Prachtige studio op 15 minuten lopen van de Eiffeltoren

  We didn't get enough towels. Only 2 big towels. No towel on the floor in front of the bath tube (which was quite dangerous), no small towels for hand. No kitchen towels at all. There are only very small cups, just for coffee, nothing for tea. No glasses for normal drinking, only big glasses for ...vine. Big problem with wifi connection. It was only kind of free wifi and worked really very poor. 2 days didn't work at all so I had to activate roaming data on my phone to be connected. Anyway the apartment was renovated tastefully recently but still wasn't clean enough from construction dust. I had to take a hoover and wash the floor after my arrival. Contact person for check-out was coming very late, so it was impossible for me to meet him due to my plane schedule so I asked my boyfriend who lives in the city to take another meeting for check-out with this guy during day. This guy came again 20min late even for this 2nd check-out! That is not really serious especially for check-out.

The owner apologises for the lack of punctuality. They confirm that there are 3 towels per person and there is a mat in the bathroom. They will also add new glasses. The owner confirms that the Internet works, but will check the reception of the service.

  The studio is located just a few minutes walk away from the Eiffel Tower in a residential area of Paris with plenty of supermarkets and bakeries around. Unfortunately the place had not been cleaned very thoroughly upon my arrival so I had to spend approximately 3 hours improving the hygiene level ...(even though I am quite used to french standards). There was hair and all sorts of dirt everywhere. The bathroom is quite big compared to the rest of the apartment but it feels like it has not been finished yet. No doorknob, no carpet outside the bathtub, no towel for hands etc. The studio itself is rather poorly equipped. Despite the description it does NOT have a dryer (which should mean a washing machine which is also able to dry clothes). When asking about it the owner provided me with a regular dryer on which I could hang things to dry. Pathetic, I should say. Also there is no mop in the apartment so I just wonder how they ever properly clean the floor... waaah. Last but not least the automatic window shades were broken. I should be happy it remained up and not down - having to spend my whole vacation in the dark. The owner was simply never available. I had to contact all-paris-apartments to get ahold of him prior my arrival as he did not get back to several emails and sms of mine. It was his father who greeted me upon my check-in who speaks literally no english. It was also me who had to beg to fix an exact appointment for check-out. I would never return. 

  El piso es excelente, estamos muy satisfechos. Solo al llegar debimos esperar cuatro horas para la entrega de llaves. Aesar que habia confirmado mi reserva y la hora de llagada cuatro dias antes por email, segun las normas. La persona que se ocupo de nosotros fue muy agradable pero no era su ...trabajo, solo lo soluciono por encargo extremo del responsable como ya mencione cuatro horas de espera. 

  el estudio tiene lo necesario para una estancia de 3 dias, la zona es muy centrica y realmente estaba a 5 min a pie de la torre eiffel. cerca habia donde comprar comida y panaderias el metro a 2min ........ merece la pena el lugar X. fue amable y creo que volveria a repetir de regresar a la misma zonma Recomendable

  Very good location: close to Eiffel Tower (few minutes walk), close to many attractive places. There are many cozy shops and a franprix, nice people, nice neighborhood. An aparment is covenient, ideal for couple. We can recommend it! Joanna Wiktor

  Muy buena ubicacion, a 600 m de la Tour Eiffel, a 300 m del metro Dupleix, a 50 m del paradero de la línea de bus 42. Equipamiento básico OK, excepto la televisión que fallaba en todos los canales menos uno (problema de antena según nos explicó el contacto, pero no se reparó).

  Wohnung: geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet,müsste jedoch noch fertiggestellt werden ( Badtüre ohne Türklinke, offene Elektodosen,Schiebefenster nicht verschliessbar, Kühlschrank kippt beim Öffnen nach vorne, usw ) Ausstattung: marginal ( keine Möglichkeit der Kaffeezubereitung:keine ...Pfanne, defekter Topf, wenig Gläser usw ) Entertainment : kein Radio, TV keine ausländischen Kanäle, aber hervorragende WLAN Verbindung. Wir würden aber die Wohnung trotzdem - mit mitgebrachtem Equipment - wieder mieten. 

  El alojamiento está bastante bien. Tal cual se describe y las fotos son actuales. Le faltan algunos detalles como un enchufe cerca del espejo del cuarto de baño, o un escurridor para los platos. Por lo demás 100% recomendable.

  Bonjour L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter Paris tour Eiffel, arc de triomphe etc...a proximité des restaurants et services.

