"Lovely accommodation which was very homely. Although the kitchen was small, it was more than adequate. Good shops in the area within a short walking distance. No issues with noise at all. Would certainly recommend this apartment to others."

"Very nice and quiet apartment with a surprising personal touch; it was like staying in a friend's home. Our contact Marie-José is very friendly and helpfull. In the same street you can find good and nice places to eat. So we enjoyed our stay in Rue Moquet very much and would really like to return there next time."

"I was expecting to find a very simply furnished studio appartment but instead I found it was fully furnished, 'homely' and not just for rental use, it made it much nicer and better than I had expected to find it.
The studio door is very near the courtyard appartment block entrance door so, you can hear the appartment neighbours coming and going but this not all day long.
It is loacted in 17th arrondissement, travel zone 2 of Paris which makes it outside of the main areas of the city but it has good public transport for
buses, between two metro station and it is close to local food shops and restaurants.
The service person was very friendly, easy to contact and helpful with lots of guide information about Paris. Overall I enjoyed my stay in the studio appartment and I would recommend it."

"La primera sensación es como estar en casa pero en pequeñito. Es un bajo interior que da a un patio, pero no hay ruidos, es una zona muy tranquila y como es interno no hay ningún problema. Todo está moderno y bien cuidado: tele, dvd, wifi, lavavajillas, nespresso, placa de dos de inducción, microondas, nevera pequeña (ésta si que hacía bastante ruido cuando enfriaba pero luego te acostumbrabas). El baño y la habitación están muy bien también: la cama es grande y la ducha espaciosa. La única pega que podemos ponerle es la humedad que se podía sentir en la habitación; imaginamos que al ser el bajo debe ser así.También es cierto que hizo unos días de bochorno un poco raros y que no pusimos la calefacción, claro.
La dueña es una chica muy maja que nos recibió explicandonos en inglés información práctica sobre el transporte y los restaurantes de la zona etc.
Hay una parada de autobus en el portal y dos paradas de metro a 5 minutos andando (es la linea 13), es fácil ir al centro aunque cueste 10-15 minutos.Hay mucha vida de comercio durante el día en las calles cercanas.
Volveriamos a ir allí."

"Bien dans l'ensemble, un peu sombre, confort basic (sofa pas très confortable) à part ca, top. Super bien placé. Excellente personne de contact, tres gentille.L'appartement était un peu bruyant a cause des travaux dans l'immeuble mais c'est ponctuel."

"Nous avons été très content de notre séjour.Je recommande fortement ce logement. L'appartement est bien localisé : devant arrêt de bus (le prendre plutôt que le métro, c'est plus agréable). Rien de négatif, à refaire."

"I Booked this apartment for a 3 day trip in Paris with my wife. It was excellent, the landlord has 3 apartments we had one on the ground floor at the back of the apratment block which was great very quiet and looked out onto two court yards.
The apartment (fixtures and fittings) was finished to a high spec, it was like a home from home, very clean and good facilities - a great base for a trp to Paris.
A 300m walk to the metro line which is fine, and a bus stop right outside the main apartment doors. There is a great restaurant up the road called Bistro Nico where food was fantastic and cheap (well cheaper than central Paris).
Would definetaly use again and recommend to Friends and Family and i'm not easily pleased.
