  posizione strategica ma troppo rumoroso e senza aria condizionata faceva davvero un caldo terrificante

  El apartamento está muy bien localizado. Cerca de la parada de metro Anvers. Es una zona llena de tiendas de tejidos y a los pies del Sacre Coure. Durante el día hay mucho moviento y a la noche es muy tranquilo. No se oyen ruidos. En la misma calle hay un supermercado tipo DIA. El apartamento ...es como se muestra en las fotos. Está todo muy limpio y bien decorado. Es una cama de matrimonio y un sofa cama. El sofa cama es muy cómodo. El menaje de cocina es muy básico pero suficiente. La TV solo tiene los canales franceses. La conexion Wifi no funciona siempre. Los dueños o el contacto tienen una tienda de telas justo debajo del apartamento. En las fotos aparece el toldo de la tienda. Cuando nosotros llegamos al apartamento no había nadie y fuimos a preguntar a la tienda. Ahí estaba una señora muy amable que subio con nosotros al apartamento y nos mostró todo. Le dimos a ella la fianza de 200 euros. El día de partida saliamos a las 8 de la mañana así que el dueño vino al apartamento y nos devolvió la fianza el día anterior. El trato fue muy bueno. En conclusión, si volvemos a Paris repetiremos este alojamiento.

  Er staat u mij toe u te bedanken, heer Michel Ohayon, als onze contaactpersoon, voor uw gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid en verplichtheid. Montmartre is een van oudste wijken van Parijs met zijn straatjes, winkeltjes, cafeetjes, die een eigen sfeer hebben. Wij waren erg tevreden omdat het locatie ...dichtbij van metrostation of bushaltes was ( vijf minuut loopafstaand), maar het was op onze straat niet zo veel druk, terwijl het in het centrum van Montmartre was, dus het was veilig genoeg. De kamer had een moderne stijl naar onze smaak. Er was goed onderhoud en schoon. De badkamer was wel kleine maar heel schoon. De schoonmiddelen hebben wij ook gehad, maar naar mijn mening was het een beetje niet genoeg. Bijvoorbeeld geen keukenpapier of keukendoekjes en weinig schoonmiddelen voor het vaatwerk. In de keuken was er genoeg apparatuur om het eten klaar te maken. Alle apparatuur(koffieapparaat, koelkast met diepvriezer, oven) heeft goed gefunctioneerd. Wij hadden daar de plezierige dagen gehad en wij zijn ook heel tevreden over de prijs. Dus, naar onze mening was er alles uitstekend.  

  Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5 min entfernt von Sacre Coeur. Man ist mitten im Geschehen. Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der direkt im Haus sein Geschäft hat und somit tagsüber immer leicht erreichbar ist. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut Englisch. Die Wohnung ist, wie in der ...Beschreibung, sehr modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. 

  The apartment was very newly renovated, right near a metro train station and quite clean. The contact person was helpful even when I was not so that was great. We liked the furniture however there was little helpful cooking equipment like a sharp knife, chopping board and no toilet paper. It was ...quite hot so windows had to be open as no fan so the street noise was quite loud.

El piso estaba genial, muy bien decorado y acogedor, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable! el casero super majo, nos dio muchas facilidades para todo! le doy a toda la estancia un 10!

  Modern eingerichtet. Super netter Eigentümer, spricht Französisch und Englisch. Tolle Lage.

  While the accomodation was in a textile shops area we felt safe and ware in close proximity to Sacre Coeur and Metro stations just what we wanted.The apartment owner was very helpful.

  Le quartier est formidable et la rue tranquille. Le proprietaire est charmant et tres accueillant. La cuisine pourrait etre mieux equipee pour cuisiner mais l'essentiel etait la. L'appartement est tres propre et a tous les charmes d'un vrai appartment parisien. Definitivement une experience positive!

  La stanza è accogliente, luminosa; dotata di tutti gli accessori per poter cucinare. Acqua calda sempre disponibile (non c'è bisogno di ricordarsi di accendere il boiler). I vicini sono molto gentili. il palazzo è sicuro (ha un sistema di accesso comodissimo e allo stesso tempo ...rassicurante). La scala interna ha il suo tempo ma è talmente bella che non ci si fa caso. La strada su cui affaccia il monolocale è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. il tutto a due passi dalla metro Anvers. Il quartiere non ha bisogno di recensione. Una poesia.  

