"Está en una zona roja. El ingreso al edificio es bastante deplorable: sucio y complicado. No pudieron hacer que funcionara WiFi como decía en la página, cosa que nos ocasionó problemas de comunicación con nuestra familia. El propietario fue muy cordial."

"The apartment was a lovely surprise - please don't be turned off by the slightly scary entry-way and sex shops on the street outside. Also note that when they say the apartment is on the 1/2 floor, they mean it's literally about 6 steps from ground level and the door is set into the wall halfway up the first flight of stairs - quite funny! Once inside it's light and spacious and very well equipped, though the coffee machine appeared to be leaking. Only complaint would be that the full amount of bed linen was not provided as requested, nor was the extra set of keys. Both of these things were rectified within 24 hours though."

"Great apartment and location. The only complaint would be using this apartment for more than 2 people. The sofa bed in the main room was so uncomfortable that we had to abandon it after the first night and then slept on the cushions on the floor for the rest of the holiday.
Excellent. We arrived at the office unprepared and they sorted us out very quickly and they were very happy and pleasant about it. We have already recommended the website to family and friends. "

"Simple, clean and convenient appartment.
Instructions to get in assumed prior knowledge of Paris - but friendly locals assisted us. Recommend you make instructions far more obvious as to:
Code (for street door)
Electronic key - for gate in alleyway - needed to get to staircase d
key - for front door.
The key was very dodgy - and I doubt we would have got in - except that the cleaning lady was still there and let us in.
Yes its red light district - but its close to metro, great patisseries and cafes - and to CBD and attractions. Very warm and cosy for a cold winter too - although oven and heaters will blow the safety trip switch if on at the same time!!! WiFi and digital tv were a god send and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"Basically, the street is quite dangerous to live in consider it is the red light area. Luckily nothing bad happened while we stayed. Quite hard to find the apartment for the first time.
But it's quite convenient to get to the supermarket and kebab shops around. Easy to get food and get around. The location is quite near to the metro station.
The apartment is clean and have everything it mentioned in the description. It's easy to do cooking in the open kitchen. But it is a bit awkward that, you need to pass thru the toilet to get to the bedroom. A bit of the problem opening the double sofa bed too. "

"L'appartamento era pulito, carino e proprio come in foto. Il brutto era il percorso da fare dalla strada fino alla scala dove è posizionato l'appartamento: un corridoio austero, stretto e senza luci in cui vi era anche una fabbrica con personale cinese che metteva abbastanza inquietudine. La posizione della casa è abbastanza centrale ma il quartiere non è dei più belli: all incrocio vi erano pusher e prostitute pronte ad accoglierti nel "migliore" dei modi!"
