"Appartement "fatigué". Il y manque plein de petis détails qui à la longue s'accumulent et deviennent usant: un seul de clés, yuyau de l'aspirateur rafistolé avec du scotch, balais sans manche à balai, problème d'évacuation d'eau dans la salle de bain, peinture de la fenêtre de la salle de bain effritée, poignée du réfrigérateur cassée. C'était limite au niveau de la qualité des équipements. Il serait utile de mettre un ventilateur à disposition. Le ménage laissait à désirer. Besoin de rénovation. En revanche, parfaite situation géographique avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Il s'agit du seul attrait de l'appartement.
Concernant les personnes de contact, on se sent laché dans la nature. Contacts téléphoniques très difficiles.
Pas de problème concernant la page web de All-Paris-Apartments. "

"The location for this apartment is ideal for everything. The building is clean and quiet and the main room and bedroom are a good size. However the kitchen is small and dated and the bathroom although large is also dated. More suited for 2 people, maybe 4...anymore would be a squeeze.
The view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower at night was fantastic. Thank you"

"The appartment was larger than I thought and also in a far better location than I originally thought, perfectly adequate, fantastic location for tourists, about two minutes walk from nearest Metro
In general, this is an excellent way to find accommodation in Paris particularly if you are looking for a bit of space and its generally a cheaper option.The only disadvantage is having to pick up a key at a different location, if it is your first visit to Paris, you need to negotiate Metro to find the key and then do the same to find the appartment. It would be easier if the key could be picked up near the actual destination. Also 5pm is quite late to be able to get the key when it needs to be left at 11am."

"Alles in allem sehr gut, außer der Küchenausstattung! Wir waren zu sechst und hatten weder genügend Besteck, kleine Löffel gab es garnicht, noch ausreichend passendes Geschirr. Es gab nur einen Topf und eine Pfanne und dazu keine Deckel. Ein Geschirrtuch musste die ganze Woche reichen, die Spülmaschine spülte nicht sauber und nicht ein Restchen Salz geschweige denn Spülmittel war vorhanden. Leider haben die A bflüsse im Bad so stark gestunken, dass das angrenzende Zimmer sehr übel roch. Der Aufzug war immernoch defekt - wir hatten ein Baby dabei und wären froh um den Aufzug gewesen.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit und der Lage der Wohnung!!!"