  Aunque la zona en la que se encuentra está bien en general, a partir de las 7 u 8 de la tarde la calle queda desierta. El apartamento es mucho más pequeño de lo que vemos en la web. Hay un olor desagradable en las zonas comunes (escaleras, entrada).

  Perfect location just 2 mins walk from the metro and just infront the Sacre Coeur. Very cosy apartment and very nice owner. Recommended!

  8 Logement bien situé (proche du métro) et dans une rue calme la nuit, immeuble tranquille Des petits manques: pas de bouilloire ni de théière, pas de tapis de douche, salle de bain/toilettes très étroites et pas de support pour les serviettes de toilettes. Cependant la gentillesse du ...propriétaire et sa disponibilité compensent ces petits désagréments !

  Perfect spot from where to discover Paris. Very close to the Sacre Coeur and in a lively neighborhoud but in the same time quiet inside.

  We had great holidays in that beautiful old-style apartment just few metres from MontMartre. I really reccomand it to everyone, especially to the couples who want enjoy this romantic landscape.

  The owner was very nice and helpful. I really liked the appartment, it was clean and tidy, I absolutely recommend this place to stay at.

  Für Fashionfans ein tolles Viertel für den Stoffeinkauf. Ruhige Lage, abends noch schnell zur Sacre Coeur um die Aussicht zu geniessen, einfach toll. Sehr gut.

  En general mi opinión es muy positiva. Ref. a ropa de casa, propondría que las sábanas y toallas estuviesen en mejores condiciones, estaban un poco viejas y su color no parecía muy límpias.

  Good Location. Just few minutes from the shops, metro, sightseeing bus. Apartment in good condition, clean, quiet. Landlord are pleasant and gave all information what tourists are interested in. I'll recommend to others. Easy to use. Enough information about apartments and services.

  There were leftovers in the fridge from the predecessors. Ice compartment had so much ice it did not close without a problem. The bathroom mat was a cleaning cloth. Linen and blankets were not really clean. Modern and nice furniture. TV ok, but no German channels.

  the apartment is little but very nice and comfortable! you can find everything you need in it but there are some shop near there. it's very close to the metro and to the sacre coeur. the owner is very kind and helpful.

  Appartamento collocato in ottima posizione sia per gli spostamenti con la RER sia per la vicinanza ai Market in zona.La zona è tranquilla.L'appartamento è comodo ma un po piccolo per una famiglia di 4 persone.L'edificio è di vecchia costruzione. I proprietari sono cordialissimi e disponibilissimi.

  Perfetto come posizione e ben disposto. Ideale per dormire e colazione un po piccolo e non attrezzato per pranzo o cena. Personalmente mi e' piaciuto molto.

  We received a very warm welcome. The appartment was nice and nicely located. The bathroom is small for us Dutch people ;) We will certainly come back

  Wir waren mit einer Familie (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) in der Wohnung. Sie war klein, sauber und zweckmäßig - und nachts auch ruhig, obwohl 1. Etage und zur Straßenseite gelegen. Die Lage war super, die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. Lebensmittelgeschäft mit Bäckerstand in nicht mehr als 100 m Entfernung. Die Kontaktperson war charmant und sehr hilfsbereit.

  Es pequeño pero para pocos dìas es suficiente y la ubicación nos gustó. Muy pero muy cerca de la parada de metro de Anvers y de la de Barbès-Rochechouart con lo que estabas en cualquier punto de Paris en pocos minutos. Y a unos pasos del Sacre Coeur. La persona de contacto muy amable y se ...esforzaba por hablar español aún no sabiendo. Y muy fácil de localizar la persona de contacto y el apartamento. all paris apartments Nos ha gustado mucho la información qque proporciona 

  Bijou for 4 people, but a very nice apartment in a wonderful location (a minute or so walk to the Butte Montmarte). Owner was very friendly and accommodating - even happy to hold our bags for us after check out! Could do with a bit more kitchenware for those who like to self-cater and the bathroom... is a bit tight - but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Tres Bien! 

  Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Super Lage der Wohnung mitten im Geschehen und doch recht ruhig.

