From Orly airport take the RER C from the stop Pont de Rungis Aeroport d'Orly towards Argenteuil getting out at Bibliothèque-Francois Mitterand. Take the metro line 14 from here in the direction of Madeleine to Chatelet. At Chatelet change again, onto metro line 1 towards Chateau de Vincennes, getting out at Hotel de Ville. The journey takes around 50 minutes.