  The owner showed up on time for check in and check out and was very helpful. The apartment size is reasonable, the bathroom is fairly large and has very nice appointments and there has a full service kitchen. The apartment has been renovated in the last few years so its relatively up to date. ...Neighborhood is quiet and there are every kind of stores located close by except for maybe luxury shopping ;) Metro stop Duplex on the number 6 line is within two blocks and allows you to connect to all the major lines running downtown- very convenient. RER train B to Charles Degaulle has a direct transfer with line 6, very easy. Nice place, great location, good price and size for paris good job by owner, I reccomend it.

  El apartamento es tal cual en las fotos. El sitio donde esta ubicado el apartmento es precioso! muy buena zona. Cerca tienes un supermercado abierto hasta las dos de la mañana. Aparte de zona de bares, panaderias, etc. MUY RECOMENDABLE! muy cerca de la torre eiffel. Muy buena comunicacion!, no ...tienen un buen español por lo que es recomendable hablar en Frances o Ingles. Pero asi y todo el dueño hara lo posible por entenderte. 

  location of the place is great, however, the room heater wasnt working and during winter, it was a little disappointing. in all, still a nice location with nice bakeries around the area.

  The place was very comfy and it has all the necessary. It's very close to the Eiffel tower and the metro, so you can reach every place in Paris very quick. We maybe are coming back soon, since it was the first time in Paris

  Prima studio voor 1 of 2 personen op loop afstand van de metro en de Eifel toren(15 min). Winkeltjes/supermarkt zitten om de hoek !! Koken op 2 pitten is wat onhandig maar ja als je naar Parijs gaat dan ga je toch lekker uit eten. Mijn vrouw en ik hebben genoten van Parijs en de studio!!! We ...hebben het prima kunnen vinden en X heeft ons uitstekend geholpen. Tip: zet het nummer in je telefoon want zodra je bij de studio bent, kan je hem bellen zodat hij naar je toekomt om de sleutel te overhandigen. 

  Inmejorable las condiciones del apartamento, en cuanto a su ubicación, provisión de enceres de cocina y la atención de su dueño. Vale la pena.

  Que el servidor de WiFi sea mejor Excelente la responsabilidad de la persona que nos recibió. Inmediato fue su respuesta para solucionar el problema de Wifi. Muy solicito ante cada consulta. Es una persona muy recomendable

  El departamento es muy comodo, bien ubicado y muy bien equipado, ideal para la estancia de dos personas, me encantó y lo volvere a usar en una proxima estadia en paris ya que se encuentra a pocas cuadras del metro, y a minutos caminando a la torre eiffel, cercano a todas las atracciones que tiene la ciudad. Exelente eleccion.

  Everything about the apartment was exactly what was described on the website. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. The owner was very prompt and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay in Paris.

  Kontaktperson bei Anreise sprach NUR Französisch, Internet erst nach Nachfrage 2 Tage später, beim Checkout kam er 1 Stunde zu spät. (-) ! Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen mit direkter Einkaufsmöglichkeit (+) Es war relativ dreckig, anscheinend für französische Verhältnisse normal (-) ! ...Türklinge im Bad fehlt, kaputte Lichtschalterabdeckung versperrt die Tür, Toilette wackelt, Geschirr dreckig, das große Schiebefenster ist nicht abschließbar, elektrisches Rollo nur eingeschrängt nutzbar, Haustür von Innen nicht abschließbar, Stöpsel im Waschbecken lässt sich nicht öffnen wenn einmal reingedrückt, keine Putzmittel, Schwämme usw vorhanden. (-) !!!! Kein Balkon ! (-) Die Kaution haben wir anstandslos wiederbekommen (+) Die Wohnung würden wir nicht nochmal mieten.

  Appartement très propre et fonctionel. Très bien situé a deux pas de metro Dupleix et très proche de la tour Eiffel.

  Good sized studio apartment. Neat & tidy, had everything we required. Owner (X.) was very accommodating. Supermarket, bakeries, butchers within 100m, metro 400m. Eiffel Tower easy 10-15 min walk. Would definitely recommend.

  We spent 5 days in this appartment. The location is perfect; next to a tube stop (Dupleix), a minimarket (Día), and a market (Grenelle), twice a week. The zone is really quiet and safe. The appartment was very clean and comfortable and the owner very charming, he spoke all the time in Spanish with ...us and he gave us some indications about the zone. It will be our future lodgin when we go back to Paris! Nothing negative to comment about it. We really recommend it without any doubt. Maria and Menchu, from Gran Canaria.

  Couple with a baby: and if the opportunity appears we'll surely go back to the apartment. Clean, cosy and with the necessary to do your trip in a easy way...Information: for the baby's cot it's necessary to use your own sheets, not supplied.

