The recently renovated hotel in 2007, inspired in its design by the traditional market gardening of the area, has a total of 188 double rooms spread over 8 floors. Guests may also make use of the lobby area and the bar located in the hotel.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Montrouge near from the new mall of La Vache Noire and 10 min by walking from Paris. The exhibition centre at porte de Versailles is just 5 km from the hotel and 15 min by tramway (T3). Orly airport is located roughly 10 km away.

It has 2 types of rooms: the standard room and Privilège rooms refurbished since 2007. The Privilège room has a bedroom and a living room with a sofa the guests can translate into a bed. All the rooms are equipped with flat TV screen, hairdryer, direct phone line with charge, wireless connexion with charge and mini bar with charge.

From Gare Du Nord: take RER B in direction of Saint Rémy les Chevreuse and stop at Gentilly Station. Then have to walk 15 min on the let side of the train station. From Charles De Gaulle: take RER B in direction of Saint Rémy les Chevreuse and stop at Gentilly Station. Then have to walk 15 min on the let side of the train station. From Orly Airport: take the Orlyval and stop at Anthony then take RER B in direction of Charles de Gaulle Airport and stop at Gentilly Station. Then have to walk 15 min on the let side of the train station. From Highway A6: drive until the end of the highway until Porte d'Orleans and turn left in direction of N20. Then near from Renault shop turn lest and follow the street until Mercure Hotel in Francois Ory street.
