  Appartamento assolutamente da consigliare. Attrezzato con tutto il necessario, posizione perfetta nel cuore del Marais, ma in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa, wifi e telefono gratuiti per comunicare verso tutto il mondo. Molto meglio che in albergo ad un prezzo sensibilmente inferiore.

  Apartments was very clean. In the apartment we found everything what we needed durend stay. Location good - near from Notre Dame Cathedral. I recommend to stay.

  10/10 Séjour entre amies. Appartement calme, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Literie très confortable. Propriétaire très sympa et très à l'écoute des locataires. Tout était parfait. Allez-y !!!

  The apartment was excellent! Clean, you can find everything. You can reach contact person whenever you want. The apartment is center of Le Marais. Close to Notre Dome Cathedral, Louvre and Hotel de ville metro station. Le Marais is very beautiful place to eat and shopping. Everything was perfect! Thank you made our holiday better!

  Situato tra il 3 e il 4 arrondisement vicino all' Hotel de Ville,pur essendo centrale è situato in una zona molto tranquilla.L'appartamento è tenuto maniacalmente dotato di tutti i confort.L'appartamento non è molto grande ma in 5 siamo stati tutti comodi.Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Parigi... opteremmo ancora per la stessa abitazione che ha soddisfatto pienamente le esigenze di una famiglia. Un ringraziamento al prorietario, signor O. D., e al signor P. C. per la disponibilità riservataci 

  Tout était très bien, quartier un petit peu bruyant.

  El apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor. No tuvimos ningún problema en todo nuestra estancia. La ubicación ideal. Muy recomendable tanto para familias como nosotros, como para parejas. Cuando vuelva no dudaré en solicitarlo de nuevo

  A little bit shabby chic but superb location. We managed well with 4 adults and a 14 month old baby.

  Apartment nice and quirky - very unique! However, shower door did not close and was rather dirty, as was the floor. Smelled of stale cigarette smoke which we hated. Curtains did not close fully which invaded our privacy and let too much early morning summer light in. Was very hot, with no fan ...available. Was located in the prominent gay area of Paris, so suitable for those families who are open-minded. P. was a pleasure to deal with.

  I letti erano comodi e c'è un bell'angolo guardaroba dove riporre vestiti e valigie. L'appartamento è molto caratteristico e curato nei dettaglio, molto originale. Il tavolo è lungo, ma stretto e un po' in pendenza. La doccia è comoda nonostante le porte si chiudano un po' male; era pulita, ...anche se andrebbe trattata con l'anticalcare. Nota dolente la cucina che, pur comoda e dotata di ogni necessità, presentava pentole non pulite, il cassetto delle posate polveroso, gli sportelli piuttosto sporchi. 

  The flat is in a terrific location, opening onto a secure courtyard on a very quiet lane. Yet at least a dozen major tourist sites are just 10-15 min walk away. There are two small grocery shops a block away, a whole street of Jewish delis just 5 minutes away. The kitchen is well equipped, so ...eating in is a viable option. Lots of delightful shops & cafes nearby; we enjoyed the tree-lined atmosphere of Rue du Tresor (off Veille Temple) as a quiet place to find good food. The flat is very compact, and the stairs are narrow, but we found it good for two people sharing. Would be good for a couple, or maybe two couples that got along well, but not suitable for small children. Would definitely stay here again.

  If you want to see the sights then this is the best apartment for it in Paris. Reasonably priced, full of features like free wifi and coffee machine, and the owner Pascal is one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. From the apartment you're just a 5 minute walk from Notre Dame and ...it's adjacent Metro station St Michel, as well as other great hotspots like the Rue du Rivoli and Centre Pompidou. 5 stars, ten out of ten and thank you P.!  

  Great little apartment that is well located to everything you require.. The family had a great time staying here. Located in a nice alleyway close to all amenities and a great bakery and gelato shop just around the corner. If I'm lucky enough to be in paris again I will defiantly stay here again. ...Only problem for the stay was we couldn't get the dryer to work. Cheers Kruno Australia  

  We loved the location. The area had a nice feel. Many restaurants, patisseries and shops nearby. Close to many attractions, metro stops and the river. The apartment is very compact but comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would stay there again.

  Great apartment. Felt like a true Parisian experience. Would definitely go back and suggest it to anyone. Contact with the owners a little tricky at first - suggest phoning as no response to email, but extremely nice once they met us to give the key. Felt welcomed and at home immediately.

  Lo más destacable es la ubicación del apartamento. La decoración y los detalles del mismo, crean una atmósfera moderna, atractiva y muy acogedora. Tenemos muy claro que si volvemos a París, repetiremos la experiencia.

  Supero por completo mis expectativas, es un lugar muy cómodo, bonito, bien ubicado, cuenta con todo lo necesario a la llegada y la estancia, y la atención de nuestro anfitrión es de excelente calidad, sin duda volvería a rentar el mismo apartamento en mis próximas vacaciones...Gracias al Propietario.Tuve unas maravillosas vacaciones.

