Luxe studio in een mooi gebied, in het hart van het historische Parijs

  Le site Web en version française n'est pas toujours facile à utiliser. Les informations ne sont pas toujours claires. Il se déagage une impression de confusion entre Barcelone et Paris. Néanmoins, nous sommes très satisfaits du logement lui-même, de sa situation et de notre relation avec la personne contact. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

  The location of this apartment was excellent. There are lots of shops and restauraunts in the neighbourhood. The owner was very friendly and accomodating to us. Brilliant shower and really nice firm bed. WI-FI kept us in touch with relatives over the festive break. Brilliant little apartment.

  Je conseille vivement cet appartement

  The apartment's location was excellent - about a 5 minute walk to the Louvre, and a 10-minute walk to the Seine. Even though the area was busy, the apartment was very quiet because the windows opened onto an inner area. It was great to have the kitchen facilities. The contact person was very ...friendly and accommodating. The one drawback to the apartment was the walk up the four flights on the narrow curving staircase. This is not a problem for most people, but could be an issue for people with any kind of mobility problem. 

  La situación del alojamiento es inmejorable, ya que justo se enuentra delante del Louvre. Es un apartamento pequeño, pero lo justo para dos personas que estan de turismo. Lo recomiendo .

  Loved the apartment and it was so close to everything and helped me fall in love with Paris -Good bed, Wifi, stereo, cable tv and communication from the owner who was very obliging. Would recommend it -The stairs were a daily challenge-It was so central I could come home and make lunch. There is a ...supermarket and ATM cash machine and 6 cafes within 50 meters.Great position. 

  Un punto a tener en cuenta en las personas con algun problema de movilidad: el estudio esta en un cuarto piso sin ascensor - comun a la mayorìa de los departamentos en el centro de Paris. Serìa conveniente - en una estadìa superior a 3 o 4 dias -que hubiera un juego de ropa blanca de recambio. El... propietario tiene un trato excelente, y no creo que haya inconvenientes. 

  En réalité, le logement est plus petit que ce qu'on voit dans les photos. Aussi, bien que le drap sur le matelas et les taies d'oreillers avaient été changés, il n'y avait pas de drap pour se recouvrir, si bien qu'on devait se recouvrir avec la douillette même, laquelle n'est pas retirée et ...nettoyée après le départ des gens (la femme de ménage est venue le matin de notre départ, et on a bien vu qu'elle ne retirait pas le recouvrement de la douillette). Par ailleurs, la salle de bain est très mignonne, mais le plancher n'était pas propre du tout... on percevait facilement les traces de ' vécu ' des vacanciers précédents sur la céramique. Aussi, le propriétaire devrait penser à placer un volie sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain : par cette fenêtre, bien que très haute, les voisins de l'étage avaient tout le loisir de nous voir. Enfin, les feux de la cuisinière ne sont pas très efficaces : ça prenait beaucoup de temps à faire bouillir l'eau... Dernier point : l'appartement est au 4e étage et l'escalier est en colimaçon: donc, avis à toute personne ayant de lourdes valises... prendez votre mal en patience ! Malgré ces quelques observations, soulignons que ce petit appartement est tout de même à recommander, si ce n'est que l'emplacement (à côté du Louvre !).  

  Apartment is small and on the 4th floor (no lift). It also has windows into a light-well so it gets a little stuffy. However, location is excellent. Only 2 mins walk to the Louvre. There are many good cafes located in the area and a reasonable supermarket. Also the fixtures and fittings were ...quite modern. We had a great 3 weeks in the apartment and would recomend it highly. The owner speaks good English. 

  Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt in Paris sehr genossen.

  There wasn't a coffee-maker, we were a little bit sad. And the cleanliness wasn't so good, we give just pass mark for it. That's because we give just good category (not excellent) for the accomodation.

note of All Paris apartments(11/11/2010)the owner confirmed us that the apartment is equipped with coffee pot.

  Very nice appartement, with a perfekt location.

  Perfect location. Good kitchenette for cooking breakfast and and some simple meals. Nice, firm bed, Freebox TV, wlan. Bathroom was in very good condition and equipped with a washing machine. The owner had made a good Paris Guide about the nearby restaurants, supermarkets and other services. A .

  Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Zentral gelegenes (2 Fußminuten vom Louvre) und dennoch ruhiges Appartment. Schön ausgestattet. Jedesmal wieder gerne.

  Dans l'ensemble bon petit appartement. Sauf les 4 étages a monter à pied et le bruit de la cage d'escalier.

  This apartment looked exactly like the photos. The contact person was very nice and easy to get in contact with. The location of the apartment is excellent, right behind the louvre and a quick walk to all of the great paris sights. I had absolutely no problems with my stay and would happily stay there again! Highly recommended!

  Appartamento come da descrizione. Praticamente a due passi dal Louvre e dalla metro. Abbastanza pulito. Padrone di casa disponibile e serio. Vicino ad un supermercato. Sconsigliato a chi ha problemi di mobilità (4 piani di scala a chiocciola molto strette).

