Mooi appartement voor 4 op loopafstand van Convention

  S'il m'avait été précisé plus clairement qu'un paiement en espèces était obligatoire .. qu'un double des clefs pour trois personnes était systématiquement fourni ..et que la facture de la location m'était remise lors du reglement .. alors je pourrais accorder 9,50 sur 10 !

  Notre contact avec N a été très bon, mais il a été difficile de contacter les autres contacts par téléphone. Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude le soirée du réveillon et aucun accès au chauffe eau qui est inaccessible dans cet appartement Sinon, nous avons passé un très bon Noël en famille dans cet appartement et nous reviendrons sûrement.

  L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è pulito e molto confortevole con tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno. Si trova a dieci minuti dalla metro in una zona tranquilla, commerciale e per fortuna poco turistica. La persona che ci ha dato le chiavi è stata gentile e disponibile, ...anche se con gli orari rigidi per via di altre consegne (al ceck-out abbiamo fatto da soli...). Occhio all'interrutore dello scaldabagno che tendeva a saltare, ma ora probabilmente avranno risolto. Giudizio sicuramente molto positivo!

  Apartment is much smaller then seem on pictures. All simple (Ikea style), but clean and new. Contact person was friendly, polite, so in general all is ok. As minus, i would say that it takes some time to reach any sightseeings in Paris. Even to get to metro station it takes 10 min of walk.

  Het appartement is gunstig gelegen, vlakbij de metro, winkels en restaurantjes. Het was verzorgd en ruim. De beschrijving klopt aardig. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. De Wifi functioneerde goed. Minpunten: weinig handdoeken, geen keukenlinnengoed, weinig servies en de flat is gehorig Maar we hebben er fijne dagen gehad.

  We had a very pleasement time at this appartment. Nabil is a very kind and flexible contactperson, with good tips about car parking. The appartment is very well equiped and very good for 4 persons. No compaints about noise level. We even met a very nice neighbour and had a nice chat with her. Less ...then 10 minutes walk from the Convention Metro station. A boulanger at the corner for fresh French bread every morning and several supermarkets nearby for the daily stuff. We will absolutely recommend this appartment to everybody and will use it again when coming back to paris.

  Sehr gut ausgestattet, einzig die Toilette ist sehr klein. Dadurch dass sie eine nicht wirklich geräusch- und blickdichte Klapptür hat, ist m.E. das Appartment zur Vier-Personen-Nutzung nur im Verwandschaftskreis möglich. Geschirrhandtücher fehlten. Ansonsten wirklich top! Gute Lage in ruhiger ...Gegend mit aller nötigen Infrastruktur. Wir kommen gewiss wieder! Achtung: Entgegen der Vereinbarung Restzahlung vor Ort in bar notwendig!! 

  Alles is perfect geregeld en het appartement was geheel compleet en schoon.

  We came in via Euro Star and then metro. Very direct - on M12 line. Only a short walk to appartment if you get out at Convention stop. Is one of the furthest stops but metro very good and one of the main lines to get anywhere else so didn't find it a problem. Area has its own little community ...with shops and good restaurants. Took us about 45 mins to walk to Eiffel Tower and an hour to walk to Roland Garros. Very tiny toilet but appartment compact and easy to use and very good standard. Short of coffee mugs and beakers for kids. Only complaint was there were no fire escapes, extinguishers or smoke alarms that I could see in the whole building and you're along way up!! The staircase carpet is coming away and needs maintenance and my husband had an uncomfortable fall. Slight language barrier on arrival with the person we phoned as he couldn't understand which appartment he had to meet us at so we had to text. Once we got there we were met by C. who speaks very good English. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely look to re-book. It would be helpful to give credit card for deposit on arrival as you don't get cash back until you leave and obviously this occurs charges with the exchange rates as we took the money back to England with us. Appartment clean and sofa bed easy to use. Next door to lovely bakery so warm croissants every morning! Supermarket up the road. Don't buy coke in a restaurant for your kids. About £4.00 a time.

  Dotato di ottimi elettrodomestici e buona dotazione generale. Zona tranquilla, comoda da raggiungere e per uscire in auto ma non vicinissima al garage custodito. Supermercato a pochi metri.

  Nice and friendly owners (managers), a quiet street, the apartment was equipped more than ok (excellent kitchen and everything else except the bathroom floor which is covered with wood instead of ceamic tiles, which I simply could not understand why), the nearest metro station (Convention) was only... 5 min walk from the apartment as well as the parking garage, the surrounding was ok.  

  Il Sig. C, contatto a Parigi, si è dimostrato una persona incredibilmente gentile e disponibile per due problemi sorti già la prima sera. Il più importante era la mancanza di acqua calda, problema legato al boiler elettrico e relativo pulsante non correttamente impostato, scoperto e risolto ...grazie all'interessamento di C e l'altro legato alla mancanza del segnale tv, anch'esso risolto il giorno dopo. L'appartamento è ben collegato, ma vecchio: pavimento in legno, scricchiolante, e vicini di casa abbastanza rumorosi. La cucina è nuova e ben attrezzata, il quartiere tranquillo. Negozio alimentari e vari fornai vicini. Ringrazio il sig. C per la cortesia e disponibilità dimostrate, Elena. 