  Kleiner Raum mit Küchenzeile und Schlafgelegenheit für 4 Personen, winziges Bad. Ausreichend für kurzen Aufenthalt in Paris. Lage mitten im alten Teil von Montmartre im Viertel der Stoffläden, Bastille Sacre Coeur liegt gleich um die Ecke. Super Metro-Anbindung. Supermarkt und Bäckerei in der ...Nähe. Souvenirshops aneinandergereiht. Man erlebt den Pariser Flair hautnah mit. 

  Ein kleines, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in idealer Lage. es liegt in einer kleinen Straße mit sehr wenig Verkehr, der aber gut zu hören ist. Selbst zu viert, mit zwei Kindern (13, 11), reichte der Platz. Die Geschirrausstattung der Küchenzeile ist knapp bemessen und sehr schlicht ...mit Plastiktellern, aber ausreichend. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei der Kaution gab es keine Probleme. Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

  Cosy and a great location. Not a huge space but everything needed for the 4 of us (2 adults/2 children). Close to shopping and supermarkets. Noise at night but didn't keep us awake. 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed....kids shared.

  Die Küchenausstattung war etwas sparsam, z.B. kein Schneidebrett. Der Vermieter war sehr auskunftsfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

  Es war nicht alles ordentlich festgeschraubt. Die Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen. Das Deckbett war nicht bezogen. Das Treppenhaus war dreckig. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ihren Preis u.E. nicht wert (zumal für Autofahrer Parkgebühren von mind. 15 EUR/Tag hinzu kommen).

  kleine, aber feine Unterkunft in günstiger Lage. Küchenausstattung recht knapp; entgegen Beschreibung kein Backofen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir wohnten dort als Familie mit 2 Kindern (13/14 Jahre) und fühlten uns dort wohl. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.   8/10 Description correcte du logement que nous occupions sur le site All-Paris-Apartments.com. Logement bien situé, au pied du Sacré Coeur, facile accès par métro. Rue passante commerçante le jour mais plus calme nuit.

  Alloggio in posizione ottimale per spostarsi a piedi, in metro o con altri mezzi. L'appartamento ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo; un po' piccolo per 4 persone, ma se usato solo per dormire è ottimo. I proprietari sono persone gentili e molto disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza.

  Die Unterkunft wird bis zu 4 Personen angegeben. Dafür ist es zu klein. Und auf einem Ledersofa zu zweit liegen, das nur mit einem dünnen Laken bezogen wird, das geht gar nicht. Ich würde dieses Zimmer niemals für 4 Personen vermieten. Als Vermieter möchte man doch, das sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Das war bei uns nicht ganz der Fall.

  Tal y como aparecen en las imagenes. Está perfectamente ubicado, a los pies del Sacre Coeur y con una estación de metro a 2 minutos andando. Michel el propietario es atento y amabilisimo, una joyita. El apartamento es un edificio antiguo y pequeño pero ideal para 2 personas, reformado y limpio ...aunque el colchón algo incomodo, tiene cama y sofa-cama. La pagina web de All-Paris-Apartaments maravillosa, es la primera vez q he reservado con ellos pero lo recomiendo 100%. Es segura y totalmente de confianza. Te garantizan toda la reserva y tienes telefonos de contactos para cualquier consulta tanto de la web como del propietario. Cuando vuelva a Paris volveré a reservar con esta pagina ya q es una opción muy interesante el tema de los apartamentos respecto a los hoteles q tan caros y cutres son algunos. Cuando reservas te mandan un email confirmandote la reserva y con todos los datos del propietario, te cobran una señal, luego tienes q contactar tú directamente con el propietario quien te da las direcciones para quedar y a la llegada le das el resto del dinero y una señal q te devuelve a la salida si no has hecho ningun desperfecto, y nada mas, asi de sencillo. Nuestra experiencia ha sido genial, gracias a All-Paris-Apartaments, gracias a Michel y a esa maravillosa Ciudad, Paris. 

  Der Vermieter konnte Englisch von daher war die Absprache kein Problem, alles hat gut geklappt und war uns auch im Nachhinein noch sehr behilflich.

  Es war alles so wir wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich.