  The accommodations more than met our expectations in every way. It was clean and neat with a very comfortable bed (this is important when walking all day!)! The location was perfect- very close to a metro station. Our contact was extremely responsive- he was there when we checked-in and was prompt... with our request to check out. We loved having a cozy place to call our own at the end of the day. The nearby cafes also insured we'd always have a good meal too. The site was easy to use and our contact for the apartment was excellent!

  The apartment was bright, modern and clean. The location was fantastic (1 min to the Louvre), Great cafes and bars were close and there was also a supermarket 1 minute away. The owner was delightful and helpful. I would highly reccommend this apartment and would glady stay there again.

  We found the all the equipment we used was in a very good condition including the Iron, Microwave, Kettle, TV, extra bed sheets, extra towels, some cleaning detergents. The availability of a telephone was very handy and having open satellite system made it possible for us at least to find a channel ...in our language. The availability of high speed cable internet was a super advantage like helping us to arrange our trip and transportation very easily as well as browsing and sending our email. The location is very central very near to an important shopping street; the Rivoli street; and some important monuments; like the louvre; very near to metro and bus stations as well as a supermarket. The owner speaks good English and is very helpful person. Our only comment it would have been an advantage to have an A/C. It was just right for accomodating 2 people but a bigger family would be difficult. I would definitely come again to this flat if I come again to Paris. 

  Todo perfecto, la unica pega es que no conseguimos conectar al wifi.

  The apartment is as described, the place is rather small, but well furnished. My sister and I loved to stay in the apartment and the bed is really good. There is also a great closet for your clothes. The area is amazing, with the Louvre and all the luxury shops in a walking distance. The down side ...of the neighbourhood was that it was filled with tourists, witch also made the prices at the cafés and restaurants much more expensive than needed. Next time I would stay near the Marais or the Latin Quarter.. Service was fine and the contact person was very kind and easy to get in touch with.  

  Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sie Superlative in der Wohnungsbeschreibung sind etwas übertrieben, das Zimmer ist gross, praktisch eingerichtet und ruhig.

  Kleine, nette Wohnung mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlern (es kann etwas lauter werden, wenn die Nachbarn zuhause sind, völlig vereistes Gefrierfach, tropfender Wasserhahn in der Küche), die aber von der Top-Lage in jeder Hinsicht ausgeglichen werden.

  The walls was very thin, and internal noise from the building was at times a bit disturbing. You could easily hear that there was a party going on two floors up.

  the appartment is very nice, nicely decorated, good kitchen and shower, Tv and Internet worked great. over-all a clean appartment, but the carpet and the floor could have been cleaner. the location of the appartment is good in the sense that it is in middle of everything. the downside is it might be... in the middle between everything, but not as close as you would think to the main locations, but the metro is very close and there are buses. very close to the louver and rivoli street. at night, not the best location if you want to go out because the area isnt very much alive. make notice that the bed opens out of a board in the wall, but it is very comfortable. the contact person was nice and the communication with him was good.

  Bonjour et bonne heureuse année 2012, Nous sommes de retour au Canada et nous avons passés un beau séjour à Paris mais le studio était vraiment mal propre. Il y a eu des réparations et il y avait des grains de plâtre partout, l'aspirateur n'avait pas été fait puisque le tapis était ...vraiment malpropre ainsi que le plancher dont on a dut passer l'aspirateur mais encore là, l'aspirateur était pleine ce qui fait que j'ai du la vider pour que je puisse l'utiliser, j'ai du acheté une moppe pour laver le plancher puisque le planché encore là malpropre. Les plaintes avait de mousse partout. Il y a une télévision mais difficile de voir un film ou tout simplement visionner les nouvelles puisqu'il y avait toujours de l'interférence. La cuisine: les ustensiles de cuisine était malpropre alors, on a du faire les laver aussi. La cafetière nous a lâché après 2 jours d'utilisations, le réfrigérateur penchait d'un coté alors, il y a une journée que nous avons perdu presque tout notre nourriture puisque la porte c'est ouvert à cause du débalancement du réfrigérateur. La salle de bain, le ventilateur est vraiment malpropre, dans la douche... la céramique dans le bas de la douche a de la moisissure. En plus nous avons eu un problème avec notre avion le Airbus A380 de Air France ce qui fait que nous avons pu être au studio uniquement le 26 déc. à 16hrs. Mais nous avons perdu une journée complète. au lieu d'être la pour 10 jours nous avons resté là pour 9 jours mais M. B. nous a chargé quand même pour 10 jours plus la caution de 300 euro. C'est bien situé comme endroit mais ce qui me fâche vraiment, c'est que le studio était vraiment malpropre et que nous avons du acheter une moppe-vadrouille jetable plus des essuie-tout, perdu de la nourriture à cause de ce réfrigérateur et de devoir vider l'aspirateur en plus nous étions là 9 jours et non 10 jours. Nous avons quittés le studio dans une propreté impeccable comme nous aimerions aimés l'avoir lors de notre première journée à Paris. Alors, j'ai perdu une journée dont 100 euro en plus de devoir payer 20 euro. Voilà. J'attends des nouvelles de vous. M. Francis Blackburn

  Appartamento molto ben posizionato ed ad un costo contenuto. Forniture abbastanza nuove. Unica pecca la non perfetta pulizia (comunque vivibile) ed il rubinetto di cucina con qualche perdita (comunque utilizzabile). Proprietario disponibilissimo e gentile.

