"Très joli appartement,bien équipé, très bien placé dans un quartier sympa. Le site internet, les contacts, tout à bien fonctionner.
Malheureusement pour nos enfants la télévision ne marchait pas. La salle de bain est un peu petite pour 5 personnes.
Peut-être pour améliorer le service, il serait bien de déjà mettre les housses de couettes et d'oreillers pour les canapés lits du salon."

"Very nice apartment- was exactly as it appeared in the photos and the location was excellent

"The location was withing walking distance to everything and could not be faulted.
There was plenty of room but I found the following: There was an advertised microwave on the website but no microwave existed. When I asked the apartment managers about this, they said it never has had one - so I think the advertising has to be a bit more accurate. A bit more maintenance would have gone a long way: eg: the metal floor joining strip between bathroom and living area had been twisted and hanging on by a small tack which prevented the door from closing and could have caused someone to trip over it. A few seconds of nailing with proper tacks and hammer would have solved the problem. The shower drain was not good and became worse and worse over the next few days as it took about 5 mins to drain - another easy fix with a plunger or cleanout? 2 of the lights had no lightbulbs in so the lounge was quite dark in one corner. Another light kept buzzing when on so we left it off. We let them know about the lights but nothing done - we were just advised it was 2 way switching but if there were bulbs to begin with, we could have worked that one out. There was about a tsp of detergent left for us so we went and bought new soap to wash the dishes and our hands. There were no dishwasher tablets so we asked for some to be delivered which it was. One roll of toilet paper was OK but it would have been nice if more had been supplied and that we had sufficient cleaning supplies in the first instance as there were 3 of us girls and we like everything to be CLEAN. The oven looked dirty but the apartment managers said it was burn marks, but we did not use it anyway although I cleaned the cooktop as there was grease round the knobs. The main gas hob did not have a black ceramic top on it and caused the flames to go everywhere - lucky not to have been burnt. The apartment managers said one was being ordered. They told us just to use the other hobs which of course we did as it was pretty dangerous otherwise.The dining table had multiple fingerprints under the glass top and the table runner had food stains embedded and needed a good wash and the chairs had crumbs in the gaps where the upholstery met the metal - so a good springclean would have worked wonders. The mini dishwasher still had dishes in it and we wondered if they had been washed properly so we rewashed everything just to be sure. The wok was greasy, so I rewashed it properly before cooking with it.
But apart from the above which should have been easily rectified; it was just nice to be close by everything and the apartment was comfortable and warm. It was nice to be met by one of the apartment managers even though our flight was late and for our bags to be taken up all those stairs. The free WI FI was excellent and apart from the cleaning and maintenance issues which would have only taken a couple of hours to complete, it was a good place to stay."

"Apartment is very well situated in Paris. The building being rather old, the apartment was a bit noisy (footsteps from above and television from neighbours). It wasn't too clean either (a lot of dust). Nevertheless, the apartment is very comfortable and easily suits five. It's nicely furnished, the beds sleep well and the kitchen provides everything for a short stay."

"L'appartamento è davvero una chicca, ed è fedelissimo a quello che si vede in foto. La posizione è ottima e soprattutto i ragazzi che gestiscono la casa e fanno da contatto sul luogo sono eccezionali e disponibilissimi. Un saluto particolare a Nabil."