  Enjoyed a lovely stay at this apartment. The accomodation was comfortable and clean and the owner was very helpful and accomodating. Very close to the Sacre Coeur and the lovely cafes in Montmatre. Would definitely recommend this studio-style apartment to those wanting easy access to the area and to transport links (Gare Du Nord is a 10 minute walk).

  nettes kleines Appartment, für 4 Personen zu klein. Lärm Level für paris absolut i.O. 5 min zur Sacre Cour, 3 min zu U-Bahn. Wenn man selbst kochen will, nciht so gut geeignet, wenig Geschirr, kein wirklicher Eßtisch, viel gute und günstige Restaurants im Kiez. Wir werden wiederkommen. Danke,

  The accommodation was as published on the web. Everything was very clean and the shower was good. The room was very spacious for 2 people but for 4 it would be cosy! The location of the apartment was good. It was no more than a 5 minute walk of Anvers and Barbès %u2014 Rochechouart metro ...stations which we preferred to use as it is also on line 4 which brings you into the heart of Paris. We had no problems walking around the area at various times of day although some people may find the street sellers around Barbès %u2014 Rochechouart a bit intimidating. Also being 10 minutes walk to Gare du Nord was brilliant for us. The street the apartment is on is one way so traffic noise was minimal and the windows are double glazed so it was very quiet. Most of the shops round about sell fabric but there's also a bakery and several supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, one being on the same street. It is also minutes from the Sacre Couer which is stunning. We went up the dome first thing in the morning (it opens at 8.30) and had the dome all to ourselves. The views of Paris were spectacular! Well worth the 200 steps (and 6 euro)! M. the contact person was excellent. We didn't have any problems but if we had I'm sure he would have done everything he could to help.

  La casita es pequeñita, pero cuca, tanto el sofá como la cama son muy cómodos, también la cocina, aunque es un poco pequeña e incómoda a la hora de fregar por no disponer de espacio para dejar los cacharros. EL baño también es cómodo, éramos cuatro chicas y tuvimos agua caliente en todas ...las ocasiones que nos duchamos y lavamos el pelo, que somos muy plastas con ese tema. El barrio es super bonito, sobre todo por la mañana. Hay un montón de tiendas de zapatos imposibles, el Moulin Rouge está a 10min andando y el Sacre-Coeur a 3. Hay un montón de garitos, de tiendas de souvenirs y de puestos de crepes, aunque por la noche es un poco inseguro (no andar por la parte de en medio de la calzada, peligroso!) Pero lo mejor sin duda es el casero, Michel tiene una tienda justo debajo de la casa, su madre es majísima y él también, y está para todo. Habla inglés más o menos bien, pero se entiende perfectamente con sus inquilinos. En general todo perfecto, inseguridad en el centro de la calzada, pero gente muy simpática y todo muy fácil.

  Accommodatie was prima. Dicht bij het openbaar vervoer. Met 10 minuten in hartje Parijs. Alleen s ávonds was het een beetje eng met een heleboel rare figuren bij het metrostation. De contactpersoon was vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Hij was zelf na 22.00u bereikbaar voor al onze vragen.

  Un poco limitado en cuanto menaje, toallas y mantas. La cama y el sofá cama un poco incómodos. Pero la ubicación inmejorable, cerca del metro y de paradas de autobuses. Barrio muy pintoresco. El propietario muy amable y servicial. Quizá para cuatro personas un poco pequeño. Para dos tres, ideal

  el lugar esta muy bien ubicado teniamos cerca todo (tiendas, metro, alimentos), bastante seguro, limpio y comodo. La cama es un poco incomoda pero para pasarlo uno o dos dias esta bien.... la atencion del encargado EXCELENTE, muy amable y servicial.

  Die Wohnung ist etwas zu klein für meinen Geschmack, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist sie geeignet. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war in Ordnung.

  Todo bien, excepto la cama. He vuelto y tengo dolores musculares en la espalda. No se puede ofertar una cama en tal mal estado.