  Not the BEST place to stay with a family. best if you are 4 people or less mainly because of eating opportunities. We have 3 children and this area did not really provide a great array of eating opportunities for families. We still ate but not really where we wanted. If it were just us as a ...couple it would have been perfect. But during the day.. The best location you could get I think. We started our days at Notre Dame. Perfect walk. Then went on from there. The place is GREAT. You will not be disappointed. The owner is super nice and we had ZERO problems. It looks just as nice in person as in the pics. Great shower with great water pressure. Great place to stay for PARIS.  

  Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und 3 Kinder von 6 - 13 und auch wenn es nur 40 Quadratmeter sind, sind sie doch so gut konzipiert, dass man sich nie beengt fühlt. Es gab Rückzugsmöglichkeit für die Älteste, Leseraum für die Mittlere und Spielraum für die Jüngste, wir Grossen durften entspannt am ...Esstisch sitzen bleiben. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht (ein paar neue Wassergläser wären nicht schlecht), im Bad sind genügend schöne Handtücher und ganz toll ist es, dass die kleine Toilette getrennt unter der Treppe eingebaut wurde. Die Lage ist das beste an der Wohnung, in 10 Minuten waren wir bei Nôtre Dame, im Viertel Marais gibt es eine tolle Auswahl kleiner Lokale, Take-aways und auch nette Bäckereien. Supermarkt ist auch nur 2 Min entfernt. Absolut zu empfehlen! 

  Es gibt in jeder Hinsicht nur das Beste zu erklären- außer das die Duschtüre einmal ins Auge gefasst wird. Die knarrt beim Öffnen wie einHexenhäuschen !Liebe GRüße von Fr.Hillebrand

  Great little apartment! Owners were very helpful, apartment was well equiped.

  The location of this apartment would have to be one of the best in Paris. Dealing with P and the owner was an absolute breeze. Beds really comfortable and the history of the apartment made it that little bit more special. Would highly recommend this apartment for up to 4 people ( adults), it ...could easily accommodate 2 couples. Kitchen was fully appointed as were all of the rooms. Lots of great restaurants and amenities surrounding the apartment. Metro stop very close. We will be back. 

  Der Kontakt war zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mittendrin und gleichzeitig ruhig - besser geht es nicht. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, die der Küche gut. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die einfache Einrichtung an manchen Stellen ...reparierungsbedürftig und die Sauberkeit nur als mittelmäßig zu bewerten ist. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.Familie mit 2 großen Kindern  

  Compact, cosy and stylishly decorated. Everything you need for a family of 4 staying in a city for a few nights. The owner was very helpful with directions and instructions and was very flexible with arriving and leaving times - much appreciated.

  Niente da dire sul proprietario che è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. L'appartamento si trova in un ottima zona, tranquilla, ma nel centro di un quartiere splendido e vicina sia alla metropolitana che alle maggiori attrazioni. L'unica pecca, non da poco, è la scarsa pulizia. Lenzuola, ...cuscini, pavimento e cucina decisamente sporchi. Il bagno è in un sotto scala di un metro per un metro. Peccato perché hanno avuto molto gusto nell'arredarlo ma come ripeto, veramente sporco. 

  L'appartement était bien équipé au niveau cuisine,téléviseurs et wifi. Un petit problème avec la porte de salle de douche qui ne fermait pas.

  We very much enjoyed our stay in Paris. The apartment was very neat and the owner was very very accommodating. It was within walking distance to most everything with fabulous eating options super close. We only took public transportation once.

  Fantastic location in quiet traditional Paris area. Plenty of small shops and business nearby for food , vintage etc. The décor of the apartment was very beautiful with all the things you need for a comfortable stay.

  We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It was in an ideal location - only 10 min walk to Notre Dame and 20 mins walk to Louvre. Also very handy for buses and metro. It was in a quiet side street with a boulangerie and small supermarket very close by. The owner met us as arranged and was very... helpful and friendly. He also let us leave bags in the apartment on departure day as no-one was using it that night which was a great help as we had an evening flight. The apartment itself had everything we needed. It was as described and looked like the photos. The beds were very comfy. Would definitely recommend this apartment and if we ever come back to Paris we would stay here.

  Prima appartement in een rustige stille straat. Centraal gelegen, restaurants,winkels en bakker om de hoek. Goede bedden.

  The location of this apartment is what makes it. The Marais is a fantastic place to be and close to almost everything. The owner met us as promised and was helpful. He recommended a local brasserie just around the corner which was excellent. The apartment is ok - a little dark and on the ground ...floor so opening the curtains means you are on show. But it is Paris so how much time will you spend inside? 

