  A charming Place, short walk to train-metro-station, bathroom is too small.

  It's small cramped apartment with rude owner who don't have basic courtesy. Bad experience

  Good location, easy reach from Gare Du Nord and in a neighbourhood that felt less touristic and more authentic, and within walking distance of good bars and shops - three lovely boulangeries on the street - and the metro system. Very comfortable beds and very efficient wi-fi. Very good service from ...L, checking us in and out. The floorboards are very creaky and the curtains are thin, so light sleepers beware! Would re-visit though, without a doubt.

  Die Wohnung hat einen morbiden Charme,liegt zentral,ist hell und ruhig sowie ausreichend sauber,wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles geklappt inclusive checin ,checout.

  The apartment was very well equipped and there were lots of things already there, that you don't necessarily want to buy for a short stay, ie fresh coffee, cling film etc. The check in and check out process with L was extremely easy as well. L was very amiable and the flat was very well equipped. I would highly recommend the apartment.

  The apartment was good. Had everything required for the stay (except dishwasher which was not working) and owner accommodated our request for late checkin and checkout.

  Check in and check out went very smoothly, a lovely, comfortable, well furnished apartment only 2 minutes walk from Gare du l'Est, close to the canal and with a good choice of cafes / restaurants nearby, an excellent base to expolre Paris from.

  Pariser Stadtwohnung, 4. Stock, kleiner Fahrstuhl, Küchen-Ausstattung gut, hellhörig, ausreichend warm, Dusche warm, Fernsehen nur mit Arte als deutschem Sender, WLAN gut, Vermieter super.

  Super Lage bei Ankunft am Gare de l'Est, sehr ruhig, nette Infrastruktur (Restaurant, Läden), schön für Paar mit Kind oder zwei bescheidene Paare. Helle Wohnung, einfach, aber freundlich und sehr zweckmäßig. In der Küche ist alles notwendige da. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

  Très bonne localisation au calme et à 2 pas du métro , idéale!Seuls bémols , le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas et la salle de bain est exigue ,mais cela n'a gâché en rien notre séjour.

  Clean and well lit apartment. However it did not have any hand soap, hand towels and minimal toilet tissue. It would have been helpful to have them.

  Kontaktperson war sehr nett, freundlich und zur Stelle wenn man Sie gebraucht hat. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr zentrale lage, gut ausgestattet, nur wie bereits von anderen bemerkt etwas hellhörig innerhalb des hauses und als fernsehsender war nur arte auf deutsch zu empfangen. Alles in allem gerne wieder

All-paris-apartments:

  Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hell und - da zur Hofseite gelegen - gut gegen jeden Straßenlärm abgeschirmt, allerdings ein bisschen hellhörig. Eine echte Oase in der Großstadt! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und verlässlich. Wir würden das Appartment jederzeit wieder ...für einen Paris-Aufenthalt buchen, zumal es sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen ist. 

  Buena ubicación. Calle con todos los servicios. Apartamento con cierto aire bohemio, encantador. Muy silencioso y tranquilo. Con todos los detalles para pasar una buena estancia y una limpieza correcta.

  El edificio no es adecuado para familias con niños pequeños. El ascensor es extremadamente pequeño, no cabe una silla de bebé y no es accesible para familias, a pesar de que ofrezcan cuna. Por lo demás, el apartamento está muy bien.

  Un appartement vachement chouette, quelques pas du Canal St. Martin et des restaurant, parfait pour accueillir deux couples et assez bien équipé. La seule chose que dérange : on entend un peu les voisins...

  Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Sehr hell, leider etwas hellhörig. Lage war auch sehr gut. Kontaktperson war immer erreichbar, wenn etwas gebraucht wurde. Check-in und check-out alles Bestens.

  Gute Anbindung, auch nachts. Netter Kontakt, Schlüsselübergabe gut und unproblematisch. Wir waren zu dritt, jede hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer. Das Bad war klein, aber die Dusche modern mit Thermostat. Sowohl die Bäckerei als auch das Restaurant gegenüber waren sehr gut und die Leute freundlich. Alles in allem eine gelungene Städtereise.
