"Very cute apartment in a great area of Paris! Lovely bakery, bar, supermarket, restaurants, all within a block! 3 blocks from Metro station. Main issue was with the shower- no hot water! We finally got a little bit of luke warm water our final day. The bed is a loft bed- can't tell from the pictures. Very cute, but hot upstairs when sleeping. We had a great time staying here!"

"Für vier Personen war die Wohnung sehr klein. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und schön.

"On walking into the lobby, you see the tiniest of elevators (2 people max.) but thank heavens as the apartment is on the sixth floor! Very convenient. The appartment was everything we had imagined. It was like walking into a stuggling artist's studio; the two balconies, the loft bedroom, a tiny well facilitated kitchen and bathroom. Lovely depictions of Paris life on the walls, this place has everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. Very clean and well appointed, we enjoyed our stay and would do so again. "

"en principio las comodidades no eran las descriptas en las fotografias,puesto que la ducha no era apta para que entre una persona de 1,65 metros por lo que ambos nos tuvimos que duchar sentados.
sin embargo tal situacion no fue la peor sino que mas grave aun fue cuando quisimos pagar ya que sylvie traverse, la persona de contacto, nunca aparecio y nos dejo la llave para que entremos al depto debajo de la alfombra y pretendia no aparecer nunca, y que le dejemos el dinero sobre la mesa y las llaves en el buzon de correo.
Con mucha exigencia logramos que se hiciera presente y en ningun momento aceptó a darnos un recibo, por lo que solicitamos que nos haga en forma escrita un recibo, el cual tenemos en poder.
En virtud de lo expuesto, y siendo que el departamento no cumplia con las condiciones minimas habitables, y toda vez que el precio no era economico respecto del servicio recibido, solicitamos tengan a bien reembolsar parte del pago, bajo apercibimiento de denunciar tal situación a las oficinas de turismo y organismos correspondientes.

"Die Lage ist sehr ruhig für Paris. Es gibt am WC ein Fenster zum Hof mit sehr geringen Geräuschen. Das kleine Cafe an der Strassen-Ecke vorne ist dadurch kaum zu hören.
Die kleine Dusche von ca. 175 cm Höhe im Duschbad können grössere Menschen nur im Sitzen auf dem vorhandenen Hocker oder im hocken benutzen.
Die Schlafstätte ist unterm Dach in einem Zwischenboden, durch eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen. Dennoch recht gemütlich.
In der winzigen Küche vermissten wir einen Wasserkocher, konnten aber auf dem Herd Kaffee-Wasser im Topf kochen.
Bekanntlich herrscht Parkplatznot in Paris und wir mussten lange kreisen bis einer frei wurde.
Trotz der geringen Grösse des Appartments haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil es gemütlich und sauber ist.
Es gibt keine Klingeln an den Haueingängen und man muss die Eigentümerin anrufen, um rein zu kommen.
Die nächste Metro-Station ist leicht zu Fuss erreichbar."