  Ottima posizione. Appartamento funzionale, sufficientemente pulito e ben organizzato per poter cucinare e mangiare. Molto caratteristico. Le scale interne non lo rendono il massimo per famiglie con bambini piccoli, ma noi con una bimba di 18 mesi non abbiamo avuto problemi. Proprietario gentilissimo... e disponibile. Non ha voluto nemmeno la caparra. Ha tutto, anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie (mai usati). Televisori ovunque, Wi-Fi veloce, possibilità di telefonare gratuitamente a telefoni fissi in Italia. Un po' caro, forse, ma se dovessi ritornare a Parigi, alloggerò certamente li. Zona ottima, anche per la movida notturna.  

  The apartment is compact but beautiful styled and in a great location - 10 mins walk to Notre Dame. Everything you need was provided in the apartment, from tea and coffee to washing powder and dishwasher tablets! Everything was in great condition with very comfortable beds. The only negative is that... it's spiral staircase and low balcony bedroom means it's not really suitable for very you g children. We travelled with 2 children, the youngest of whom is not quite 2. We needed eyes like a hawk and couldn't relax in the apartment until he went to bed! Other than that we loved our stay and will stay there again, albeit when the children are older !

  This little apartment says a lot about the history of Paris. Very quaint but comfortable. It suited the needs of our family and was nice to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. Shops and restaurants are all close by with a nice walk to get to.P was very welcoming and extremely helpful with ...information to help us find our way. Many thanks :)The self contained facilities were great just a quick visit to the supermarket and we were ready to go. As our children needed to study whilst away the speedy access to Wi-Fi was a bonus :)P thankyou for your warm hospitality and we shall be very happy to recommend friends and family if they are travelling your way 

  P was very helpful and attentive. He even helped us print our boarding passes. The apartment was very nice and close to everything. Future guests might want to note that in the warmer months when you want to keep the windows open at night, there is an active nightlife in the community and is quite ...noisy very late. Other than that, we were very happy. Thank you!!! 

  We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this lovely Marais pied a terre! The owner just couldn't have been kinder, and arranged by telephone to meet us at the apartment just as we arrived from the airport. He showed us how everything works, and where we could shop, etc. The space is small but ...efficient, and recently remodeled. This is a very old building, of course, and very charming. One of the bedrooms is private and the other is in a loft overlooking the living/dining area. The beds are comfortable, the modern shower is hot, and the kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. The location is superb for seeing Ile de la Cite and Centre Pompidou by foot, and for accessing all of Paris by public transport. Highly recommend if you want to see Paris like a Parisian!

  The apartment was fantastic! Location was amazing! The street itself is very quiet, then you turn the corner and you enter a very busy part of Paris! Really great choice to make when staying in Paris!

  Great location, very convenient for us tourists. The owner was very hospitable and met us at the apartment. The apartment was a bit small for 5 people. One child slept on the couch. It would better suit 3 or 4 people, and benefit from an exhaust fan in the toilet. I don't want to be picky but the ...pillows seemed a little dusty and triggered asthma for one guest.  

  The location of this apartment is superb, right by the hotel de ville and the Pompidou centre. Easy walk to Notre Dame.The welcome and help from the hosts was superb. Merci Bien Pascal et Olivier. It was a surprise to see at a cafe a few blocks from the apartment!The apartment itself is on the ...ground floor- no worries about steps. Whilst the neighbourhood is busy, the apartment is on a quiet side street. We slept through any Friday night noise. It is comfortable and clean. 

  First of all I have to say we had an amazing stay in Paris. The apartment is in a fantastic location - a few minutes walk to Notre Dame and close to very handy metro lines . There are so many restaurants and cafes to choose from and a very handy mini-supermarket just around the corner. However, we... found the apartment itself just too small for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). The sofa bed did not work properly, the head height is very low upstairs/under the mezzanine, it's really dark and a little dusty - could do with a good clean/refresh. Nevertheless it has all you need (could do with more mugs) - we loved Paris and would stay in Le Marais again just probably not this apartment 

  The location in the heart of the Marais is fantastic - right near excellent restaurants and shopping streets - very lively and chic area and perfect for walking to all the central sights, near Hôtel de Ville and also the main metro line. The apartment is small but well presented and has everything ...you need - we managed to fit our family of 5 in ok. Would stay here again. 

  The location was great and P (the owner) was fantastic! The apartment was walking distance to many of there main sites to include Rue Rivoli, Hotel Village, Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. The apartment had many amenities that made our stay very pleasant. Also, Rue Aubriot is a very quiet street which is ...ideal to rest well at night yet next to the nightlife in Le Mare. P is a very pleasant and friendly person that cared about making our stay as confortable as possible. Highly recommended for families or couples! 

  El apartamento está muy bien, aunque nosotros éramos cinco adultos y se queda un poco pequeño, aunque nos apañamos bien. La ubicación en el centro a cinco minutos del ayuntamiento y de Notre Dame. Y P el propietario te ayuda en todo lo que está en su mano.

  Very well located and surprisingly quiet in the heart of Paris. P is the most charming and helpful host and has appointed his beautiful apartment with tasteful decor and with thoughtful touches. Very atmospheric. We are looking forward to returning in June.
