismo lugar. Gracias.

  The apartment was clean and matched the description. The only problem we had was with the shower: the tap was broken and it made it difficult to take a shower. The devil is in the details.

NOTE FROM OH (27/05/10): the owner informed us that he has canged the tap of the shower.

  The advert specified a sofa bed in the apartment however, there was only a bed. The shower was difficult to get working due to a broken handle.

  Logement correspond à la description. Mais il est sale ! Drap pas changé. Ménage non fait. Cuisine et salle de bain pas propre.

  La ubicación es excelente, cerca de varios de los puntos dignos de ver y del Bateaux que nos llevó en un hermoso paseo por el Sena. Tambien cerca del metro y de restaurants y cafeterias muy buenos. En buen estado de limpieza y las condiciones tal cual lo acordado. Pasamos unos días lindisimos.

  The accomodation was very very poor. I was not expecting a 5 start hotel as that is not what I paid for, but i did expect something clean. There were not enough sheets, the bathroom and kitchen were dirty (mould and chipping woodwork and paint) and also the apartment says it can sleep 3, but it ...involves having to step over the bed as there is not enough room in the apartment to walk around. The location was good as it was walking distance to the champs elysees as well as the eiffel tower and great bus network from there but the apartment was not at all what i was expecting.

  Studio sale (taches et coulisses sur les murs, plancher à récurer, plinthes, moulures et calorifères à nettoyer de la poussière grise et brune accumulée depuis des années, rideau de douche avec bordure noire de 10cm, vaisselle sale), cafetière brisée et dangereuse, pas d'ouvre boîte, pas ...de verre à vin, pas de rideau à la fenêtre juste un store brisé, laveuse oui mais pas d'endroit (corde) pour faire sécher le linge, prises de courant non fonctionnelles et dangereuses, lumière d'entré et de chevet non fonctionnelles, une serviette par personne, 1 set de draps, un linge à vaisselle .... pour 9 nuits. Je n'ai pas eu le reçu qui m'avait été promis à 2 occasions. Très près du métro Trocadero et d'une épicerie, tranquille, internet OK. Il n'y a aucune excuse pour la malpropreté. Excellent site internet, facile à utiliser, réponse rapide pour les demandes de location.

  The location was excellent. I had to make more than 30 calls to get the contact person. had to wait for 2 hours in the very cold condition. The amneties were basic but acceptable but the condition of the coffee maker,microwave and the door knobs were not so good. The rest are ok. in the advert ...it talks about cleaning service daily included but there was none. 

  4/4 Appartement à Paris : correspond à la description sur site internet. Propre, bien situé, au calme. Transaction impeccable et rapide

  l'alloggio è molto carino: le foto non rendono l'idea, infatti l'appartamento è migliore dal vivo che in foto. inoltre è più centrale di quanto si pensi, noi ci siamo mossi molto facilmente per tutta la città. un appartamento da raccomandare! tutto bene.

  La persona de contacto jamas se presento, las llaves me las entrego el dueño del apartamento y el dia que vencio le llame a su portable para devolver las llaves y aun no me han contactado. (Aun tengo las llaves)

  Tres contente et soulagee que ce studio etait si sympa et propre comme sur le site. Sa location est excellente aussi, d'ailleurs! Sauf qu'on entend vraiment beaucoup (comme la voisine et l'ascenseur) dans cet appartement... Mais pas de problemes de bruits pendant la nuit.