  Es exactamente lo que ves en las fotos, muy práctico y limpio,hay utensilios y ollas para cocinar. Todo muy bien. La persona de contacto muy atenta y servicial, el lugar perfecto cerca de dos metros y de una oficina de turismo que botines toda desinformación para que tu estadía sea inolvidable. Rubén Fodrini

  War alles in Ordnung, die Wohnung war sehr schön, stimmte genau mit der Webseite überein, nur war sie ein bisschen kleiner als gedacht. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

  Wirklich nett, liebevoll gestaltetes Appartment. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist direkt am Sacre Couer. Für´s Auto sind die umliegenden Parhäuser sehr teuer. Am ehesten Garage Nord nehmen (1,2 km) für ca 25 EUR / 24 h. Mit 4 Personen ist es schon sehr ...klein und nur für 2-3 Nächte zu empfehlen. Wir werden wieder hier buchen.

  Ottima posizione ai piedi della scalinata di Montmartre. Purtroppo un po' rumoroso di notte , ma solo perchè a causa del caldo dormivamo con le finestre aperte. Carente di biancheria se, come nel nostro caso, ci si ferma per una settimana . Un po' piccolo per 4 persone ma , se si tratta solo di ...preparare la colazione e qualche volta la cena , ci si può benissimo adattare.Supermercato, farmacia, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Due fermate della metro e dell'autobus a 100 metri.La proprietaria è molto gentile. 

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Kontaktperson ist sehr sehr nett, ganz toll, er hat auch dort seinen Laden. Die Wohnung ist schön zentral gelegen aber es ist leider keine besonders schöne Strasse mit Charme, aber man geht um die Ecke und ist dann schon am Fusse der Sacre-Coeur. Gutes ...Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber das Bad ist wirklich winzig. Nett eingerichtet, ein sehr altes, typisches Haus mit knarzenden Treppen. 

  Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und lag fast unmittelbar am Fuße von Sacre Coeur. Das Flair rund um den Montmatre ist einmalig und hinreißend und das bunte Treiben geht bis tief in die Nacht. Demzufolge war der Lärmpegel ziemlich hoch, was aber zu erwarten war. Unsere Kontaktperson... war supernett, sprach allerdings ausschließlich französich.

  Na een hartelijke ontvangst en info omtrent het onderkomen, constateerden wij een vervelende stank, die achter de koelkast vandaan kwam. Dit hebben wij direct gemeld aan M, die op de begane grond zijn bedrijf Odysee heeft. Hij kwam direct mee om te kijken, kon echter niets vinden, maar wel één ...van de medewerkers achter en op de koelkast liet schoonmaken. Het leek wel de geur van bedorven vlees. Wij hebben op dat moment het appartement verlaten, zodat zij hun werkzaamheden konden verrichten. Bij terugkomst was echter de stank niet verdwenen, waarna wij wierook hebben gekocht, zodat de lucht plezieriger werd. 's nachts met de ramen wijd open geslapen en de volgende ochtend weer vroeg op. De winkel van M was 's morgens vroeg nog niet geopend, bij terugkomst zat er zelfs een brief op het raam dat de winkel, bij uitzondering t/m dinsdag (onze vertrekdatum) gesloten was. We vonden in het appartement de borg al weer liggen met een verontschuldiging van M dat hij ons niet meer zou zien voor ons vertrek. Verder is 2 handdoeken voor 4 nachten (voor 2 personen) wel heel weinig. Het appartement was wel heel leuk ingericht, modern. Prima locatie, heerlijk rustig te midden van een bruisende stad!!

  El alojamiento se encuentra muy bien situado en este barrio tan preciioso que es Mommartre muy cerca del sagrado corazón, muchas tiendas de recuerdos, sitios para comer bien de precio, supermercado Día en la misma calle, la estación de metro también muy cerca y en cuanto al apartamento está ...bien equipado, es cómodo(sobre todo el sofá para dormir) y la persona de contacto(Michel) excelente y nada más que parís es precioso y yo me he traído muy buenos recuerdos de allí. 

  Prima lokatie, keurig schoon apartement, jammer van het "geurtje"maar na even air sprayen en de ramen open hadden we er geen last van. M. is een vriendelijke behulpzame verhuurder. Wij kunnen het apartement zeker aanbevelen

  Alles in Ordnung, die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und war sehr gepflegt.

  Das Appartment war für zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern gut und reichte uns aus. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und sehr nah an Sacre Coeur, was uns gefiel. Supermarkt mit Bäckerei nur 100 Meter weiter. Unser Vermieter hatte sein Geschäft direkt nebenan und war daher immer ansprechbar.

