  Appartment war supi, erste Nacht etwas unruhig weil das Haus hellhörig ist, aber c'est Paris:) Liegt aber sehr schön im Hinterhof und man kriegt vom Autolärm nichts mit. Schönes Ambiente.

  Very well equipped and conveniently located apartment. Had some problems with noise on the first night but our contact person sorted it out promptly. Stephane was also very helpful with directions and suggestions of what to do. Good location for Gare du Nord & Gare de l'Est. Site was easy to use ...and gave good descriptions of the properties. Would probably use again and recommend to others.

  Vielen Dank!!! Herr Z. war sehr hilfreich und nett. In der Wohnung habe ich die Gewürze , Zucker, Kaffe und Toilettenpapier sehr geschätzt.

  Nice little apartment near the trains/metro. The neighborhood isn't very nice, but we felt safe inside a courtyard which also kept out the street noise. Only complaint was a record studio which ran late into the night, but the owner/contact person was VERY good about taking care of the problem.... I only wished I'd called him right away instead of waiting sleeplessly--but that was my own fault. Pictures make the place look a bit nicer than it actually is, but overall we were quite happy there. Good little kitchen and several stores an easy walk. 

  L'appartamento è piacevolmente arredato. I letti comodi. La cucina abbastanza attrezzata. Affaccia su un cortile interno ed è quindi molto silenzioso. Una nota nel del tutto positiva riguardo la casa è il bagno che necessiterebbe di un rifacimento. Inoltre ci sono due lavandini, entrambi molto ...piccoli. La persona con cui abbiamo avuto contatto è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili già prima della partenza per e-mail. Parlava inglese, francese e italiano perfettamente. Nella casa c'è il wi-fi ma noi non siamo riusciti a collegarci. L'unica vera nota negativa dell'appartamento è la zona dove è situato. La sera non è davvero raccomandabile girare nei dintorni. E' pieno di gente ubriaca e di prostitute ad ogni angolo della strada. Abbiamo assistito anche ad una rissa. Un vero peccato perché per tutto il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene. Veramente un servizio impeccabile. Grande professionalità e gentilezza delle addette al call center le quali parlano perfettamente molte lingue. Sono stata anche più volte richiamata. Se non ricordo male il servizio viene svolto anche nei giorni di festa, cosa davvero molto comoda. Complimenti anche per il sito che ho trovato davvero ben fatto. Andate avanti così. 

  Saubere ordentliche Wohnung zum sofort wohlfühlen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Im 2. Hof sehr ruhige Lage, zugleich sehr zentral nur wenige Gehminuten vom Gare du Nord. Ein Tonstudio im Keller nebenan stellt den Betrieb spätestens nach einem höflichen Anruf umgehend ein. Telefonnummer und ggf. auch ...Hilfe wird bei Anreise unaufgefordert zur Verfügung gestellt. 

  Our stay in Paris was first class. Made all the more enjoyable by the help and advice given by S. The appartment was neat clean commfortable and convenient. This all contributed to a memorable holiday.

  Muy Limpio y Ordenado, con excelente ubicacion a dos cuadras de la estacion de Trenes y Buses y el contacto con unas calidades humanas que son de valorar muy atento y servicial por ello lo recomiendo al 100%

  Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage da 2. Hinterhof. Zentrale Lage; nur eine Minute zur Metro.

  Excellent choice of accomodation for us as a family with older children as there are two sleeper couches. A stone's throw from Gare Du Nord so fantastically convenient to catch the underground and get around in Paris. Loved our stay there and will definately contact S. when we visit Paris again!

  todo muy bien, no hemos tenido ningún problema, y si tengo que volver a Paris, volvería a coger vuestros servicios.

  Buen equipamiento, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera normal y de cápsulas, vajilla completa y abundante,... Cosas no habituales en los apartamentos.. No es de lujo, algo antiguo, pero si suficiente para unos días. Planta baja, interior, da a un patio, por lo que no se oye la calle. Zona no ...turistica y algo deprimida, aunque se llega pronto en metro. Pasa el metro cerca, y se oye, sobre todo por las noches, aunque no es excesivo. Estan haciendo obras de remodelación del edificio y a las ocho de la mañana empiezan los trabajos. Curiosamente los dias que estuvimos empezaban a las ocho a hablar y a utilizar una sierra o algo parecido, y a las nueve ya no se oia nada... C., la persona de contacto, excelente. Nos permitió guardar las maletas antes de la hora oficial, nada mas llegar, y nos permitió tambien salir algo mas tarde. Muy atento y diligente. 

  The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host provided all the neccesities. The location was perfect for us. It was only five minutes walk from the Gare du Nord where we arrived on Eurostar. The neighborhood was bustling with any shops, cafes, etc. we might need close by. Our contact person, Marie Jo, was friendly and informative.

  Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war professionell und sehr nett. Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung.

  Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen den beiden Bahnhöfen. Metrostationen gleich um die Ecke, sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und praktisch, super Betten. Ruhig da im 2 Hinterhof gelegen. Erdgeschosswohnung mit Vergitterung an den Fenstern daher auch kein Problem die Fenster zu öffnen. In der ...Nähe tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um sich selbst zu versorgen. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Kontaktperson. Alles super und zu empfehlen. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich, netter Kontakt, jederzeit wieder. Falls wir wieder nach Paris fahren werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen. 

  Although the building itself was old but the Studio was in good condition it was fully prepared and there was plenty of bed sheets, pillows and towels for 3 persons it also near to the station but I didn't really like the surroundings, the only inconvenience is that for 2 nights there was parties ...till late with loud music and food smells! except of that I would highly recommend the place for the long %u2013not first time at Paris- stay cuz the price is really good and you can manage the transportation very easily . Our contact was really helpful and very nice person. 