  L'alloggio era buono e pulito. C'è stato però un enorme problema con la persona di contatto: quando siamo arrivati ci era stato detto che potevamo lasciare l'appartamento per le 18-19 del giorno di partenza a meno che non arrivasse qualche nuovo inquilino, nel qual caso l'avremmo dovuto lasciare ...alle 12. Fatto sta che alle 12:30 del giorno della nostra partenza, senza che nessuno ci avesse avvertito SONO ENTRATI IN CAMERA I NUOVI OSPITI e ci siamo trovati tutti nella stessa camera senza nessun preavviso di nessuno. figura orripilante con i nuovi ospiti ai quali abbiamo dovuto spiegare il malinteso. gli ospiti avevano la mail di prenotazione dell'appartamento quindi erano nel giusto e a noi nessuno aveva avvertito quindi eravamo nel giusto. Alla fine ce ne andiamo e riceviamo dopo un'ora circa un messaggio della persona di contatto che ci dice se possiamo tornare a liberare l'appartamento perchè sono arrivati D'URGENZA nuovi ospiti. Peccato che noi ce ne eravamo già andati con tutte le nostre cose e quindi era ovvio che il nostro contatto aveva fatto i bagordi la sera precedente, non era ancora arrivato all'appartamento e ci aveva per giunta mentito al telefono... A quel punto gli ho scritto delle maialate tremende alle quali lui ha semplicemente risposto (non so perchè) ringraziandoci perchè avevamo cmq pulito l'appartamento (cosa che era ovviamente compito suo). Altra cosa: quando siamo arrivati il contatto non rispondeva e quando ci ha risposto ha detto che sarebbe arrivato in 15 minuti e invece ce ne ha messi 40. Altra cosa: internet non funzionava e quindi gli ho chiesto per messaggio se c'era una password o da fare qualcosa di particolare. ovviamente non ha mai risposto (considerate che il messaggio gliel'ho mandato il primo giorno e siamo stati là 4 giorni). La sostanza è: andate ma aspettatevi di tutto!

  appartamento piccolo per tre persone, l'arredamento e' un po' trasandato la persona di contatto e' stata puntuale all'appuntamento e molto disponibile ci ha permesso di restare nell'appartamento fino alle ore 18 del giorno di partenza,la posizione dell'appartamento e' ottima il servizio di All paris apartments e' stato molto professionale

  La pulizia e le forniture di biancheria lasciavano molto a desiderare. La posizione è ottima, purtroppo però sulle scale davanti alle finestre dell'appartamento passavano a tutte le ore della notte persone senza alcun rispetto per la gente che dorme. La persona di contatto si è presentata come ...stabilito per la consegna delle chiavi. La persona di contatto presso il servizio All-Paris Apartaments è stata molto gentile e competente! 

  basic, but sufficient for one week stay in Paris. Furniture (table) needs repair or replacement.

  This is a very nice apartment. Its small, but is has everything you need and the cleanliness and quailty is good. The neighborhood is perfect! The only drawback is the noise from the elevator and other apartments - which actually didn't bother us that much. The other drawback is the tensions ...between security and ventilation. The window opens out right onto the front steps, so that if you want to either leave the apartment or sleep with security, you have to close the window. These were minor problems given the great location and friendly service. Recommended. 

  Die Sauberkeit des Appartments und vor allem des Badezimmers ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig (stinkender Duschvorhang). Das Appartment ist zu klein. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und man kann schlecht die Fenster aufmachen, gleich daneben befindet sich der Hauseingang und jeder geht am ...offenen Fenster vorbei. Der Lärmpegel ist ebenfalls sehr hoch, vor allem zwischen 7 und 9 Uhr morgens, sowie zwischen 22 und 00 Uhr abends.

  zu laut, da ein aufzug sörende geräusche macht und die treppe direkt vorm fenster von vielen personen beutzt wird, zu unsicher, da bei geöffnetem fenster leicht jemand einsteigen kann, hantücher und bettwäsche unsauber

  In unsauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Das Bett musste repariert werden. Es dauerte anstatt 45 min. 2 Std. bis die Kontaktperson mit einem Bettpfosten kam es reparierte. Stuhlbezüge wirkten schmuddelig durch Fettflecken, die angeblich bei der Reinigung NICHT zu entfernen waren. Das Eisfach des ...Kühlschranks war total vereist - dadurch Kühlung schlecht. Die eine Pfanne war NICHT funktionsfähig, da dünner welliger Boden. Störung durch laute Gespräche der Nachbarn. Heizung/Dusche funktionierte. Es wurde uns mehrfach telefonisch versprochen, das der Inhaber uns kontaktieren würde - DIESES GESCHAH NICHT! Die Kontaktperson hinterliess eine Telefonnummer, die nicht funktionierte. Nach vielen SMS an den Inhaber Anrufen auf Band geschah nichts (dadurch hohe Telefonkosten). Am Abfahrtstag hatten wir Schluesseluebergabe/Kautionsrueckgabe um 12 Uhr ausgemacht, KOntaktperson kam gegen 13:30.

  Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Kompliment an die Kontaktperson. Sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend!

  the electricity looked a bit dodgy: some cables at the bottom of the walls were exposed due to ripped skirting boards, close to water points. There could have been basic things like soap in the toilets/shower room and a sponge in the kitchen. We went shopping taking for granted there would be ...such things and came back to realize there wasn't basic commodities and ended up doing the washing up with a tea towel and washing our hands with washing liquid! the main negative point was the noise from the main hall entrance door, and people walking about at night, and the workmen (cleaners and painters, who by the way painted our door and we weren't told until I saw my coat stained by beige paint the next day!) at 8am shouting and banging on the walls. But then, this is Paris, and you will always get people walking in a building at night, especially in a nice touristic area... Maybe the initial contact was stressful, as we did not receive any news from our contact once in Paris, and waited outside for a long time, thinking we were going to have to find a hotel.

  Una impresión muy buena del apartamento. Todo muy correcto. Solamente creemos que se puede ser más esmero con la limpieza. No hubo sorpresas y la persona de contacto fue muy puntual.

  Salimos muy contentos

  Lo mejor la ubicación. Zona muy tranquila y bien comunicada. Lo peor a la persona que teníamos que devolver llaves y nos tenia que devolver la fianza. Tuvimos que esperar dos horas y llegamos muy justos al aeropuerto.

  La ventana del baño estaba suelta y hemos echado en falta un armario y un extractor. Por lo demás todo estaba muy bien

  apartment needs a little work.. 2 windows out of 3 could not be opened due to broken parts, we cleaned out drain in shower in order to have the water run freely.. but on the whole we were very happy.. quiet at night as promised and wonderful location. A 1 hour wait for the contact person, so a bit ...of a mixup there, but A. came instead of C. and was very helpful and pleasant. Paris is beautiful.. Great Holiday.

  The person we meet at the apartment didnt speak english and it was very difficult to communicate with him

  Nicely situated near the Eiffel Tower and a walk away from transportation (train, taxi), it's idea for travellers from overseas. Accommodation is ideally suited for young couples only who have no problem spending money for their own basic daily needs (i.e. food, toiletries), provided they know ...where to look. If the owner chooses to send an accquaintance (as opposed to the person we were supposed to meet) to meet us at the apartment, their information must be made available. Communication was an issue which was expected but assurances that the contact person(s) were multi-lingual this problem shouldn't have presented itself. 

  es war eine nett eingerichtete kleine wohnung. die lage war perfekt, sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. sie war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. mangel: handseife im bad umd einige wenige gewürze in der küche,filter für den kaffe. wir waren sehr froh um die schnelle antwort per mail... auf die anfrage. so konnten wir unsere reise perfekt planen. dass unsere kontaktperson 45min verspätet war und plötzlich jemand ganz anderer da stand ,um uns die wohnung zu zeigen, war ein bisschen verunsichernd zu beginn. 

  The location is excellent, the spot quiet and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is very small, and we could not open the window, as it was broken. One of the kitchen cupboard doors was also missing. We stayed for 5 days, and there was no space unpack clothes or to hang anything - we had to leave everything in our suitcases.

  Todo limpio, lástima que no haya exctractor ni puerta para cerrar la cocina, pero la ubicación es genial y el apartamento tranquilo. El chico muy majo. Está a un tiro piedra del metro y hay un supermercado bajando la calle.

  Un apartamento acogedor, confortable para 2 personas , ubicación buena porque la boca de metro está a escasos 300 metros y a tan sólo 5 minutos de la torre Eiffel. Supermercado cercano. Si volviera a París no me importaría volver a repetir el alojamiento.

  Accogliente, bene arredato, silenzioso e pulito. Molto soddisfacente. Qualche strumento ed accessorio in più in cucina. Servizio eccellente, la persona che ci ha accolto è stata molto cordiale e amichevole. P

  It all very well, location was good, just thought I would mention the fact that there is a dark alleyway so better lighting would be good. The neighbourhood is relatively secure but at times I didn't feel completely comfortable being two ladies renting an apartment! The contact person and the service were great

  bel appartement, bel emplacement, un peu de bruit très tôt le matin à cause des murs fins...le seul hic est le lecteur DVD qui ne fonctionne pas

  Notre note d'appreciation est 8. Il y avait un probleme avec le lit simple.

  Al principio nos sorprendio bastante que pusiera que era una primera planta cuando la ventana estaba totalmente a pie de escalera de entrada. Pronto se nos olvido. Es una zona tranquila muy bien situada y con un super a nada que es una maravilla. Lo recomenadaremos sin dudar.

