Check in/out

Check in is between 15.00 and 20.00.
Check out is between 08.00 and 10.00.

Out of regular business hours, special arrangements need to be made before 8AM and after 8PM against a 30 Euro fee (50 Euro between 10PM and 12AM) payable directly to the LETTER´s representative.
No check-in after 12:00 AM or if requested against a 100 EUR fee.


The owner offers a cot and/or a high chair, at a cost of 30€ for the duration of the stay. If you are staying more than two weeks the cost will be 50€ (not including sheets).

We remind the clients that:

It is forbidden to smoke in the apartments and in the common areas of the building.
It is forbidden to make noise after 10pm.
The neighbors and rules of the property must be followed.
The maximum capacity of the apartment must be respected at any time.

SECUTRITY DEPOSIT (2 alternatives):

1. The owner will charge a security deposit payable in cash on arrival for an amount equivalent at the rental price.
2. Subscribe to the travel insurance ADAR (cost 3.5% of total amount) + sign a credit card authorization form with the owner for any amount not covered by the insurance.