  The flat was nice, one clean comfortable room and it was very closed to Sacré-Cœur, but the location is quite crowded. Due to the schedule, we were unable to meet the owner, but everything worked smooth and based on trust, including the payment and recovery of the deposit. It is just four ...minutes away from Anvers underground station, from where, you can reach any important objective in less than 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the internet was very slow. 

  El apartamento estaba bien, muy bonito, limpio y cerca del metro. Un poco justo para más de 2 personas. Y para cocinar de manera muy básica ya que no tiene extractor de humos.

  Parigi è sempre una magia. Come può andare male? Comunque l'appartamento era secondo le nostre aspettative, M il proprietario gentile anche se magari poteva custodirci le valige un po' di più a lungo prima della partenza.

  La ubicación es ideal pues esta a 100 metros del Sacre Coeur y a tres calles de la estación de metro. Cerca hay también supermercados y una lavandería. El propietario esta a la mano pues tiene un negocio justo al lado del apartamento. La acomodación es ideal para dos personas. Cuatro personas... adultas como fue nuestro caso estuvo algo apretada , pero aun así vale la pena este alojamiento. 

  sono stata a Parigi una settimana con mio marito e due bambini ( 8 e 13 anni) l' appartamento e' ben curato e all' altezza delle aspettative un po' scarso di pentolame per la cucina ma in ferie ci si arrangia, in posizione centralissima, la basilica del sacre coeur e il quartiere di montmartre ...sono dietro al palazzo il proprietario e' gentile e disponibile, fermata metro e ufficio turistico in fondo alla strada decisamente da consigliare.vacanza stupenda. 

  Tutto sommato la recensione è positiva, considerando che la maggiore parte del tempo lo abbiamo passato fuori per visitare la città . Mi aspettavo il collegamento a wi-fi che non c'era, oltre ad alcuni dettagli, però ininfluenti . Comunque ho apprezzato molto la vostra disponibilità e vi ringrazio. Distinti saluti .   Sehr gut gelegen, direkt unterhalb von Sacre Coeur. Nah an der Metro. Schön eingerichtetes Apartment, auch wenn das Badezimmer etwas beengt war. Sehr netter Vermieter.

  The owner was very helpful, in any way he could be. Everything we needed was close by, and it was easy to get public transport or even take an interesting walk into the city centre.

  This is a cosy apartment with a great location at the foot of Montmartre, and M. was helpful & accommodating and always readily available if anything is needed (his business is located on the ground level in the same block). The only minor complaint would be that the Wi-Fi, while useable, had a ...somewhat spotty connection. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I definitely would recommend this apartment. 

  Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo. L'appartamento, grazioso, ben tenuto dotato di tutte le funzioni essenziale e soprattutto pulito. Ottima la posizione, a pochissimi metri dalla metro e dal Sacro Cuore. Il padrone di casa, anche se incontrato per poco, si è mostrato molto gentile, disponibile ...e cordiale. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa in un quartiere frizzante e vivace di giorno ma allo stesso tempo quieto e tranquillo di notte. Grazie di tutto. Lo consiglio vivamente. 

  Appartamento al di sotto delle aspettative, edificio molto vecchio, non ci sono tavolo nè sedie, wifi e tv non funzionavano, edificio molto vecchio, divano letto spartano. Ottima posizione.Apartment was below expectations, very old building, no chairs nor table in the apartment, wifi and tv not working, spartan sofa bed. Great location.

  if I go again to Paris I will stay in same area of town,excellent part of Paris,specially for young people,lots of bistros,artist shop...can go by walk from Gare du Nord station.main station from CDG airport.Owner is so kind and frendly person and apartment is so cute and in quit street.very pleasant stay!!!

  Appartamento pulito e confortevole.Ottima posizione, ai piedi della funicolare di Montmartre e tra due diverse linee metropolitane.Proprietario discreto e molto gentile.

