"Es herrschte ein tolles Ambiente in der Wohnung. Die Betten waren uns ein wenig zu hoch, aber ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen. Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und geduldig."

"Mooi gelegen, goed geoutilleerd appartement. Aan de dure kant, maar waar voor je geld. Zo veel beter dan een krap en duur hotel. Less Ikea and better french stuff would improve the quality and comfort of the accommodation. "

"We stayed at the apartment for a week. Although the flat is very centrally located, the noise levels are a real problem. On Saturday evening, the partying in our building and the loud music, with bass causing the whole building to vibrate, did not stop until after 3:30 a.m. People continued to make commotion in the (back) courtyard until about 4:30 a.m. Monday and Friday night were similar. Due to the noise from the streetside of the apartment, my child had to share the back (courtyard side) bedroom with me all week. As indicated by another reviewer, the movement of trash cans through the courtyard and gates at early hours of the morning is a real issue as well. For the price of the apartment and the requirement for absolute quiet and courtesy on our part (stipulated in the contract), my expectation was that the apartment would be an appropriate accommodation for someone with professional commitments who wanted to maximize their stay in Paris. While the apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated, it is in no way portrayed accurately on the website, where it emphasizes the absolute need for quiet due to students and professionals living in the building. Also, the jacuzzi jets and tub caulking are growing bacteria or algae, putting guests at risk for skin infections (manufactures recommend weekly cleaning of jets in private homes). The response of the agency to our complaint regarding noise was rather disappointing, given that we spent 2000 Euros on the flat for a week's visit. Next time, we would rather spend the money on a luxury hotel room, where a premium is placed on the customer's experience."

"The apartment designed classic and tastefully, very clean, quiet, in a superb non-snobbish location.
The maintenance needs some improvement (a broken panel, lights, the internet Wi-Fi was not stable).
Not enough appropriate kitchen tools (such as bread knife, cutting board, a ladle, etc). Kitchen knives were blunt. Missing - a larger dining table in the kitchen, with 4 chairs (there is only a small table with 2 chairs, not suitable for dining and the nice marble table in the living room situated in a dark location).
The hot water boiler is too small for 4 guests. Beside, the douche water pipe was leaking but we called the contact person, and it was fixed very quickly.
We enjoyed our staying very much and we will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.
Reliable and effective service. No gap between the presentation in the internet site and the reality. "

"We loved the location, the apartment was very clean. Our only disappointment was the noise - the apartment is located above the security gate (entry access) and location of rubbish bins. The slamming of the gate (all night) and removal of the bins(twice in four days) ensured we did not have one full nights sleep. The internet access which was kindly given to us on arrival does not work. If they could sound proof the windows (double glaze) we would definitely return."

"Alloggio molto elegante e con dotazioni di ottimo livello: oltre all'indispensabile sono presenti anche libri utili come guide per visitare Parigi, e anche alcuni libri d'arte e di fotografia. Ottima anche la posizione, a 100 mt dal Centro Pompidou e dalla Metro, a 10 minuti da Notre Dame. Vivace la zona, ma cmq tranquilla la via nelle ore notturne. La pulizia di alcune stoviglie non era perfetta. Molte finestre si aprono con una certa difficoltà. Il contatore della luce si interrompeva con facilità quando le piastre della cucina erano alla massima potenza. Nelle due camere non sono presenti appendiabiti negli armadi, ma bensì solo ripiani e cassetti.
Ottimo livello di servizio. Ho sempre avuto risposte via mail praticamente immediate. Anche i contatti telefonici sono stati molto facili."
