Studio-appartement voor een verblijf in Parijs in de buurt van Luxemburg tuin

  sin ventilación para baño, ni extracción de humos en la cocina. el colchón genial, aunque solo una cama. había papel de baño, sal, vinagre, imagino que sobraria de los inquilinos anteriores. la limpieza de la vajilla también se notaba que la habian hecho los anteriores inquilinos. tuvimos... que comprar pilas para la tele y el tdt. en general, bien!  

  lovely, charming apartment. small but economical space perfect for a single person or a romantic couple. (less ideal for two people who are not romantically involved.) great location and wonderful owners!

  Un lugar acogedor, para una pareja. A escasos 5 minutos de la Cité, Sorbonne, Pantheon, Latin Quarter...Jean Jacques, el propietario es un tio muy interesante, recomendable mantener una conversación con él. Sólo lo vimos la noche antes de acabar la estancia aunque mantuvimos contacto telefónico... con él con anterioridad, en el cual se ofreció para solventar cualquier problema no sólo en el apartamento, sino en Paris en general. Tiene cocina, wifi rápido, calefacción...Muy satisfechos con todo en general. 

  Plus: Die Lage ist super! 200m vom Jardin du Luxembourg und 300m zur Universität Sorbonne und Metro Bus. Viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, auch Bäcker. Direkt daneben ein kleiner Laden mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken. Fenster gut schalldämmend. Leises Haus. Gutes großes Bett. ...Kühlschrank. Minus: Kleine Wohnung mit wenig Ablagen, nur 1 Haken für Handtücher, WC quasi im Zimmer hinter der Ecktür. Wenn Fenster offen sind, kann Straßenlärm (nur einspurige Einbahnstraße) und die Bar im EG nachts stören. Dritte Etage für alte Leute beschwerlich 

  El dia de salida del apto. no pude salir porque la puerta principal de entrada al edificio de acceso al apartamento quedo sin electricidad. Como consecuencia estuve 2 horas alli sin poder salir, ni volver a entrar al apartamento proque se me pidio dejara las llaves dentro. Asi perdi mi tren a ...Lucerna, y tuve que pagar un nuevo ticket de euros 120, ademas de perder mi dia (unico) en Lucerna para visitarla. Trate de contactar a los dueños varias veces, tenian el celular apagado, por lo cual no solucionaron mi problema y se deslindaron de responsabilidad. Al final del dia, me llamo el dueño y me dijo que yo DEBERIA SABER que cuando se cortaba la eelctricidad habian unas llaves detras de un puerta que devolverian la misma. Por lo tanto, perdi un dia de mis vacaciones, perdi eruos 120 y no recibi ni una disculpa del propietario del apartamento. PESIMO NUNCA MAS VOLVERE NI LO RECOMENDARE.  

  Lo mejor del apartamento es la localización. Es muy pequeño y lo peor es el baño y la ducha. El inodoro está en un esquina en un habitáculo en el que una vez sentado la puerta te cierra muy cerca de tus piernas. La ducha está alado del lavabo, que si se ve en las imágenes. Es muy pequeña ...hasta el punto de tener una movilidad muy reducida. El agua se salía cada día un poco poco más. Por otro lado, no hay wifi, te puedes conectar a internet por cable pero no desde el móvil que era mi intención. El trato fue desde el primer momento muy bueno y la localización nos permitio comer la mayoría de los días en el barrio latino  

  Muy céntrico, en pleno corazón de París, muy acogedor y muy bien distribuido y equipado, tal y como se mostraba en la página. Limpio. Excelente la persona de contacto que nos facilitó nuestra estancia. Very, very good!!! É um apto bem acochegante e fica numa excelente area central da cidade, ...tem o necessario para fazer comidas rapidas. Valio. Molt adequat, excel·lent!! 

  Muy pequeñito, pero con todo lo necesario. Lo mejor, la ubicación, en una calle tranquila, pero cerca de grandes avenidas con todo lo necesario en tiendas, restaurantes...