  Great location, 5 minutes from Dupliex metro and 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. A selection of restaurants in the area and supermarkets which was very convenient as we had our 1 year old with us so could easily go out and grab milk etc from the shops. Nice apartment, comfortable spacious bed. ...Kitchen and bathroom great! The shower is excellent with nice warm water. Does get a noisey in the night but I guess that's because Paris doesn't sleep! Could do with double glazing. But overall excellent stay, great location, great apartment and X the apartment owner was lovely too. 

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden; lediglich die Barhocker waren für uns (beide über 65 Jahre) sehr unbequem; ein zweiter Stuhl zum Sitzen an dem kleinen Fernsehtisch wäre hilfreich gewesen. Im übrigen warum hängt das Fernsehgerät nicht an der Wand?? trotzdem vielen Dank. Joseph und Margret.

  The location was excellent-- close to Eiffel Tower, the river and other major attractions. Also the metro was a short walk away. The facilities were great-- very comfy bed and there was a hair dryer ! The owner was very helpful.. There was no view but that wasn't important .

  La verdad es un exelente departamento todo esta nuevo y limpio, la cocina es pequeña pero tiene tod microndas ect, es muy cerca de la torre eiffel y a 4 calles de la estacion del metro, el barrio es tipico parisino con tiendas de vinos y queso fue genial, el propietario es cumplido y serio.

  El departamento era tal como lo describían, aunque pobre el equipamiento de vajilla, el lugar preciso en que está ubicado el departamento es feo.Nunca funcionó el servicio de Wi Fi ofrecido y a pesar de que X me dejó dos números de teléfono por si había algún problema nunca atendieron mis ...llamadas y no solucionaron el problema, con lo cual no cumplieron con el servicio con el que se habían comprometido.La persona que nos hizo el check out fue muy mal educada, agresiva y trató a mi mujer que, circunstancialmente en ese momento estaba sola de un modo irrespetuoso y amenazante, ella quedo angustiada por el trato recibido. En fin la atención fue deplorable tanto de X como de la otra persona cuyo nombre desconozco que realizó el check out. No lorecomiendo 

  Le propriétaire M. G est un personnage condescendant! De plus, il n'a pas tenu sa parole sur l'heure du check-out tel que convenu par courriel. Il nous a remis un 200,00$ euro rond avec lequel on ne peut encaisser nous au Québec à cause de la contrefaçon. L'appartement était moyen. Poingée... de salle de bain qui tombe dans les mains. Bouilloire, cafetière et assiettes très sales. Ne voulait pas ajouter une serviette de plus et on nous a laissé un rouleau de papier de toilette pour 6 jours ce qui n'était pas beaucoup! Internet ne fonctionnait pas bien ainsi que le câble satellite pour la t.v. Proprio peu accomodant! Bref assez ordinaire. 

  La posizionela possibilità di cucinare Vorrei invece sottolineare cosa non è piaciuto:-serranda guasta, e quindi non è stato possibile chiudere la notte. Di conseguenza avevamo problemi sia con i rumori che con la luce della strada- Per 5 giorni ci è stato dato un solo rotolo di carta igienica ...per due persone...- Un cuscino scomodissimo in quanto era unico per la coppia...-la mancanza di un lenzuolo superiore. Per il resto tutto molto accettabile.. 

  Tutto buono! L'unico punto negativo è il wifi che c'è ma è lento e non molto funzionante.

  L'appartement est dans un quartier animé et proche du métro dupleix.Le studio est mal insonorisé , mais la rue est peu passante la nuit.Nous reviendrons.

  Excellent location - you can set up coffee machine and pop in to the local bakery to grab fresh baguette or croissant while it makes coffee and at the same time catch a view of the Eiffel Tower which is really close! Owner speaks perfect English and is really helpful.

  l'appartamento si è presentato fin da subito sporco e poco curato,abbiamo trovato una macchia biancastra sulle lenzuola ( la prima notte abbiamo dormito sopra al letto coperti solo dalle giacche ) il giorno dopo abbiamo contattato il proprietario x farcele sostituire e questo ambiguo personaggio ...ha glissato millantando che il suo appartamento era pulitissimo cosa falsa e dimostrabile attraverso delle fotografie fatte con il cellulare;non c'è una tapparella per la luce e dulcis in fundo non ha emesso nessuna ricevuta.......la zona non è male ma nulla di che

  Ben collegato alla metro vicina e con molti negozi nella stessa strada. Il palazzo e' pero' bruttino ,trattandosi di un primo piano e' molto fastidiosa la luce dei due lampioni sulla strada la notte; le tende, leggiere, non proteggono dalla luce e invece vanno tenute chiuse tutto il giorno perche' ...tutta la parete e' vetrata e dal palazzo di fronte si vede tutto. Cucina con dotazione minima, in bagno solo asciugamani piccoli , nessuno da doccia. Sensazione di poca sicurezza : la porta chiude con due giri di una rotella - neanche della chiave - e la vetrata della finestra e' a scorrimento, non c'e' maniglia. Tutti i depliants lasciati per info su musei ecc. sono vecchi di due o tre anni. Sgradevole: non mi e' stata rilasciata nessuna ricevuta del pagamento ne' dei 300 € di cauzione!