  Queremos destacar la excelente ubicación del alojamiento y lo bien equipado que estaba para hacer una estancia muy cómoda. Referente al propietario comentar que es muy amable y eficiente y se puso a nuestra disposición para cualquier eventualidad que se produjera.

  Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Erstklassige Lage für Touristen. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Netter persönlicher Kontakt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes keine Lärmbelästigung. Durch die Lage der Fenster zum Hinterhof praktisch kein Straßenlärm.

  O studio é como anunciado na pagina da internet. O local possui todos os equipamentos necessários para a estadia, que funcionaram perfeitamente. A cama é bastante confortável e a localização é excelente.

  El departamento queda un 4 piso sin asensor. Al llegar, no me pareció muy de "caballero" que el hombre que nos guiaba al departamento, ni siquiera atinó a ayudar con el equipaje a mi esposa que estaba haciendo un enorme esfuerzo para subir una maleta por las escaleras angostas. También me ...pareció un poco excesivo los 30 EUR que me cobró el anfitrión por permitirnos permanecer hasta las 19 hs en el apartamento ( el horario de check out era a las 12 pm) poniendo como excusa que la señora que limpia tendría que venir el domingo a limpiar. Por 30EUR lo limpiaba yo y seguro lo dejaba mejor. Creo que fue un abuso.

  The apartment is perfect for one person, two might be a little crowded because it is small but the location makes up for it. very close to a metro and the area is perfect and always feels safe.

  The apartment was perfectly located walking distance from the Louvre and the metro. It was clean and perfect for two people. The pictures are exactoly what you get. Everything was in great working condition and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a great experience and a perfect apartment with a ...very helpful owner. I will definately advise anyone to use this apartment! PERFECT!!! 

  The apartment is in an excellent location and is as advertised. It is a safe area with several nice cafes and a supermarket within two blocks. The washer is the apartment is a plus, as is the free wi-fi internet access. The bed is very comfortable, and there are TV channels available in several ...languages, including English. We would stay there again. P was exceptional to work with. He was very easy to talk with and he met with us as scheduled. He could not have been nicer! Again, this apartment is in an excellent, central location.

  Apartment is very comfortable, well furnished, very convenient location. Price very reasonable. P is excellent. Very accommodating, easy to get in touch with. This is a 4th floor walkup - 75 steps - but if you don't mind that you will be very pleased with this apartment.

  Being so close to the Louvre.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber sehr funktional und schön eingerichet, sodass einem an nichts fehlt. Der einzige Minus ist die schlechte Beleuchtung, was aber bei einer Touristenwohnung, in der man ohnehin fast nur übernachtet, kaum ins Gewicht fehlt.

  Hola, el departamento esta muy bien, lo único que falta es que tenga aire acondicionado.

  Ubicación inmejorable. El espacio, aunque reducido, está muy bien aprovechado. Dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia muy agradable. Un inconveniente: las escaleras, para quien no esté acostumbrado o tenga alguna dificultad puede resultar algo duro subir los más de setenta escalones. Tiene una nevera muy pequeña y sin congelador.

  Piccolo ma ben attrezzato, c'è tutto quello che serve. Posizione centralissima a due passi dal Louvre.

  The location is very good, acces is easy from the Airport. But, mimimum kitchen tools.The batteries (for example in the remote control) was flat, so we have to buy it, I think it is not good.

  Muy muy recomendable. Los propietarios gente muy detallista, por ejemplo cuando llegamos tenían preparado en la nevera, cervezas, agua fira, y los mínimos indispensables para el desayuno del día siguente, como leche, mermeladas, etc.... Tambien encontramos Planos de Paris de las líneas de ...metro, libros, velitas, incienso....La Ubicación perfecta!!! Hemos ido practicamnte a todos los sitios andando, pero si no te gusta muhco andar, tienes bocas de metro muy muy cerquita del apartamento.El apartamento, bueno es un estudio, bien decorado, limpio, con una cama con colchon estupendo. La cocina bien equipada y el baño con super ducha, tambien con muchos detalles. Vamos muy recomendable... por lo menos nostros lo hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos.

  Situacion excelente en frente del Louvre. Pequeño pero muy bien equipado para dos personas. Los propietarios muy atentos y siempre a tu disposicion a cualquier hora. Todo funciona muy bien en el apartamento, wifi, cocina, television,...Buena eleccion para parejas. Solo, como en muchos de los ...edificios de esta zona de Paris, no tiene ascensor y es una cuarta planta 

  The best location in Paris. I used to stay in several places in Paris before but this is by far the perfect one for visiting Paris. Bernard was amazing host. He left some refreshments in the fridge for me. I felt like at home. It's Very quiet for sleeping too. Highly recommended.
