"Het appartement en de service van de eigenaar en ook van de contactpersoon was uitstekend.
Het verkeer in de straat was erg druk en begon meestal al rond 7 uur.Daar was wel wat geluidsoverlast van,maar ja dat kun je in een stad verwachten."

"Die Wohnung war sauber und von den Kontaktdaten her lief alles einwandfrei.
Uns fehlten allerdings einige Küchenutensilien (z.B. Mixer, Wallholz, Gummischaber etc...) sodass wir einige Menus oder Backwaren etc. nicht kochen/backen konnten. (Bei der Beschreibung war angegeben, dass jegliche Utensilien vorhanden sind)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Judenviertel, was auch nicht angegeben war (teurere Läden)
Lärm war relativ hoch
Ansonsten hübsche Einrichtung, super Hausabwärtin und ca. 5 Gehminuten zur Metro"

"Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Im Bad löste sich an 2 Stellen der Putz von der Decker aber sonst war alles in Ordnung. Die Ausziehcouch ist groß genug für 2. Die Wohnung liegt etwas weg vom Stadtkern, aber immernoch in der Metro Zone 2 und ist über die Metro gut angeschlossen. Der Stadtteil ist gut (jüdisches Viertel) und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen (insb. Sushi). Supermärkte gleich ums Eck. Wer kein Französisch spricht könnte Verständigungsprobleme mit den Kontaktpersonen bekommen, aber irgendwie geht das schon...
Uns hat die Wohnung gefallen und wir können sie weiter empfehlen. all paris apartments: sehr schnelle Bearbeitung von Anfragen und prompte Unterstützung"

"Very clean and comfortable apartment. Contact person was easily reached and helpful. Some street noise, but not excessive.

"Excellent service, what was offered to us was completely according to the description. Great accommodation. The "gardienne d'immueble" was super helpful and available whenever required. Everything needed was withing minutes of walk (2 small supermarkets within 50 mts away). No issues at all, great stay in Paris. Metro station is only 3 blocks away. The Park nearby is great (Buttes Chaumont - 10 minutes walk). I really recommend this appartment, next time I'll book it again."

"The nice apartment (5. floor, elevator) is at a main street with rushhour twice a day. The first day it was cold, but the french speaking Mrs. M. managed it for our comfort. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed our stay for one week. I´ve been there with 3 kids, but found only 2 blankets. In the near there are three metrostations to get quick to all interesting sites."

"The apartment was very comfortable, it had all that we needed. Everything was very clean and of very good standard. It is located in a quiet area within a friendly neighbourhood. It has close access to the metro to go and visit any part of Paris with ease."
