Appartement voor 6 op 10min van het centrum van Parijs

  Todos los elementos del apartamento, la acogida del Sr. B., y las facilidades proporcionadas en todos los servicios. Por la ubicación (cercanía de los transportes públicos), y es un apartamento ideal para un grupo de seis personas.

  Der Vermieter war von herausragender Freundlichkeit ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit 2 größeren Kindern ideal ausgestattet und bietet schöne kleine Extras wie Dusche und Nespressomaschine. Auch die Lage ist prima, es machte Spaß das Baguette morgens beim ...Bäcker zu kaufen und die Metro ist gleich um die Ecke. Der zur Wohnung gehörende PKW-Stellplatz ist ungemein praktisch, aber nur für "Könner" oder kleine Autos. WIr möchten auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen!  

  3 times “excellent” that is just an understatement, because it was more than excellent. We’ve been several times in Paris, and several times in different locations, but now we’ve found the location where we will stay further on. Very friendly owner, did everything (and more) what was possible... to give us the feeling that we were more than just another guest. The location is only 3 minutes from the Metro-station, nice neighbourhood and good restaurants nearby (1 minute walk). The apartment is very luxury and is good equipped with WIFI, Nespresso, TV and DVD. Perfect kitchen, good beds and nice living-room. And last but not least..perfect (free of charge) parking-place in the cellar of the building. Advice..visit the bakery-store around the corner daily! 

  The owner made us feel very welcome in Paris. His pre-arrival information was excellent, and his special welcome gifts were a lovely surprise.

  Wir waren sehr gerne in der gepflegten und super ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Lage war optimal, Metro, Bus, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhige Straße, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants ganz nah. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter.

  Al apartamento no le faltaba ningún detalle y el propietario se ha preocupado de todos los detalles, hasta para planificar la estancia en París. Excelente!

  Our family of 6 found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable with a good quiet location just a short walk to the Metro. The Nespresso machine was especially popular in the morning! Thank you very much to B for sharing his apartment and for his genuine hospitality. We take away many fond ...memories from our experiences in beautiful Paris and look forward to returning again one day. 

  The owner of the apartment was wonderful. He welcomed us very warmly, took time to tell us where everything was and looked after us till the end. The apartment location and amenities was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and was a hone away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

  'Really enjoyed our stay there. Apartment was excellent for our needs and so easy to get to from Gare du Nord and into the centre on subsequent days. Really enjoyed the area too. Everything you need is right there although the bakers are too close for the good of my waste line! Carrefour Express at ...the end of the street as well. Best thing of all was B the owner himself. He could not have been more welcoming and gave us all the information we could possibly need for our stay. Thank you B'Martin,England

  The owner of this delightful apartment was a true gentleman and went out of his way to make our stay in Paris the best it could possibly be. None of our accomodation or experiences elsewhere during our holiday have matched our stay at B's apartment. The facilities were outstanding, especially the ...luxurious shower after a long day of sightseeing! From excellent books to gorgeous antiques, this was a home away from home. It was a short walk to the Metro and an even shorter one to the irresistible bakery. We highly recommend this place and will be back if we return to Paris one day. We were most impressed by the attention to detail and our happiness that B gave. From ensuring we had a supply of hot chocolate to organising a special birthday cake and card for my daughter, nothing appeared too much bother. These are the things that separate an ordinary apartment to this one. 

  Wir waren hoch zufrieden, es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Der Besitzer hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und die Wohnung war traumhaft, absolut top!

  Very friendly welcome and complete introduction into the flat.The two beedroom located to the backyard are very quiet even in summer you can leave the window open.The kitchen and living room are equipped with all facilitys you can imagine. I specially liked the nespresso machine the capsules are for... free. Bathroom with big schower cabin. All in very good condition. We appriciated the friendly contakt with Mr. and Mrs R. Absolutely recommendeble.