Gentile Cliente, Da Oh la ringraziamo per la sua recensione. Il proprietario conferma che l’appartamento, molto luminoso, ha una vetrata scorrevole. Ci conferma inoltre che è possibile chiudere la porta principale dall’interno tramite una rotella, in tutta sicurezza. Ci assicura poi che gli asciugamani forniti sono di 60cmX100, e che ha controllato le dotazioni della cucina, e conferma che ce n’è addirittura di più di quanto necessario per il soggiorno di due persone. Infine il proprietario conferma che i “depliants” sono attuali.

  Everything was OK apart from poor Wi-Fi connection to the Internet.

  The apartment is close to everything that makes a Holiday perfect...close to the metro (dupleix), several bakeries, a laundry ( if you don't want to use the one in the appartement), a bus stop which is a few steps away, a pharmacies and lots restaurants...it's really the perfect place to live. Even ...with all these it still maintains the calmness of a residential area. Ammenties in the apartment are all in good state. The owner just has to repair the smoke extracter above the stove and the fridge door - little detail- Great place to live for a couple who want to enjoy their holidays in Paris. 

  Die Gegend ist sehr empfehlenswert, mit vielen kleinen Geschäften, auch der Sonntagsmarkt ist sehr zu empfehlen! Negativ an der Wohnung ist, dass es kein echtes WLAN gibt, sondern man sich über einen Hotspot einwählt, was sehr schlecht funktioniert. Auch die Küche müsste unbedingt erneuert ...werden, ist schlecht ausgestattet und die Hocker sind nicht zum Essen geeignet, sehr unbequem! Leider gibt es auch nur einen Vorhang, aber keinen Stor und das Fenster lässt sich nicht mehr sichern. Düsteres und sehr abgenutztes Treppenhaus. Der Eigentümer selbst ist sehr freundlich und hat uns auch ein Parkhaus zu einem fairen Preis vermittelt (20 Min zu Fuss von der Wohnung entfernt).

  The apartment owner is a very shy gentleman, not a real host type but the communication went well with him, he always replied very fast. The location was excellent, just 2 blocks from the Tour Eiffel, surrounded by nice little French shops (boulangeries, boucheries, fleuristes, cafés), from about ...5 min walk to Dupleix metro station (a very nice one indeed as well). The facilities were in good condition, the apartment is equipped with all necessary utensils, however we had the feeling that the cleaning was not accurately done prior to our arrival. All in all, goop price-value ratio.  

  L'appartamento è in ottima posizione vicino alla torre Eiffel si raggiungono 2 diverse fermate metro in pochi minuti a piedi e sempre a piedi con 10 minuti si é alla torre. L'alloggio e confortevole per dormire ma se vuoi cucinarti qualcosa non è il massimo. Il Wi-Fi è scarso .

  Horrible était l'Internet. Je l'ai rejoint pendant une heure. Je souffrais sans Internet.appartement miniature. pour 1,2 personnes ne sont plus. Restaurants à proximité, commerces, ligne de métro 6. Il convient très bien. Un peu bruyant.

  The apartment and the location were great. Easy to get to the metro, and anywhere around Paris. The neighborhood also had convenient bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. The contact person was excellent to work with. He gave us a great tip for a good restaurant for a nice French dinner. A great experience!

  Muy bien situado, a destacar que el anuncio ponía que tenía Wifi y no.Luego que lo primero que hicimos nada más llegar fue pasar el aspirador por el apartamento.

  Overall very good. The owner was a good guy and responded to calls or texts in case of questions or changes. Bathroom and shower very good. Bed comfy and tele good (only French speaking channels). Kitchen has all necessary appliances/utensils. Since no room for a table for meals (there is a ...counter) , a couple of folding trays would be nice. The area is great, lots of good food shops nearby, a Monoprix (dept. store) close and only a 10 minute walk to the Seine or Eiffel Tower. Metro just 5 minutes.

  Es hat alles gut geklappt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

  Le propriétaire du studio est d’une disponibilité rarement constatée. Mon séjour est une réussite sur tous les plans.

  Appartement très bien, son seul petit défaut est d'être au premier étage, du coup légèrement sombre et légèrement bruyant, mais à part cela rien à redire.