  Fueron bastante informales, ya que la persona de contacto no respondia a mis llamadas cuando se suponia que tenia que contactar con el al llegar al aeropuerto,al llegar al apartamento nos atendio otra persona, la habitacion no estaba lista y nos pidio que volvieramos en una hora se supone que para ...limpiar pero no debio limpiar mucho,yo creo que no cambio ni las sabanas,habia pelos por toda la habitacion y el baño no daba buen aspecto tampoco....le pregunte que con quien contactaba si habia algun problema y resulta que la persona de contacto solo se le podia llamar a partir de las 15h , como para pasar algo urgente... eso si, la ubicacion es excelente a 5 min del trocadero 

  Nous avons été très satisfaits du séjour dans votre appartement. Nous avions déjà une bonne appréciation de notre fils Clément qui y était déjà venu. On a été enchantés. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la personne de contact. De plus la situation ...géographique y est très agréable. Nous souhaitons y revenir un temps futur. Nous le recommandons vivement. 

  PESIMO malisima relacion precio calidad .E·l apartamento esta en malas condiciones ademas de ser muy antiguo.Faltan puertas del bajomesada .Los zocalos del mueble del baño estan podridos .Faltan pedazos de piso .El termo esta roto y pierde agua .UN DESASTRE

  El departamento es ideal para dos personas. La ubicacion es excelente y el trato del encargado, C, es mas que agradable. Altamente recomendable.

  Ci siamo trovati benissimo, proprio a casa. L'appartamento è piccolo, ma a tutti i conforti necessari per un breve soggiorno. Fra l'altro è in una via tranquilla , ma vicino a un grande corso, alla stazione Trocadero della metro e alla torre Eiffel. Stupendo. Il signore che ci ha ricevuto ci ha ...dato tutte le informazioni che avevamo bisogno nella nostra lingua, cioè il portoghese, ato che siamo brasiliani e solo io parlo altre lingua oltre alla nostra lingua nativa. 

  La persona que nos recibio, C., fue amabilisima con nosotros.La ubicacion ideal; el estudio bastante bien; bien equipado; si fuera mio cambiaria el mueble del lavabo y daria un repasito al suelo y a la pared del cabecero (con eso ya le daria un 10). Lo recomiendo sin duda y el wifi funciona perfectamente, Salimos muy, muy contentas

  Somos una pareja de 30-35 años, nos hemos alojado solo 4 dias, pero muy bien, a 15 min de la torre eiffel y el apartamento limpio. El dueño no pudo venir, pero una persona se encargó de recibirnos. Cama cómoda y el apartamento dotado de cosas básicas, como aceite, sal, jabón,etc... El baño ...habria que reformarlo un poco, pero en general bien. Volveriamos sin duda pero mas dias!!

  Hemos estado 4 días en él y nos ha gustado mucho, está muy céntrico, a muy pocos minutos de la torre Eiffel. El apartamento en sí está muy bien equipado con lo básico para la estancia, limpio y cuidado. Bien comunicado con las líneas de metro y buses, a pocos metros también del apartamento ...En lo referente a la atención recibida fue escelente.Totalmente recomendable para pasar bonitas vacaciones. Aconsejable ir con bastante tiempo de antelación para llegar al aeropuerto. En general la experiencia ha sido muy buena. 

  The owner and the administrator of the accommodation were really helpful and full of assistance and very very friendly. The appartement itself has fabulous location as far as you can reach the most of important siteseeings just by walking. The appartement is cosy and confortable. Definitely if I go to Paris again I will ask for the same appartement.

  The apartment has everything you need but it is very very tiny. ( no showers for two...wink wink) In fact if you are a large person you would have trouble moving from the toilet to the sink. The place is very clean and is in the best location you could hope for in beautiful Paris. I wish we could ...have opened the windows at night for fresh air but due to the fact that the room is right at the first floor entrance for the whole building it would be unsafe. But there is a fan which saved me! I recommend more towels for the guests and extra pillows. ( I found one extra) . The bed is firm . F. did a good job in connecting us with the key holder, C., who is very nice. I felt safe in the neighbourhood and loved my breakfasts in Trocodero. It is really cool to be so near the Eiffel Tower. 

