Perfetto per due persone ubicato nella Butte Montmartre

  Das Apartment war klein aber ausreichend für ein paar tage, Bettwäsche mangelhaft , Schlafsack musste man mitbringen, Sauberkeit befriedigend. Lage der Unterkunft perfekt nah am Stadtzentrum gute Metro Verbindung.

  El piso excelente en su equipamiento y en su ubicación: es un barrio muy recomendable.

  La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima. Vi è una eccellente relazione qualità-prezzo: nonostante l'appartamento sia un po' piccolo, è completamente equipaggiato ed è perfetto per 2 persone.

  No es muy amplio pero es el espacio necesario para dos personas en París. Se puede cocinar, hay un montón de utensilios (vajilla, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas..). Además C. (persona de contacto) es muy simpático y servicial. Muy fácil, rápido y de fiar.

  großartige Unterkunft in Mitten von Montmartre, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der Metro, super Einrichtung, alles in allem großartig!!

  Excellent location, everything in the apartment worked fine, no surprises. The elevator was unreliable during part of our stay but stairs are easily negotiable. Third time to use the service, twice for Paris and once for Berlin. Past issues have been well resolved. No issues this time.

  Leider war der Aufzug defekt. Zudem fanden Fassadenarbeiten statt, so dass es tagsüber zu einer Lärmbelästigung kam und man die Fenster aufgrund des Staubes nicht öffnen konnte. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

All-paris-apartments:

Der Eigentümer hat uns bestätigt, dass der Aufzug wieder funktionstüchtig ist, jedoch ist das Ende der Bauarbeiten noch nicht bekannt.

  Very small, but cozy room

  Appartement very near to the Sacré Coeur and the Montmatre, nearly perfect to Metro, very quiet (5 cars on the street / hour are the maximum!)

  I really recommend this place. Is rather small, but should be ok for a couple. Location is excelent (but be prepared for a 'stairs-climbing'. I would go there again.

  Alloggio carino Un po fuori mano dal centro

  On the reservation was written that the check-in was possible starting from h 14.00. We sent an email few days before to notify our arrival time. The contact person came at h16.00, we had to wait 2 hours outside the appartment! Very bad!!!! The cleaness of the apartment wasn't good (especially in ...the toilette). The position is nice and the apartment is good furnished even if probably too small for 2 people.

The landlord takes every measure to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment. Please remember to contact the owner / contact person when you arrive in the city to confirm your exact time of arrival at the flat.

  The apartment is great for a couple and for a few days, when staying there for 7 days with an infant like we did, maybe those little things - like having a tiny elevator or missing hangers to hang bags and everything else in such a small room - can be a bit disappointing. The owner was great, very ...helpful and kind helping out to sort a taxi mistake just before departure. Location is great, close to metro station and bus stops, in a very picturesque and peaceful neighborhood. 

  A great location to stay in Paris!! Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and very easy to access everything in the city via metro. Will stay here again next time we come to Paris.

  Small, but very nice and clean. Situated in the heart of Montmartre.Great contact person who delivered loads of information about tourist attractions, bars, shopping facilities and so on.

  Alojamiento pequeño, con algo más de lo necesario en tan corto espacio. Bien ubicado dentro del barrio y bien conectado con metro. Cama aceptable y tv sólo con canales en francés.

  Perfect choice for a couple. In the heart of Montmartre and yet very silent. Sacre Coeur right around the corner. Various Metro-stations and -lines in walking distance. Owner provides valuable information about the infrastructure of Montmartre and Paris (Attractions, Bars, Clubs, best Supermarket, ...Bakery, etc. around the flat.) The apartment itself was clean and cosy and had everything we needed. 

  La persona di contatto è stata gentilissima, ci ha consigliato tante cose. Mi sono trovata benissimo con la casa. L'appartamento era ben riscaldato.

  Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il quartiere molto bello, ma difficile per tornare a casa la sera a causa della strada in salita.

  Exactly as advertized, excellent accommodation in an interesting part of the city. Our contact was great, very helpful with lots of information and tips on local restaurants, shopping, etc. We look forward to staying again.

  Also die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber für 2 Personen mit nicht so hohen Ansprüchen absolut ausreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (besonders die kleine Küche hält alles bereit, was man braucht, um in Paris nicht sein ganzes Geld in Essen zu investieren =)! Probleme gab/gibt es allerdings mit ...der Kontaktperson. Er hat verschlafen und ist zur Schlüsselübergabe nicht aufgetaucht und war auch nicht zu erreichen...nun haben wir immer noch den Schlüssel und die Kaution bis jetzt eingebüßt =(

  Le propriétaire est tres gentil, il se comporte de facon professionnelle. Pour la prochaine fois je ne veux choisir que lui et son appartement.

  Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson, viele sehr hilfreiche Informationen zur Umgebung. Wunderschönes Viertel, optimale Lage. 5 min zur Sacre Coeur und zum Place du tertre, das Appartment aber in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Das Appartment war genau unseren Erwatungen und den ins Netz ...gestellten Bildern entsprechend. Alles da was man braucht, besonders in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Sehr gemütliches Bett, saubere Handtücher und gemütliche und saubere Bettwäsche. Lediglich beim Fussboden, in einigen staubanfälligen Ecken und in der Dusche haben wir bei Ankunft noch einmal selbst Hand angelegt, aber nichts wildes, was unsere Meinung zu der kleinen Wohnung schmälern würde. Wir kommen wieder. :-) Nadine u. Karsten 

  L'appartamento è piccolissimo ma carinissimo e dotato di tutti i confort. L'ubicazione è ideale e silenziosa. Consigliatissimo per coppie giovani o comunque che non hanno problemi ad affrontare qualche salita o scale.A 5 minuti di cammino dal Sacre Coeur e vicino alla metropolitana. Per noi è stato perfetto.

  The pictures of this studio were misleading, showing a sofabed folded up as a sofa (which I would have liked). In fact there was only a bed which pretty much filled up the whole room and could not be folded up. The owner was 30 mins late from agreed check-in time and I was waiting with my bags on ...the street. At check-out, he had forgotten to bring the deposit and asked me to wait on the street while he goes to get the money (this took 15 mins). He did not apologise on either occasion. On the positive side, the area is lovely and it was nice to have a washing machine and a dishwasher. The customer care skills of the owner of this apartment were poor.
