  Eine sehr nette kleine Wohnung in super Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Falls jemand Wert auf deutsche Fernsehprogramme legt, trotz der Angabe Sat-TV kann man nur einen deutschen Sender empfangen.

  La estancia ha ido muy bien. El piso nos ha gustado mucho y la ubicación era perfecta. Nos quedamos muy contentos con la estancia.

  Precioso dúplex en pleno centro de París. Amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Muy bien equipado, tanto de menaje de cocina como de otras comodidades (Wifi, equipo de música...) Muy cerca de todo, prácticamente no cogimos el metro. L., la persona de contacto es muy amable y nos dio muchas facilidades con... las maletas fuera del horario de reserva. Muy muy recomendable!

  einfach perfekt für die Stadtbesichtigung - die beiden Bäder sind erwartungsgemäß eher klein; lediglich die Zustellcouch hat schon leicht durchgelegene Matratzen - für Kids ok, Jugendliche monieren ein wenig die Kuhle, in welcher man liegt......

  Great apartment just a small problem with noise for the people who live there we found it hard to keep quite and not upset them.

  El apartamento es ideal: limpio,luminoso, confortable y cálido. Contiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días inolvidables en París. Además, como nos gusta el "retro" hemos disfrutado con el edificio. Y se puede llegar a pie a casi todo. La relación con el propietario, de total disponibilidad.

  We took our 2 children to Paris for a few dats and stayed at this apartment, the location was perfect as it was walking-distance to most of the beautiful sights in the city. The apartment itself was very clean, fully furnished, really comfortable and plenty of space for our family. They have a ...'tiny lift' in the apartment building which was quite a novelty for us too. Lots of places to eat and plenty of 'crepes' stall in the area, the kids loved it. And Gabriel, the guy who met us when we arrived was really friendly and accommodating. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend it.

  Al apartamento es precioso! Las fotos coinciden al cien por cien con la página web, la zona es muy linda, muy bien ubicada, con comercios y todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Es muy tranquilo y el metro solo a media cuadra. Mis únicas sugerencias: estaría bien si pusieran un poco de información ...turística en el piso y los manuales de la lavadora y el lavavajillas. La cortina de la ducha se podría sustituir mejor por una mampara y las camas no son supercómodas, pero todo lo demás es simplemente perfecto, la calefacción es divina, estábamos muy a gusto. Estamos completamente enamorados de Paris! El servicio es maravilloso, estamos encantados! Bárbaro! 

  This well-equipped apartment has a great location and we did feel very convenient for our holiday in Paris. The only question is the un expected renovation in and out of this building makes it not clean enough. Anyway, it's a good choice for a vocation in Paris.

  Very steep staircase to upper level, bath slow to drain and backed up with vanity basin, threatening and offensive warning notices plastered around the building (on the lift and on doors) upon arrival to guests identifying that the building is not a hotel and not to make any noise as the residents ...work. Lift is very small from first floor but much appreciated. Apartment was clean and well appointed with great WIFI. Owner's representative was very helpful and responsive. Fantastic location and a reasonable tenancy rate. Overall good value and recommended 

  The location of this apartment is excellent. The pedestrian areas around the building are lovely and you can see The Pompidou Centre from the kitchen window which was a lovely surprise! L. was a gracious owner and responded quickly to us having no hot water. The apartment was very hot with only ...one working fan but Paris was having a heatwave during our stay. It was a beautiful apartment and we would recommend it - the beds were comfortable to fall into after a busy day of sightseeing. 

  El departamento muy bien. Creo que tendrían que haber informado de los trabajos que estaban haciendo en la calle y que la vista era muy poco agraciada; los Novotel deben ser las construcciones más feas del sector. El ascensor no parte del nivel suelo, sino un piso más arriba. Al entregar el ...departamento algunas instrucciones sobre el funcionamiento de aparatos...teléfono, horno, lavadora, cafetera. Por lo menos un set extra de toallas. 

  Nice location, actually some noise from works on les halles. Nice kitchen, easy flat with good sofa bed and nice bed in upper floor. 2 toilets - great!

  El apartamento esta muy limpio y muy bien situado. Echo de menos por parte del propietario que te explique o indique que sitios ver, asi como libros o folletos de Paris y sus actividades.

  Das Apartment ist perfekt und reichlich ausgestattet - ein paar Handtücher und 2 Geschirrtücher mehr wären prima ! Trotz der Bauarbeiten an dem Projekt von "Les Halles" um die Ecke war es morgens und nachts wunderbar ruhig. Die Lage ist hervorragend, denn der Metro-Knotenpunkt Chatelet ist gleich... um die Ecke und ansonsten kann man sovieles auch bereits zu Fuß erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter! 

  Nuestra estancia fue muy bien, el propietario amable, la ubicación estupenda. El apartamento también bien, aunque hicieron 3 días de calor y al ser un ático pasamos muchisimo calor. Muy bien, todo estaba como lo vi en su web.

  Wohnung gefiel uns sehr gut: Lage, Aufteilung, Ausstattung!Die Kontaktperson war nett und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft reichte ein kurzer Anruf und wir konnten direkt in die Wohnung (vor dem offiziellen Check-In) und am Abreisetag konnten wir ebenfalls ohne weitere Kosten länger in der Wohnung ...bleiben. Das machte das Ganze sehr angenehm.Minimale Verbesserungsvorschläge: Im unteren (kleinen) Bad wäre es schön, wenn es weitere Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Handtücher gäbe. Und vielleicht ein paar Infos/Bedienungsanleitungen für die technischen Geräte wie TV/Satellit etc. auslegen.Wir waren zu viert unterwegs, haben uns in der Wohnung in den 5 Tagen ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. 

