"Ascensor: la web avisa que es un 6o piso con ascensor hasta el 5o pero no avisa que el ascensor empieza en el 1o, por lo que hay que subir 2 pisos caminando, con escaleras antiguas, díficiles para gente mayor. La web decía que había DVD pero fue imposible hacerlo funcionar. En el apartamento había internet pero tampoco funcionaba. El baño es muy pequeño y la mesa es una barra americana (alta) por lo que la gente mayor también tiene dificultades. Es un buen apartamento para gente joven, muy bien ubicado, limpio y con lo esencial para una buena estancia. "

"I had booked apartment with internet requirement but they did not provide me. When I called on the given number they said my apartment is without internet facility. They were rude too...
The rooms are small not comfortable if you are travelling with young kids. The sofa cum bed in kitchen is not comfortable at all.
In the bathroom no shower curtain provided which was making the bathroom wet all the time & eventually the kitchen area.
Otherwise the linen & other kitchen stuff was satisfactory.

"Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen sehr entsprochen, wir waren recht begeistert. Einzig der Zeitpunkt 17h war recht spät zum einchecken.

"Apt très bruyant aussi s'il est au siptième étage et très chaud: on ne pouvait garder les fenetres ouvertes pour le bruit.
On ne peut utilizer l'ascenseur que du 1er étage au 6ème apré il faut monter un escalier en colimaçon pas trop large.
La livrason des clés se passe en manière automatique et il n'y a pas une personne de référence.
La connession à internet n'est pas énumerée

"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir waren im Großen und Ganzen mit der Wohnung zufrieden, allerdings werden sicher demnächst Renovierungsarbeiten nötig sein, um weiterhin zufriedene Gäste zu haben! ( Bad, Türen, Boden-Wandanschlüsse), es sieht nämlich sonst schnell ziemlich heruntergekommen aus.
Lage war prima. Mit Ohrstöpseln konnte man gut schlafen, in Mitten einer Großstadt rechnet man doch schon mit etwas Lärm.

"Die Wohnung ist sympathisch und orginell auch gut beheizbar. Einzig die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen überig gelassen, insebsondere dîe Küchenutensilien. In der ganzen Wohnung gabe es einen eher unangenehmen Geruch, der sich nicht vertreiben liess."

"ein an sich recht ordentlich ausgestattetes appartment mit einem völlig unzulänglichen, sogar gefährlichen badheizungssystem wenn wir nicht die sicherung herausgenommen hätten, wäre es unter umständen zu einer sehr bedrohlichen gefahr (brand) gekommen. wir können nicht verstehen das uns ein appartment übergeben wurde, in dem das heizungssystem schon vor unserer ankunft überhitzt und dadurch offensichtlich defekt war.wir fanden ein bad-heizungssystem vor, das sich schon vor unserer ankunft so stark erhitzt hatte, dass das gehäuse schmolz und das gerät nicht ausgeschaltet werden konnte. wir fühlten uns durch die situation bedroht, meine tochter verbrannte sich die hand am heizkörper, so stark war dieser erhitzt. das war eine sehr gefährliche situation, dager mussten wir die sicherung das gesamten bades ausschalten, was zur folge hatte, dass auch der warmwasserboiler aus war. wir bekamen zwar einen miniheizlüfter für das badezimmer gebracht, mussten aber kalt duschen. "

"The apartment was located at the 6th floor and the lift was not working! We have to carry our luggages and climb up the stairs! Everyday we have have to climb up the stairs too. No one call for repair and till the last day (6days), it was not repaired and we have to climb down with all our luggages. We do not who to contact and enquire for help!The place to the collection of key was terrible. Map leading to the location was wrong. My sister and my friend who also have booked an apartment with you also have similar feedback! "