  *4 vriendinnen van 18* Het appartement ligt zeer goed gelegen in het gebied. Een MacDonalds op de straathoek, twee metro-ingangen vlak in de buurt, de Sacre Coeur ligt er bijna achter, een zeer goede bakker 4 min. lopen aan het einde van de straat en de winkel van de eigenaar pal naast het ...appartement als je vragen mocht hebben. Meneer O is een ongelofelijk vriendelijke man die goed Engels spreekt. De studio is groot genoeg voor vier personen en het grote bed ligt heerlijk! Wel is het erg gehorig, dus wij hebben ons de hele week afgevraagd of de buren last van ons hebben gehad: je kon ons redelijk goed horen op de gang. De badkamer heeft trouwens een heerlijke douche! Lange mensen moeten echter beetje schuin op de wc zitten vanwege het gebrek aan beenruimte.

  El propietario muy atento, la ubicación excelente. El apartamento un poco pequeño para cuatro personas, ya que tiene la cama montada.

  El apartamento es tal cual las fotos. Para 4 adultos un poco incómodo debido al que sofá-cama no es muy cómodo, pero para dos adultos y dos niños genial. El propietario un poco despistado pero muy simpático y atento. Muy cerca del metro y a los pies del Mointmartre.

  L'appartamento era molto sporco. Le lenzuola nel letto matrimoniale mancavano..il proprietario ha detto che in francia si usa solo il copriletto! Ho fatto presente la mancanza di igiene usando lo stesso copriletto diverse persone ma sembravo un alieno. Le lenzuola da utilizzare nel divano ...incommentabili. Per fortuna c'erano dei negozi in zona e ho comprato lenzuola e cuscini. Dalle scale emana una puzza indescrivibile. Non c'era aria condizionata. Zona carina ma di notte scordatevi di dormire. NON lo consiglio.

  The apartment is well-situated in a relatively quiet street very near Anvers metro station, at the base of Sacre-Coeur. There is a supermarket across the street and many places to eat nearby (nice and generally inexpensive places). The owner is very nice and hospitable, and attentive to the needs of... the occupant. The only real problem with the flat is that it smelled rather strongly from smoking - something that was easily resolved by opening the windows for 2 minutes. I would say that the flat is ideally suited for a young couple or budget travelers. 

  Die Kontaktperson ist sehr freundlich, meldet sich per Mail gar nicht, unbedingt telefonieren wenn ich was vorab fragen möcht.Lage ist ein abgekommener Viertel! Wohnung ist ok, leider hat die Dusche/Wc keine Abluftanlage nur ein Loch.In der Nacht sehr Laut, Hunde bellen, läute die in einem ...anderen Apartment wohnen, sind bis spät in der Nacht laut.Die Wohnung ist eher für 3 Personen und nicht für 4. 

  Wir waren zu viert ( 2 Erw. 2 Kinder (Zwillinge 11 J) Das Appartment war für eine Woche dafür ausreichend, Das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein,Dafür aber eine super Lage! Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Kein SAT-TV, daher nur franz. Programme. Aber wir kommen ja nicht zum Fernsehen nach Paris. W-Lan ist vorhanden. Metro in der Nähe.

  Muy buena opción. Motivos: 1. El propietario, M., nos recibió con una de lujo y nos dio las llaves antes de la hora de entrada para dejar las maletas. Además nos dejó el apartamento el domingo por la tarde porque nuestro vuelo salía tarde. 2. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y está ...limpio. Es como una suite de hotel pero con la ventaja de poder cocinar. La calle es muy tranquila, de comercios de telas y souvenirs, y se duerme muy bien. La cama es muy cómoda. Tienes wifi gratis. 3. La ubicación genial, al ladito del Sacre Coeur, un barrio con mucho ambiente y en metro estas a 15 min del centro (Notre Dame-San Michel).  

  Ottima posizione: zona servita da metro, ristoranti e supermercati. Appartamento silenzioso durante la notte e ben arredato. Il tavolino, essendo basso, è un po' scomodo per mangiare. Il letto era fornito solo di coprimaterasso e copripiumino. Doccia ampia e comoda. Complessivamente consiglio questo alloggio.

  El apartamento. Es tal cual aparece. El baño pequeño pero limpio. Lo único a destacar fue el wi-fi que funcionaba extremadamente lento y si lo utilizas como nosotros para navegar y buscar sobre París. Tarda en cargarte las páginas.

  Giorgia e nicolòsiamo stati in vacanza a parigi per un weekend, e abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento, l'appartamento era pulitissimo e come si mostra nella foto, il proprietario sempre disponibile al negozio al piano di sotto ,anche il giorno che siamo arrivati quando la porta non ci si ...apriva..munito di wifi, pentole,lenzuola pulite, asciugamani puliti e avevamo anche il caffè e alcune cose per cucinare...ci siamo trovati molto bene..!