The owner confirmed that the apartment is in a quiet area overlooking a courtyard. Should there be any incident during the stay (noise and / or music from other apartments included), clients should contact the contact person directly.

  Das Apartment selbst und die Betreuung durch die Kontaktperson waren hervorragend. Die Lage ist zwar für Zugreisende günstig, da nur 5 Minuten von den Bahnhöfen OST und Nord entfernt. Allerdings sind die vielen Obdachlosen in der Straße für Landeier wie uns doch ein wenig furchteinflößend.

  Fuimos un grupo de 5 personas y la verdad es que quedamos plenamente satisfechos con las condiciones del apartamento. Es tal y como se muestra en la página, la zona está bien y tienes el metro de la Gare du Nord o la Gare d'Est a cuatro pasos, que conectan con todos los puntos de la ciudad. La ...única pega que es una planta baja, pero al estar en un patio interior doble resulta bastante agradable. 

  envejecido para el precio que tenía, las prestaciones dejaban un poco que desear. Aunque la zona era buena, el ambiente que se respiraba era un poco molesto.

  A nice appartment close to the two big train stations. It is in the middle of the city but insite its quiet. Everything you need is inside the appartment. We could not find the cdplayer until we just left.

  The contact was extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment was clean and as described and very close to the Eurostar terminus. There was some disturbance outside our windows ( two people scuffling and arguing)in the courtyard late on Friday night but other neighbours above us moved them on quickly.

  On overall, the bathroom unit itself seems a little dark.There was no lighting in the shower unit as well as the washing sink. The whole bathroom is not very clean especially the area in between the shower and washing sink.The living and kitchenette area is a little cramp and does not reflect same ...per advertised in internet.With one sofa bed, a dining table with 6 chairs and a standing cupboard that places a television unit in same area does not provide a comfortable area for guest...especially when we need to hang wet clothes.Bedroom unit is acceptable and spacious.The wood flooring is just in average acceptable condition .The toilet bowl was not in good condition as it was not able to be flushed hence we need to wait till next evening till we return to the unit after it was being repaired. Suggest to place the Television set in the bedroom unit since the kitchen and dining area is small. Guest will not be comfortable sleeping directly towards the Bathroom position with dining table and kitchen surrounded it together with the clothing rack.May also suggest a mirror in the bedroom unit as guest would have to only use the mirror next to the kitchen area next to bathroom.Pls also improve the cleanliness especially the Bathroom/ Toilet and Dining / Living area as this is the important area for guest.On overall, we are truly and excellently satisfied with the service and hospitality given by Mr Staphane Zucculotto. His warmth services has actually overcome the disattisfaction we had during the stay.Highly complimented Mr Stephane assistance and service.

  Zeer goed onthaal door de contactpersoon. Appartement is prima uitvalsbasis voor een gezinsuitstap in Parijs. In het appartement hoor je wel de metro, klein minpunt.

  Very good location close to the Gare du Nord. We were given a discount as there was some building work going on while we were there. This was much appreciated. Would certainly stay here again.

  Great location near the train stations. Contact person very friendly and helpful. Apartment is away from the street so generally quiet, but it was very hot at night while we were there in July so difficult to sleep. Otherwise, the apartment had everything we needed.

  Super easy access to Gare du Nord (hauling luggage after Eurostar trip). The caretaker who met us was even more helpful and friendly as we could have hoped for. Clean, enough space for our family of 5, next to no street noise so we could have the windows open.

  Great location. Can walk to most things if you want, but two metro/train stations and buses very handy. Apartments very comfortable and managers very flexible. Market very close is full of great produce.

  The apartment was in an excellent location in terms of access to public transport, shops and market. It is in the second courtyard of a typical Parisian building and was very quiet despite being on a very busy road. The owner was courteous and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the ...apartment was clean. It could do with being reprinted and some of the blinds were broken, but all in all, it was perfect for our requirements.

  Très bon accueil tant du propriétaire que du concierge. Appartement très bien situé pour une arrivée en train Gare de l'Est ou Gare du Nord. L'appartement était agréable, fonctionnel et calme. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la grande chambre décorée de façon contemporaine. Le petit moins, la salle de bain et wc.

  The location of the apartment is excellent. Close to groceries, shops, restaurants, metro, train station, taxi stands. The apartment is safe and being on the ground floor, we don't have to lug our luggages up the stairs. The apartment is clean, spacious and complete with everything you need. ...Stephane was great! Helpful, warm and easy to deal with. The price we paid for the apartment was a good deal given the size and its location.

  Really a worth it apartment but can face a problem of single and small WC if the number of members are about 3-5.

  S, was there to greet us and provided lots of quality information about the apartment and surrounds that enhanced our stay. Apartment is large for Paris and easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 kids. Location provides easy access to the major train stations which meant we covered most of Paris with ...ease. Loads of bars and places to eat close by with some colorful characters populating the 10th. The area may not be to every bodies taste but we could not fault the host or the location and hope to return.  

  Great location, good living space (enough room for a family of 5) and nice and quiet at night. Apartment had everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommended.

  Tolles Apartement mitten in Paris. Zentral gelegen. 4 Metro-Stationen fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Wohnung wackelt und brummelt etwas, wenn die in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen RER - Bahnen ...darunter durchfahren. Da dies in der Nacht jedoch unterbleibt, hat es uns nicht weiter gestört.  

  Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 5 senza avere particolari problemi di spazio. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per il caffè, ombrelli, asciugacapelli e asciugamani in abbondanza.L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben tenuto.Il ...proprietario è veramente gentile e ci ha dato degli utili consigli per la nostra vacanza.
