"Esta muy bien equipado y la ubicacion es buena. Es un barrio muy tranquilo y un piso silencioso. Muy cerca de 2 paradas de metro de distintas lineas, asi que bien comunicado. Pastelerias y supermercados muy cerca tambien. El trato fue muy correcto. Fue perfecto."

"Fliesen im Bad sehr dreckig. Wir konnten diesen Dreck mit Reinigungsmitteln nach mehreren Versuchen mit Schwamm und Reinigungsmitteln nicht herunterbekommen, da kein Schrubber in der Wohnung war. Der Aufgang zum Bett war sehr labil und kann als Potential zur Rentnervernichtung angesehen werden. Für diesen Zustand der Wohnung ist der Preis um ca 100 Euro zu hoch. "

"Ein sehr originell und charmant eingerichtetes Appartement, sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht, um ein paar entspannte Tage in Paris zu verbringen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte bestens.
Anbindung an die Metro ist auch gut.
Die Lage ist super, Nachts ist völlige Ruhe, und am Tag findet man alle Geschäfte usw in unmittelbarer Nähe. (Bäcker schräg gegenüber!)
Einzig das Bett könnte wohl etwas bequemer sein. Für ältere Herrschaften ist es sicher nicht geeignet.
Es wurde nicht bedacht, dass die Gebäudecodes in Paris ab und zu geändert werden. Wir hatten also den falschen Code, jedoch hat Herr Fargot uns schon in einer mail den richtigen Code mitgeteilt."