  Wir waren rundum zufrieden, die Lage mitten in Paris ist einfach großartig.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

  ascensore è molto piccolo sconsiglierei a chi sofffre di claustofobia questo alloggio , che per il resto è affascinante , confortevole e como , anche per 5 persone . siete stati gentilissimi nel concedermi un early check i ed un late check out , che mi hanno permesso di godere appieno la città .

  Great apartment right in the centre of Paris and very close to key sights/RER/Metro stations. However, lots of 'dodgy' types hanging around in the evening/late at night.

  Die Lage war sehr gut. Alles schnell zu Fuss zu erlaufen. Supermarkt Restaurants in der Nähe. zwei U-Bahn Stationen in ca. 150 M Entfernung. Leider war die Wohnung und speziell die Küche nicht sauber. Die Küche war nicht gereinigt worden. Alle Teller und Gläser mussten von uns nochmals gespült ...werden. Die Schränke wurden seit Monaten nicht sauber gemacht so dass die Gläser teilweise in den Regalen klebten. Bettwäsche war frisch und sauber. Wohnung ist keine 78 QM groß wie in der Beschreibung und im Vertrag angegeben!  

  Appartamento bello e particolare, una vera mansarda parigina. Ultimo piano con ascensore piccolissimo ma utile per valigia e spesa. Ben attrezzato, ben arredato e molto pulito.Ubicazione perfetta a pochi passi dal Louvre e dal Centre Pompidou. Vicinissima la fermata della Metropolitana con anche ...linea RER B per aeroporto CDG. Quartiere servito da market aperti anche nei giorni di festa. Purtroppo proprio sotto casa c'è un cantiere che nei giorni feriali procura rumore e presenza di mezzi nella via che è pedonale.L'appartamento corrisponde a descrizione e foto.Persona di contatto (D.) puntuale, gentile e disponibile a late check out. Piccole note negative: pochi asciugamani. Scarico del lavandino si intasa facilmente. Lavastoviglie a volte perde acqua.Consigliatissimo! 

  Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Beste ist allerdings die Toplage, Restaurants, Shopping alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.Die Wohnung ist ruhig und schön gelegen, wenn nicht die Grossbaustelle der Metrostation Les Halles wäre. Der... Baulärm mit unterschiedlicher Intensität störte am Morgen. Je nach Baufortschritt kann dieser lauter oder leiser sein, vielleicht "erwischten" wir einfach eine laute Bauphase. Auf jeden Fall sollte die Station im 2016 fertig sein und dann ist diese Wohnung wieder wirklich toll. 

  Apartment was very good, would definitely book again.

  The stairs to the elevator on the first floor were steep, but at least we didn"t have to wlk up to the apartment which is on the 5th floor.

  Perfect location, close to Hotel de Ville, Le Louvre and so on. Very lively area, with lots and lots of nice places. Owner very welcoming and helpful. Flat clean and well kept. The only blots on the landscape were the lack of air conditioning (outside temperature was 35-38 degrees Celsius in the ...first days of July), the fact that the tub upstairs was clogged and the fact that we couldn't open the window upstairs to produce a little bit of draught. Everything else was very good. Thanks a lot. Radu 

  Die Betten waren vollkommen inakzeptabel. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer, dass man zu einem Doppelbett ausklappen konnte, knarrte jedes Mal, wenn sich einer drehte: Man bekam kein Auge zu. Die beiden Betten in der oberen Etage: Kein Lattenrost und man musste schon sportlich sein, wenn man unter die ...Dachschräge, unter der die Bettstatt untergebracht war, "kriechen" wollte. Nach dem Baden in der Badewanne brauchte das Wasser einen ganzen Vormittag, um abzulaufen. Vor der Tür gibt schon ab frühmorgens einen ständigen Baulärm von der Baustelle les Halles. Diese Großbaustelle wird es noch länger (2015) geben.Eine etwas persönlichere Note, wie ich sie oft von Ferienwohnungen etwa aus Dänemark kenne, hat die Wohnung überhaupt nicht. Dafür aber einen Kleinstfahrstuhl für höchstens zwei dünne Menschen.

Dieser hat den Zustand der Betten überprüft und bestätigt, dass sich diese in gutem Zustand befinden und das Problem mit dem Abfluss im Bad nun behoben ist.

  Love the place, it was very cozy with still plenty of room for a family of 4 and was close to everything

  The apartment was gorgeous, lift in the building is a little scary and small but that is the only tiny fault. The location could not be better or more central; the apartment was beautiful, it had everything needed; and the owner of the apartment was a pleasure to deal with, we were able to leave our... luggage in the apartment on our last day until we went to the airport as their was no on else staying that day. The price was also very reasonable for what we got. We have already decided that ideally we will stay in this apartment again when returning to Paris. 

  Excelente ubicación. Estancia cómoda pero al ser un apartamento en un edificio antiguo cualquier movimiento por la estancia molesta a los vecinos. Ascensor claustrofóbico pero útil porque se trata de un quinto piso. Falta microondas pero completo por lo demás. Buena experiencia.

  We stayed in this apartment with our two kids for a long weekend. We loved it, it's a great apartment in a great location. It is cosy and full of character and charm and is fully equipped with everything one might need. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic - ...restaurants and cafes on the doorstep, the Fontaine des Innocents is just around the corner (it can be viewed from the windows, along with the Pompidou Centre) and the Louvre is just a 10 minute walk. It was great experience, we would definitely like to return to this apartment.
