"Unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Restaurant, das man durchqueren muss, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schmal und die Wohnung etwas kalt.
Dafür ist sie sehr geräumig und funktionell und befindet sich in einer Toplage. Wer also viel Platz braucht und zentral unterkommen möchte, ist in dieser Wohnung richtig."