  [deutsch] Als Familie mit zwei älteren Kindern (10 und 15 Jahre alt) haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Paris sehr genossen und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Treppe in den vierten Stock ist zwar sehr eng, was uns aber nur bei der Anreise wirklich hinderlich war. Hier empfiehlt es sich den... - wenn auch engen - Fahrstuhl zu benutzen. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet und ausgerüstet. Den Hinweis der Vermieter den Besuch des Eiffelturms vorher zu buchen bitte sehr ernst nehmen - wir empfehlen 14 Tage vorher!!! In den Nachtstunden ist der Blick zum und vom Eiffelturm atemberaubend. Unseren Pkw haben wir für 5 Tage im vom Vermieter vorgeschlagenen Parkhaus abgestellt, was bei Online-Buchung im Vorwege recht günstig war (11EUR/Tag). Wir empfehlen dieses Appartement gerne weiter. 

  Appartement is ruim genoeg voor 4-personen en heeft leuke kleurstellingen. Het onderhoud was echter een beetje achterstallig: Deurklinken die er spontaan afvallen, defecte lampen, onvoldoende drinkbekers/glazen en een bedbank die ten eerste niet lekker ligt en moeilijk is in/uit te klappen. We ...hebben ons voor de rest overigens prima vermaakt, jammer alleen dat het in die periode erg druk was en een beklimming van de Eiffeltoren er helaas niet in zat. 

  An sich eine schöne Wohnung; zu Bäcker und FranPrix nur 100 Meter. Schlecht ist die Bestückung der Küche mit Geschirr etc. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgewiesen, es gab aber nur 3 Weingläser, 2 große Gläser, zwei Kaffeetassen etc. Beste Ausstattung dagegen im Bereich Internet, Musik, ...Medien, einschl. Spiele, kostenloses Festnetztelefon. Abends wird das warme Wasser leider etwas knapp und es können nicht mehr als zwei Personen duschen. Kontaktperson ist sehr reundlich und unkompliziert. 

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und ideal für eine Städtetour. Der Fußweg zur Metro ist weniger als 10 Minuten. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Größe der Wohnung ist auch ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Nur den Eifelturm kann man (wie in einer anderen Rezension beschrieben) NICHT sehen.

  There is no toilet paper/tissue. There is also no bowl for noodles with soup. The washing power for the washing machine is not enough.

  it takes 1 train 1 metro to get to the apartment from cdg airport, the location is quite peaceful tho ,over all id do it again

  EIgentlich eine tolle Wohnung. Kompakt, schlichter IKEAStil. Leider vieles kaputt. Mehrere Lampen waren defekt, Couch fiel fast auseinander, Fenster öffneten sich schwer, Gardinenstangen schienen bald herunterzufallen, Wohnzimmer- und Badezimmerschrank wackelten stark, ein Tag kein Warmwasser, ...Fernseher ab dem 2. Tag ausgefallen, Geschirr und Gläser waren kaputt, Töpfe angebrannt, Bettzeug (also Kissen und Zudecken) waren äußerst verschmutzt, Kontaktperson änderte kurzfristig vereinbarten Übergabetermin und war dann nicht einmal pünktlich. Zuvor hatte er sich trotz mehrfacher Bitten, die Mängel abzustellen, gar nicht gemeldet. Entschuldigte dies damit, dass er die Mailbox auf seinen Kollegen umgestellt hätte. War sehr überrascht, dass dieser sich nicht gemeldet hatte. 

  Microwave did not work and bed settee was a bit uncomfortable

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Wohnung hatte alles, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht, die Lage ist nicht ganz so zentral wie erwartet, lässt sich aber alles gut mit der Metro erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist nur geeignet für Kleinwagen, darauf sollte vorher explizit hingewiesen werden.

  Location was really bad and apartment was really expensive for its quality. We expected so much more for 160€/per Night! It was a real disapointment and we are never going to that apartment again. There was many more apartments for cheaper price and better location.

  L'appartement par lui même est plutôt sympa , le quartier est calme.Malheureusement le ménage n'avait manifestement pas été fait , certainement depuis longtemps, état des toilettes inacceptable.........Après avoir été acheter des produits d'entretiens , il n'y en avait aucun dans ...l'appartement, nous avons passé notre première demi journée de vacances à faire le ménage.Après plainte auprès de GWO, qui a d'ailleurs fort bien réagit ,le propriétaire à pénétrer lors de notre absence dans l'appartement sans nous en avertir au préalable, pour sois disant nettoyer les lieus . Insupportable !
