Ferienwohnung Paris: Charmante Ferienwohnung im Marais

  Excelente, muy recomendable.

  De accomodatie was prima en precies zoals we verwacht hadden. De contactpersoon spreekt goed engels en is vriendelijk. Nadeel: wifi werkte niet.

  L'appartamento è molto carino, il palazzo e la via tranquilli ma vicinissimi al pieno centro del quartiere, che è veramente delizioso!!! l'unico neo che si può trovare è la metropolitana, nonostante la fermata disti 5 min a piedi dall'appartamento, la linea (8) non è la più centrale, nel senso... che è necessario fare qualche cambio; nonostante tutto la metro parigina è estremamente efficiente!

  Apartamento acojedor y bonito.Persona de contacto encantador y dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier momento.Zona/barrio bohemio, limpio y con buen ambiente. Nosotros quedamos muy satisfechos con todo, está a pocos minutos andando de diferentes cosas y muy bien conectado con metro y bus. Perfecto para pasar unos dias en Paris.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris. The flat was perfectly adequate to our needs. The comfortable bed was most appreciated, as was the cleanliness and the great location. Being able to come "home" after walking for miles and enjoying the sights was a relief as was being able to make ourselves ...a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. A perfect way to experience Paris. 

  Dans l'ensemble excellent, pour l'appartement, accueil, proximité du centre ville et transports, magasins pour amplettes etc... Personne de contact très agréable. Dans l'appartement nous avions du café, sucre, sel, huile etc.... par courtoisie du propiétaire. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doutte.

  Un lugar bien equipado, el dueño muy atento y la zona me encanto, cerca del metro que te acerca a todos los puntos claves, muy recomendable... Lo que faltaba era una tabla para cortar o picar los alimentos. Gracias Jonathan

  todo muy bien y de acuerdo a lo indicado en la pagina. La ubicacion muy buena y realmente excelente la persona de contacto. Tener en cuenta para una estada de varios dias, realmente es muy aconsejable

  The accomodation was nice, very quiet on the ground floor of a back-yard in the Marais quarter. The location is superb, you're just right in the middle of everything. :) The decoration inside and outside could be a little bit more special (well, being an architect, that always automatically takes my... attention :), but all in all the apartment was great value for money. The contact person was friendly and always on time for check-in and -out. We would love to come back someday. :) 

  It was what would be expected in Paris. The area was great the accommodation a little small but o.k. for our short stay

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihre Kommentare. Der Eigentümer der Wohnung bestätigt, dass die Dusche gründlich gereinigt wurde und nun in einem sehr guten Zustand ist.

  L'appartamento è in una posizione ottima. il quartiere marais è stupendo. consiglierei di rinfrescare il bagno. J. è davvero gentile

  The location was excellent!! In the middel of Le Marais, everything within reach! The appartment was oke, but could have been more clean (bathroom for example). A little bit of paint on one of the walls would also be a good idea. The matrass on the bed is hard. And for 4 days we had one towel each, ...that was not enough! The owner is friendly but was late for the appointment for check in and check out (he did sent a text message but still...)

The property owner confirms having verified the state of the mattress and informs us that he provides a towel per person and that the change of sheets and towels is not done during the stay. Finally, he apologizes for the inconvenience caused for the late arrival.

  Wir kamen leider im Schneechaos an und offensichtlich waren die Elektrokabel überlastet: wir hatten die Elektroheizung und den Lüfter an, damit hätten wir aber lieber nicht die Steckdosen nutzen sollen, dass das Handy-Aufladekabel wurde hier weggeschmort. Es war nicht 100%ig sauber und leider gab... es nur eine Nachttischlampe. Sehr hellhörige Wohnung. Aber sehr nette Kontaktperson, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann gut in der Nähe frühstücken und es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. 

  Le propriétaire était, très sympathique, mais hygiène très moyenne, plexiglass de la douche pas propre et le reste de l%u2019appartement aussi. On a eu l%u2019impression d%u2019une tentative de camouflage de la saleté. Appartement dans une cour donc c'est une bonne chose d'être à un rez de ...chaussée. Je voulais être dans le centre et c'est ce que j'ai eu. 

  Le carrelage était froid et ça aurait été bien d'avoir un petit tapis pour circuler confortablement, peinture au niveau de la cuisine aurait été bien, mais sinon très correcte. Le propriétaire est arrivé un peu en retard mais il s'est bien rattrapé et était très sympathique.

  We had a wonderful in this little apartment in the heart of Le Marais! It is small but very nice, all we needed for a few days in Paris. The aparmten tis in a little backyard, so you don't hear anything from the streets. The walls are a little thin, so that you can hear the neighbours, but that ...wasn't a problem for us really. Our contact person was a really nice guy, it was all totally uncomplicated and we got our deposit back without any problems! We will definitely go back there next time we're in Paris!

  Die Wohnung ist ok aber nicht so super, wie das, was wir bis jetzt hatten. Die Übergabe ist problemlos gelaufen und die Lage ist sehr gut aber an der Sauberkeit hätte man ein wenig verbessern können, das macht der Eigentümer anscheinend alles selbst.