  Excellent value for money. We really liked the location - two blocks from Sacre Couer and two blocks from the Metro, a block from a supermarket. Short walk to lots of restaurants. Appreciated having the fridge. Owner M was right there to meet us, very friendly, provided good information, and ...was accessible. Made check in/out super easy. Some street people spending the night on sidewalk down the block, but they did not bother us at all. Overall it was very quiet at night. Would stay there again if in Paris.

  El apartamento estaba muy bien acondicionado y en una buena zona, mi única queja es que el propietario tiene una tienda justo debajo del apartamento y nos enteramos el último día, entraba al apartamento cuando no estábamos cosa que no entiendo, si nos veía todos los días porque nunca nos dijo ...nada y entraba cuando no estábamos, una cosa muy extraña desde mi punto de vista. 

Estimado cliente, agradecemos y valoramos sus comentarios. El propietario confirma no haber entrado en el apartamento duranto la estancia de los clientes. Asimismo confirma que hubo un malentendido respecto a la hora de salida el último día y fue cuando se dirigió al apartamento estando aún ahí los clientes.

  Super! De Sacre Coeur ligt letterlijk in je 'achtertuin' en vlakbij Montmartre.

  Ottima posizione nel quartiere di Montmartre, 15 minuti a piedi dalla Gare du Nord, camera essenziale ma accogliente con tutti i confort. Consigliata per una permanenza di pochi giorni, soprattutto se si trascorre la maggior parte del tempo fuori casa. I letti non sono realmente matrimoniali, c'è ...un letto 1,5 piazze e un divano dove si può ribaltare lo schienale e diventerebbe un altro letto da 1,5 piazze. Comunque ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Proprietario disponibilissimo e cordiale.

  Bonne situation mais.... Payement en espèces, pas de facture possible. Pas le droit de voir la chambre avant de payer. Très bruyant, entretien limite. Wifi ne marche pas.

  Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war sehr gut und für pariser Verhältisse auch recht ruhig. Cafés, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Parkhaus (€ 32 für 24 h), Metro alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines Altbaus. Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort und es war für uns o.k.

  Ubicazione buona, appartamento carino ma non troppo pulito...in particolare le lenzuola. Inoltre le immagini su internet lo sopravvalutano. Proprietaria gentile, ma difficile il dialogo, visto che parlava solo francese.

  Le propriétaire, a répondu très vite à ma demande de réservation et s'est rendu disponible pendant le séjour lorsque nécessaire. Personne très courtoise et sympathique.L'appartement est situé dans une petite rue calme, proche du métro, de commerces et de restaurants.Le mobilier laisse ...quelque peu à désirer : il a l'aspect très bon marché et est réduit au strict minimum. Le canapé-lit n'est pas très confortable et contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce, il ne peut pas accueillir 2 personnes pour dormir. Le mieux, est de louer ce studio pour 2 personnes maximum. Il faudrait faire plus régulièrement faire le tour du propriétaire, se mettre à la place du client et améliorer le standard de vie dans le studio.

  Ondanks de bevestiging dat we om 14:00 terecht konden, mochten we pas om 15:15 in het appartement. De contactpersoon, liep ook niet even mee. Het was een appartement voor maximaal 3 personen. Het is alleen geschikt om er te slapen. Er zijn geen genoeg stoelen aanwezig.

  Está muy bien ubicado cerca de dos paradas de metro y pocos pasos de un supermercado. M. fantástico, el vuelo de vuelta salía por la noche y nos dejó quedarnos en el apartamento hasta que vino el taxi a recogernos, nos ayudó en todo. Al apartamento le faltaban arreglar pequeñas cosas. Echamos... en falta una sábana con la que taparnos y no directamente con la colcha. El apartamento como mucho es para tres personas. Éramos 4 personas y los niños mal dormían en el sofá porque había una barra central que molestaba y tuvieron que dormir encima de las mantas para poder estar más cómodos. 

  The flat is nice and the position is very strategic. The only thing: the sofa bed is quite small and uncomfortable for two.
