"The apartments itself is excellent - small, comfortable, very reasonable price/comfort ratio. Location is pretty good - at the heart of Monmartr, but at the rather quiet small street at the same time, metro station is not far, restaurants, food shops, art and souvenirs shops... all necessary things are around. Just a note, though - for two people this will be an excellent place to stay, but 4 people might find it a little bit small. We were 2 adults 2 children, for us it was enough space, but not much room to put stuff. Overall - everything is very good.
But I have one serious concern, maybe it is important just for me and this was the unfortunate case. Wi-Fi was advertised on the web-site - but it worked only within the apartment, as WAN link (ADSL connection) was broken. I and my wife need to have good internet connection, due to nature of our work - but we did not get it. I diagnosed the problem very quickly and concluded that there can be two possible reasons (I'm familiar with network technologies), but I was not able to convince the contact person to make an effort to fix it. Instead, I was suggested to buy an internet (3G/WiFi) modem, that I finally did (money were returned to me) - but the modem had very poor connection inside the apartment (poor signal) and slow link speed even in areas with good signal. It was not an adequate solution for me. Plus, I spent time to deal with all this stuff myself (talking to a contact person several times, looking for a shop, buying a modem, etc) - I did not plan to do it during vacation. So, suggested solution did not satisfy me, so I was forced to spend some time every morning in an area with free Wi-Fi. I would definitely expect more pro-active approach from the contact person to fix the internet connection problem in a better (and faster) way; so, I now have some doubts any other problem will be fixed as well.
This is again about problem with internet I described above - when I wrote about my concern on the web-site, I got a call back on the next day, but the person talked more abuot the fact that the solution was suggested to me (purchase the 3G-modem) rather abuot the fact that this not the solution I would like to see. Also, one of emails was in French languange, which I unfortunately do not know."