  Justo al lado del Trocadero, a pocos minutos de la Torre Eiffel. Apartamento muy bien equipado y moderno.

  La ubicación es perfecta. En 1 minuto, en la plaza de Trocadero con la mejor vista de la Torre Eiffel. Al lado del apartamento hay un supermercado. La casa, con calefacción central, ha estado todo el tiempo calentita. El baño tiene ventana. La entrega de llaves, sin problema. No nos pidió la ...fianza al llegar y como nuestro avión salía por la noche, no nos pusieron problema en dejarlo a las 17 horas. El chico que se encargó de todo, un amigo del propietario, encantador y muy amable. El wifi funcionaba perfectamente. La zona es realmente tranquila, ya que está en una calle sin salida y en una especie de urbanización. Sin duda alguna, lo recomiendo. 

  We (3 women) were very satisfied with the accommodation. The flat is located in a super area of Paris, close to the Eifel Tower, Metro Station Trocadero and the central pace for touristic bus. There is a super market very close to the appartement, where you can buy everything you need. Also a lot of... restaurants, where you can get a full menue for an acceptable price. The flat itself is not so big, but enough for 3 people. Very small bathroom, but this is no problem at all. The main bed and the bed for the 3rd person are very comfortable. There is everything you need in the flat, even a hairdryer. All in all, the flat is super for touristic pupose. The contact persons were great, always reachable via email, person who gave us the key was very friendly and gave us even some advises. 

  The location was perfect but when we arrived we had to wait 1 hour and a half outside beacuse the guy that had to riceive us was late and answered our messages only after half an our.They didn't clean the apartment so he changed only the sheets in front of us! The bathroom is really small!

  The apartment was great. Excellent location and a nice atmosphere. C was very helpful when we arrived and the apartment was cLean and had all we needed for our stay there.

  Appartamento in ottima posizione, zona tranquilla a due passi dalla torre eiffel e dalla metro trocadero, locale piccolo ma funzionale, ha tutto il necessario.Proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo.

  La persona de contacto es muy amable,enseguida nos pusimos en contacto y nos espero en el apto,la ubicacion es excelente,y el dpto es muy comodo,la cama perfecta.El baño un poco pequeño,una persona obesa no entra.

  Arrivée dans l'après midi du 23/12/2015 et après installation dans le studio, je me suis absentée 2h pour courses et au retour, j'ai retrouvé le studio inondée avec 2cm eau au sol. L' installation du ballon d'eau chaude n'a pas été faite correctement avec des fils qui pendouillent et ...auraient du être mis sous baguette. J'ai donc été obligée de changer d'appartement car impossible d'y vivre!Je me suis retrouvée dans un appartement correct avec 4 étages à monter dans un escalier étroit surtout lorsqu'on est chargé.Pour moi ce problème n'aurait pas du se produire si vous aviez suivi les travaux de cette installation car ce n'est pas la première fois que je loue des appartements avec ballon d"eau-chaude.Quant au contact avec la personne qui m'a reçu ,s'est occupé du changement bien.

Le propriétaire confirme que la salle de bain a été agrandie, que le chauffe-eau a été changé et la parquet refait à neuf début février 2016.

  El apartamento es mui acogedor e mui comodo E nadie te molesta , tiene todo lo necesario para una estância agradable e tranquila , lo haces todo caminando sin necesidad de coche La persona que te recibe es mui atencioso e te deja sentir mui a gusto desde la llegada. Lo recomiendo.

  La ubicación es perfecta! Además tiene un supermercado muy cerca. Lo recomiendo 100%.

  Piccolo ma completo di tutto, c'è persino una lavasciuga. Buono.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, ruhig, Nähe Eifelturm, Metro und Supermarkt!Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, d.h. sauber und alles vorhanden das man braucht. Die Kontaktperson war freundlich und zuverlässig, es war unser Problem, dass wir kein Französisch konnten, das wäre mehr von Vorteil ...gewesen. Aber wir kamen auch mit Englisch und wenigen Wörtern Französisch klar. 

  Fue una muy agradable estancia en Paris. El propietario es una persona muy atenta y nos asistió en todo lo que necesitamos para que podamos tener una estadía placentera. Aunque el apartamento no es muy grande, tanto yo como mi amigo tuvimos espacio suficiente. Muchas gracias por la excelente atención!! Volveremos!

