"L'appartement était très bien. Mais pourquoi le lit de la seconde chambre n'était pas fait, et pas de draps dans l'appartement pour le faire. Le dossier du canapé était cassé. Pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner.
La facon dont on récupère les clés, et dont on laisse l'appartement fonctionne très bien."

"The ceiling of the shower was dark of mildew. One of the main windows did not close properly which is not nice during the winter time. My advice: ask the French agency of the apartment all the details regarding deposit in advance, where to place it and so on. As they may do not tell you just as they did with us. So, we did not know that we had do leave the deposit just in a safety box, without any note or confirmation that we placed it there, without any receipt. What they did was to enter our apartment when we were not there and took all our computers as deposit! We thought they were stolen! As we could not get the information by email or phone in advance that they will do so! That was a horrible situation. "

"there was scaffolding outside of the apartment which had obviously been there some time and repointing of the brick work which started at 7.45 am each morning. The apartment itself had a wardrobe door which fell off, a dishwasher door which was broken, a toilet which smelt awful even when it had not been used all day and towels which were threadbear. However the beds were comfy and the shower was hot and efficient (when the drainage system was working!). Overall I would not recommend the apartment for more than a couple to use for a few days. the actual booking service all paris apartmanets was excellent and the handing over of keys etc., and ability to leave the luggage was excellent."
