Design appartement op vijf minuten van de Sacre Coeur

  Alles bestens. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Bezahlung des Restbetrages mit der Kreditkarte an der Unterkunft hat erst nach mehreren Versuchen geklappt und wurde ausversehen doppelt abgebucht. Der Vermieter hat aber die Bezahlung wieder zurückgewiesen. Alles in Ordnung.

  We absolutely loved the apartment. It provided a great place to stay for our holiday and helped to enhance the great experience which Paris was. The apartment block itself was quite old but the apartment has been done up in a clean, modern style with lovely little touches such as an i-pod dock. The ...facilities within the apartment were excellent...there was even a dishwasher. Shower was also amazing! The contact person was very friendly and helpful. 

  De wifi was niet goed. Veel moeite gehad online te komen en na twee minuten was er geen verbinding meer te krijgen.Hadden de laptop beter thuis kunnen laten.

  L'appartamento era grazioso, ma non per 4 persone, al massimo 3. Molto piccolo. Ci sono stati dei problemi con il letto che non era solido, problemi con la rete. Bagno piccolo, ma carino. Si trovava in una zona un po' marginale. Il sito web ok, ma gli appartamenti andrebbero controllati più in profondità (controllare, letto, stoviglie, etc...)

  it's small and on the6th floor, but in very good condition and comfortable.the neighborhoud is also very nice

  Sometimes Wifi worked (very slowly), often not. Besides that, the accommodation is very nice and looks exactly as on the pics. I recommend.

  Was good. There was no parkingspace.

  Nice, little appartment, nearby underground metrostation and boulangerie. On the sixth floor with a small elevator for your suitcases. It is a nice appartment as a starting point for visiting Paris.

El propietario ha revisado la conexión a Internet y confirma que ahora funciona correctamente. Además reitera su disponibilidad hacia los clientes durante la estancia para solucionar eventuales problemas con la mayor rapidez posible.

  La zona della fermata di Chateau Rouge non e' la piu' qualificata di Parigi, ma dopo il primo impatto ci siamo trovati bene e c'e' tutto quello che occorre nel raggio di poche centinaia di mt, compresi un ottimo mercato, panetteria, due supermercati e lavanderia. L'appartamento e' in mansarda, ...tranquillo, l'ascensore c'e' ma e' piccolo. L'equipaggiamento e' in ottime condizioni, piccolo anche se completamente fornito. La lavatrice e' poco sfruttabile perche' non si puo' stendere il bucato - peraltro si puo' probabilmente trovare un'asciugatrice nella lavenderia a 20 mt di distanza in caso di necessita'. Il servizio wifi, dopo un paio di giorni, ha incominciato a degradare per qualche motivo sconosciuto. Abbiamo chiamato il contact point per segnalare il problema; ha risposto prontamente e ha messo a posto il tutto nel giro di poche ore. 

  Het appartement was mooi en goed, alles wat we nodig hadden. Fijn dat het in de buurt zat bij het metro station, zo konden we overal komen ook al zat het appartement niet in het centrum van parijs. We hebben hier een leuke vakantie gehad!

  Wohnung war preis-leistungsmäßig gut, Kritikpunkt: Bad mit Schimmelflecken (da innenliegend) , deshalb etwas unangenehmer Geruch im Bad.

  Todo perfecto! Lo unico como para remarcar es la conexion de internet que no fue buena. El resto impecable.

  Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Für einen Kurzurlaub m. E. völlig ausreichend.

  Sehr klein für 4 Personen, langt aber, wenn man nur nachts da ist. Direkt nebenan ist ein Schulhof, lange ausschlafen ist also nicht so leicht (betrifft nur die dritte und vierte Person, die auf der Couch schlafen). Im Schlafzimmer ist es ruhig und sehr bequem. Mir persönlich hat der versprochene... Haartrockner gefehlt, die Waschmaschine ist überflüssig, man würde niemals die Wäsche trocken kriegen!!! Wir fanden es okay, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis allerdings bedenkenswert. 

  Accommodation was clean and well equipped. Suited us perfectly for a weekend break in Paris. Beds were comfy and welcome was friendly. It is well located if you are arriving into the Gare Du Nord and is easy to find. Easy to get about on the Metro. Lots of shops and food places nearby. Kids really ...enjoyed themselves. Just one tip but not about the apartment - if you want to go to the Eiffel tower buy tickets on line well in advance then you don't have to queue.

Entendemos que las fotografías pueden no presentar una imagen no idéntica a la realidad, como consecuencia de los ángulos, de la luz... etc, Por este motivo, en la página web indicamos también la superficie del alojamiento y añadimos un plano que permite comprobar la distribución.

  Lage einfach top, sogar mit Ausblick! Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung, nur ist die Couch sehr fleckig und es war nicht hundertprozentig geputzt. Sehr freundliche Übergabe.

  Schimmelbefall an zahlreichen Stellen, Bad sehr unpraktisch (v.a.: keine Möglichkeit, benutzte Badetücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen u.ä.), Wohnung kaum aufzuheizen (keine Heizung im Schlafzimmer!), Zustand insgesamt eher mäßig. Erfüllt seinen Zweck jedoch durchaus, Preis recht fair, super ...Lage und sehr nette, unkomplizierte Kontaktpersonen. Insgesamt zufriedenstellend aber nicht begeisternd!

  Mittelmäßige Unterkunft, Service und Lage sehr gut.

  The apartment was not very clean. There was heir everywhere in the shower cabin. It was not possible to sit comfortably on the stools in the living room. The couch was very dirty. Wifi signal was very poor. More often no connection was possible. Generally late in the evening it was more or less... okay. Beds were okay. The location is very good. Metro station and bus stop nearby. Car parking 100 meters down the road (very expensive). Supermarket, bakeries just a few meters away.

  El trato con el propietario fue excelente, nos entrtego las llaves a la 01:00 horas de la madrugada ya que venía el vuelo con mucho retraso, los utensilios de la cocina podían estar algo mejor, pero bueno nosotros hemos estado muy bien.

  Die Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht richtig, man muss sie immer mehrmals betätigen. Zudem ist sie sehr laut (direkt neben der Schlafstelle). Die Toilettentür lässt sich nicht richtig schließen, da eine defekte Steckdose mit einem Verlängerungskabel überbrückt wird, welches durch die ...Türöffnung gelegt wurde. An der Wand im Hauptraum zur Straße hin befinden sich schwarze Schimmelstellen an der Wand, so auch in den Einbauschränken, die z. T. auch stark verschmutzt/ verstaubt waren. Staublawinen auch unter dem Bett. Die Tür des Kleiderschranks lässt sich nur öffnen, indem man vor die Hängelampe im Schlafzimmer stößt, darum hing diese schief und der Baldachin war abgerutscht. Das Schlafsofa hat einen nicht mehr appetitlichen Stoffbezug (stark verfleckt). Die Barstühle am Glastisch sind teilweise wackelig, es fehlen mehrere große Befestigungsmuttern an der Unterseite der Sitzfläche. Die Spülmaschine ist stark verkalkt, es stand Abwasser in der Maschine. Der Siphon der Maschine musste erst per Hand entleert werden. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher in der Wohnung zum Trocknen auszubreiten. Es gab keine Trockentücher für die Küche. Somit war eigentlich die vorhandene Waschmaschine wertlos, denn man hätte zwar waschen, aber nie trocknen können. Mit wenigen Investitionen könnte man hier sicherlich wieder den Wohnwert erhöhen, ein frischer Anstrich wäre auch nicht verkehrt. Sicherlich alles zumutbar, aber daher nur 'akzeptabel'.
