Ferienwohnung Paris: Fewo 450m vom Jardin du Luxemburg

  Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Ferienwohnung, hatten dort alles was wir brauchten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit.

  Hi it was more than what i expected , very close to three metro station , very quit and clean , every thing was there , the area around full of restaurant coffee shops bakery grocery supermarket cinemas we enjoyed our stay , our check in and check out was smooth thank you s.

  Lovely location. Apartment a little dirty, equipment was broken (coffee maker, washing machine). It was not a safe place for children, the dining chairs kept collapsing equalling unhappy children. The electric's were not 100 %. It was very hot during our stay and it was hard to cool the ...apartment. not appropriate for families much better for adults.

  Great location. S. very easy to deal with. In the apartment there is all you need for a great stay in Paris.

  A wonderful apartment right in the heart of things. Everything you need is on your doorstep, shops, supermarkets, metro, restaurants etc. Perfect for our young family of four. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. He met us at the apartment upon arrival and went through everything with us. A simple, yet efficient process. Highly recommend.

  Communication with S. was excellent. He allowed us in to the flat earlier than the specified time, a real bonus as it saved us having to find storage for our luggage. Although the flat states it is for four people, I think it is much more suitable for two (+ children maybe). With four adults ...sharing, it would be a tight fit. The lounge was beautifully spacious and comfortable and everything worked well. The flat is very quiet in the evening, it backs on to a school so there is lots of wonderful laughter and noise from the children during the day, what a lovely background instead of traffic.We would definitely stay there again, the area is great, cafes, patisseries, etc & the most wonderful Italian restaurant right outside the front door, perfect when you don't want to walk too far. 

  This was a perfect location with easy access to the metro, restaurants and food stores. For 2 adults and 2 children and a stay of a few nights it was comfortable with everything we needed.

  Pozizione ottima, appartamento in un complesso tranquillo e protetto dai rumori stradali. Ottimo per abitare in 2 persone. Molto cordiale MJ che ci ha ricevuto e molto disponibile, come anche e' stato molto disponibile e cordiale il proprietario, tra l'altro che parlava anche molto bene l'italiano, quindi ci ha reso piu' facile la gestione in generale.

  Really nice and quiet appartment in perfect neighbourhood. Very close to the Metro and many sights. Owner very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back and do highly recommend this place for 2 adults and max 2 (smaller) children.

  De ligging en de rust van het appartement was uitstekend. Voor twee personen een sober doch goede verblijfplaats.Het appartement zou niet geschikt zijn voor vier gasten: toegang tot de badkamer via een open verbinding langs het bed.Gordijnen hingen half afsluitbaar aan de ramen.De lift is dermate ...klein dat zeer slecht ter been zijnde mensen waarschijnlijk problemen zouden hebben.Microwave werkte niet. Veel te warm dekbed zonder alternatief. GEEEEEEN naamsvermelding. Aanbeveling voor twee personen, niet voor vier.  

  Abbiamo passato 3 giorni in questo piccolo, graziosissimo appartamento, assieme ai nostri bambini di 4 e 2 anni. La posizione, in pieno quartiere Montparnasse (a 4 minuti a piedi dalla torre!) è davvero ottima, a meno di 500 mt dalla più vicina stazione metropolitana. Sottocasa c' è tutto, dai ...supermercati alla farmacia alla banca alla lavanderia a gettoni. Abbiam trovato la casa ben pulita e completa di ogni optional, lavastoviglie compresa. Morbidissimi gli asciugamani! L' appartamento è in un tipico palazzo antico, con i solai originali, va da sè che è vietatissimo correre o saltare per non far impazzire i vicini (avvertite i bambini). Il proprietario, signor S, è stato gentilissimo e ultradisponibile. Merci S, nous souhaitons de répéter l' expérience!  

  Nos hemos encontrado a las mil maravillas. Excelente en todos los aspectos, hemos estado cinco días con mi marido y mi hija mayor. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

  The owner was there when he said he would be and we were made to feel very comfortable.

  El apartamento es muy acogedor, limpio y muy tranquilo, además de céntrico, pudiendo visitar muchos barrios de Paris a pie. Hemos pasado una semana marvillosa, lo recomendamos y cuando volvamos repetiremos.