  El apartamento pequeño, pero muy acogedor, el dueño era un encanto, nos contó muchos sitios dónde ir, etc...en general un 10

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment booked through All-Paris Apartments.Com. The location on Rue Monsieur le Prince in the 6th arrondissement could not have been better and the help from and cordiality of the owners more than made up for the less attractive features of the apartment ...(very small space and some street noise at night). All in all, very good value by Paris standards providing you are not looking for lots of space. The opportunity to use the kitchen also allows overall eating costs to be reduced if that is of interest! 

  Lo mejor : su ubicación. Te hace sentir como si vivieras en Paris y no como turista. El espacio perfecto para una persona o pareja, con Tv e internet.

  Ideal para dos personas. Además tiene Wifi que no me pareció leerlo. Ideal para turismo. Muy céntrico. Repetiremos.

  The apartment is little but very nice,we love it,near at the jardin du luxembourg and at the metro. the owners are very gentle and kind. perfect for 4/5 days. L'appartamentino è splendido,piccolo ma bello,a due passi dai jardin du luxembourg e alla metro,i propietari sono davvero gentilissimi e disponibili perfetto per 4/5 giorni

  Appartamento molto piccolo ma sufficiente per un gradevolissimo soggiorno. Fornito di tutto il necessario.

  L'alloggio pur essendo piccolo risulta estremamente confortevole,possiede tutto ciò che serve;l'aspetto sicuramente piu positivo è la posizione,inquanto situato a soli 300 mt dalla metropolitana,e a pochissimi mt dalla stazione dei taxi.L'alloggio inoltre è ubicato in uno splendido quartiere nel ...quale si vive benissimo.La persona di contatto è seria ed affidabile. 

  There was really old frying pan, so will be nice if owner will change it to new one. We hv enjoyed our stay in this apartments but as it is really small and toilet is in the same room, just behind small door :-) it can be uncomfortable for not so close people.

  Apartament bardzo maliutki i schludny, perfekcyjna lokalizacja, wlasciciele sa bardzo goscinni i opiekunczy. Zadnych problemow.Polecam wszystkim, ktorzy wybieraja sie na zwiedzanie Paryza.

  Emplacement génial pour visiter Paris. Plusieurs sites intéressants à proximité. Personne de contact très sympathique. Studio petit mais fonctionnel dans un immeuble tranquille.

  All was really perfect, though the appartment is a little bit small, to stay and visit Paris being all the day out it's enough. Sometimes the lift would be appreciated - after 10-12 hours of walking outside :-) The owners is a splendid couple of artist, we knew Je personally and N through her ...paintings, it was nice to speak with him and exchange the opinions. Great to find the international plugs for netbook or mobile charger, we did not think to bring them. The only thing missing in the appartment is the dust basket where to throw the refuse. We arranged ourselves with plastic bags, but it would be better to have the basket where to fix them instead hanging on the kitchen board or the chair. 

  it was a very nice and lovely appartement. All was clean and well. The situation of the appartement is excellent!

  Het is een kleine studio, waarin het prima 2 persoonsbed de meeste ruimte inneemt. Toilet en douche zijn klein, maar bruikbaar. 2 Rechte stoelen niet echt comfortabel. Aan de eigenaar enkele kleine reparaties en wat aanvulling op de keukeninventaris geadviseerd.

  A sweet, delightful little apartment in a fabulous location. I had a wonderful time!

  Io stessa non avrei potuto immaginare un soggiorno parigino più piacevole di così!

  We had everything we needed for our stay - it was warm, cosy, we had plenty of hot water and above all, the WiFi was excellent. Thank you N and J-J.

  It is in a very good location, you can go downtown Paris by foot. Also the owner is very kind and willing to help.

  The apartment was very nice, some steep stairs but other than that everything was perfect. The person who met us for check-in was very friendly, absolutely brilliant.

  Los dueños son muy amables y la ubicación es excelente. Si bien el departamento es realmente pequeño y se nota que el edificio tiene muchos años, el equipamiento funciona. Un poco ruidosos los vecinos.