  C. who welcomed us in the appartment was very nice and helpful. Trocadero is very safe place to stay, rich and quiet quarter, definitely not a "living" place, rather "bedroom". Close to the metro. Bed very comfortable, bed linen and towels very plesant. In fact window opens into the entrance ...door, but it didnt disturb us, nobody looks into this window:) No noise from the lift. Appartment was clean but the amenities were rather old, as usually in the Paris central locations. First day I felt vinegar smell, used probably for desinfection. But I used some drops of lavender essential oil to refresh ambiance, and after one day ventilating it was OK. Appartment is big enough for a couple, as for the Paris reality, 24 m2. Generally - we had a very nice and pleasant 4 nights there. 

  The location here s great. It's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. There is a convenience store nearby, which is good. Theowner was nice and so was the caretaker who gave us the keys. The only issue is the room size. It is really realy really small. There is no space to move around in the room after you place the third bed.

  Emplacement très calme et très agréable. Idéal pour les personnes qui souhaitent trouver un logement pas cher et principalement pour se reposer la nuit et visiter le jour. Près de la Tour Eiffel mais tout de même au calme, donc extra.

  The oly positive was the location. It was dirty, smelly and noisy through the night. Couldn't bear to touch the shower curtain and the shower hot water pipe was exposed hence dangerous. The washing machine didn't work and were told would be fixed the next day then said next week. Asked us to use the... laundromat (gave 20euro back) but we travel to sightsee not waste time at a laundromat. The purpose of booking an apartment for this very reason was defeated. The towels, sheets had a dirty feel and the duvet inner felt like plastic. This in the summer heat! The only place on my trip I would advise to stay away from. The photos on the website are deceptive. It had a dirty feel and smell and we couldn't get away fast enough from it. It was nothing like in the photos. The excuse or the washing machine not working was that these things can happen any time but when one books a place it is for the facilities that are offered. We were told it would take a week to fix which meant that the next occupants were also not going to avail of it. It was a total letdown.  

  We had a great time in the Paris apartment! Fabien and Carlos were both very kind and helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The apartment is in a great location very close to the Trocadero station, which made getting around Paris very easy. The apartment itself is small, but it's clean and nicely decorated.

  En cuanto al baño y la cocina deberían de mejorar las instalaciones. El lavabo del baño está suelto, se sale el agua por los desagües. La cama supletoria está en mal estado, le faltan tablas y se sueltan. En general lo mejor la ubicación.

  The apartment was in a good location for sightseeing and for public transport. It had all the amenities we needed. The contact person met us on arrival and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the owner had given us the wrong Metro station to walk from which meant that we ended up getting a taxi from there to the apartment.

  bien situé cependant la cuisine et la salle de bain aurait besoin d.un nettoyage a fond ainsi qu'un raffraichissement Nous avons lavé la vaisselle car il y avait une pellicule de gras sur les verres surtoutl'appart n'était pas nettoyé a notre arrivée nous avons donc attendu que ce soit fait la... poignée de porte et le support de manteau de l'entrée étaient brisées la prise de courant de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas Nous avons été tres déçu de l,appart surtout qu'on demande 300 euros pour la caution Le quartier est assez chic mais l'appart est décevant On s'attendait a plus de qualité vu le quartier. 

  La localización es perfecta, justo al lado de la Torre Eiffel y muy cerca de una estación de metro (2 min andando desde el apartamento),zona muy tranquila y residencial, sin mal ambiente, el apartamento esta un poco escondido pero no es difícil de ver,hay un supermercado muy cerquita donde se ...puede comprar cosa para comer. El apartamento en pequeño, para una pareja, perfecto. No puedo decir que estuviera sucio, las sabanas estaban recién lavadas y no había polvo pero al no tener fregona en cuanto te duchabas o entrabas de la calle se ensuciaba el suelo muy rápido y con la mopa que había era imposible dejarlo saneado y limpio. El chico que nos atendió cuando llegamos fue muy amable y se esforzó mucho por enternernos, nos facilitó varios mapas de metro y lugares de interés. 

  Muy bien. todo de acuerdo a lo esperado.

  Proche du métro, de la tour Eiffel. Un magasin également a 5 minutes.L'appartememnt est très bien pour un séjour à Paris pour rentrer le soir manger et dormir par contre il y a beaucoup de bruit dans le bâtiment et dans la rue, difficile de se reposer après une longue journée.
