Ferienwohnung Paris: Ferienwohnung (145 m²) für 7

  This apartment was really odd. On one hand, very appealing design, although the pictures on the website are rather better than reality. On the other hand, this apartment would unlikely be used for long term stays. It is actually quite impractical for the most part and it feels fairly cold, as if it ...was just designed as a rental apartment and nobody ever actually lived here. The lack of doors is just one example. On a side note, if you expect to cook yourself, there seem to be lots of utensils, but no basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. Location was good, three Metro stations nearby, many main attractions in walking distance.

  Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt und uns sehr gut gefallen. Nur haben wir Haken oder Stangen in der Wohnung (insbesondere im Bad) vermisst, um Handtücher etc. aufhängen zu können.

  We stayed at this unit for 3 nights . A modern and extremely well furnished and equipped unit with relatively easy access to major attractions. Highly impressed with service received from owners / cleaning staff. One suggestion - a curtain / screen at the entry to the seconds bedroom.Rajvir + SamiraSouth Africa

  Fantastic location. Were greeted and looked after very well. Owner was in touch prior to us arriving and instructions were very clear. Great size, very clean and well fitted out.

  This is a fantastic apartment, both spacious and superior, and we really appreciated the opportunity to stay in a typical Parisian apartment block with original features, but which has been so thoughtfully modernised. Great location near to three metro stations, good estaminets and a Monoprix ...(excellent). The owner and manager were both friendly and helpful.There are a few potential improvements, but overall we were delighted with the experience. They are:- there is no usable reading lamp in the second bedroom- a curtain over the doorway to the double bedroom would offer better privacy- we couldn't find a bread knife- some hooks for towels in the shower room are requiredApart from these minor points, highly recommended. 

  Location of this apartment was really good, especially as the Metro Line Arts et Metiers is only about 80 metres away. Good sized bedrooms and lounge room. This apartment could easily accommodate 7 adults. Manager was really easy to deal with. I would recommend this apartment to all. ...Restaurants and a supermarket surrounding which makes it much easier to eat either at home or out.  

  Big apartment in great location.M was great with checking in and out.Would suggest putting a sliding door in main bedroom.for privacy. M was very friendly and even organized a taxi to take us to the airport when we left.

  Fabulous apartment! Check in and check out was fast and professional. Deposit was returned with no delay. Easy walk to Notre Dame, never had to wait more than 2 minutes to hail a cab at the corner. Market close by for supplies. 10 minute walk and your at Rue de Rivoli all the shops and ...restaurants you could want. Clean and comfortable. M. your contact is professional and nice as can be. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great time in Paris.

  I stayed at this apartment with my husband and mom to celebrate our wedding weekend in Paris. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pans and the appliances and fixtures were high end. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment!

  We enjoyed our brief stay in this apartment. It is clean and the the actual beds were in good condition. The sofa bed was uncomfortable but you can't have everything. It was a bit off putting to have no doors on the shower/bath rooms. However, privacy can be maintained easily. The bedroom with the cot has a lock on it.

  Closeness to local fresh food markets and shops - the fruit,meat and patisseries within 400m are amazing.Local cafe's are very good & the local Metro station is close at hand and take the time to understand and use the Metro.

  Apartment mit sehr großem Wohnraum und top Küche. Die 2 Schlafzimmer könnten gemütlicher eingerichtet sein, aber ok. Ein Schlafzimmer ist offen zum Flur. Das könnte verbessert werden. Lage ist zwar an einer viel befahreenen Einbahnstr. Aber man hört nichts durch die gut isolierten Fenster. ...Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig nach hinten gelegen. Also alles top. Auch die nette Betreuung.  

  The apartment is very spacious and delightfully well equipt for a family. The location is superb for walking to nearly every historic site in Paris. There are also easy Metro stops nearby.

  The apartment was lovely and M. was very helpful. A few extras would make this apartment perfect.Washing machine in it's own laundry, but drying racks were still in boxes on the floor. Great if they were on the wall!!Shower room had no towel rail or hook for towels, which was awkward. More than one thin towel and hand-towel per person would also be nice.

  This is a spacious, beautifully appointed, light-filled apartment. The bedrooms are extremely quiet. Perfect for our family of six. We loved the balcony and buzzing streetscape - very French.The only negative was that the beds were very hard and pillows not very comfortable.

  An information folder to work appliances such as TV, oven and English maps would have been useful. We called to get the TV to work. We did not have a working fridge for four days. Our second key did not work. The double bed in the second bedroom is quite small and we chose to use it as a single ...along with the single bed in the same room. The pillows were dreadful, as were the mattresses in both rooms. The linen was ordinary and we didn't have a tea towel until we requested one on the eve of our second night. On a positive note, the apartment is very large on Parisian standards. There's good access to the Metro and a Monoprix supermarket. The lift was useful. The taxi stand is out the front. Appliances are modern.

Dear customer, we appreciate and value your feedback. The owner confirms that they explained how to use the TV during check-in. They also confirm having reviewed the fridge which works correctly, and checked that all of the keys work properly. The owner confirms having reviewed the pillows and mattresses, which are in good condition, and informs us that the double bed in the second bedroom is 140x190cm, which is the standard size in France.

  Main room is very bright, very inviting and is where we spent most of our time chilling-out after hours of walking the streets of Paris. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was great for the 4 of us. Location-wise, the Métro is a short 3-min walk, Le Marais arrondissement is hopping with restaurants, ...pubs and cafés, and a 15-20min walk from Notre-Dame, Place des Vosges or even the Quartier Latin on the Left Bank (for more cafés and restaurants). 

  It looked good in the photos but to arrive and see the location; the lift not working and us on the third floor; the fridge not working; the appliances with no instructions on how to use and continual harassment to have payment made in CASH was not pleasing. The floorboards creaked and the linen ...was not professionally cleaned. Noisy neighbours. I think the whole system of having to pay cash to the owners of the property with no receipt is very unacceptable. I had to then withdraw EUR2250 from the bank and hand that over with no receipt!

Dear customer, we appreciate and value your feedback. The owner informs us that the lift was undergoing maintenance on the day of your arrival, however that it worked properly during the rest of your stay. They have also informed us that the refrigerator was replaced on the 26th of September, 2115. We apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced regarding payment, however on the booking form and in the confirmation email it is clearly stated that the remaining amount must be paid in cash on arrival. Similarly, a receipt for that amount can be requested if desired.

  The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only criticism would be that there was no door on the bathroom.The girls were excellent and very accommodating (they allowed us to check out at a later time which was really appreciated)We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

  What a great apartment. Instructions from owner clear and really helpful. Comfortable and well appointed. Amazing space for family to gather. Just a small point - some more pillows would be useful.

  Enjoyed a 4 day visit to Paris. Clean apartment well stocked with appliances etc. Would definitely stay there again in the future. Met by a very friendly apartment owner who explained about keys etc.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden, nur hat leider die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert. Auch vom Service und der Lage her waren wir zufrieden. Aber das Ausklappsofa im Wohnzimmer ist nicht zu empfehlen, wir würden die Wohnung nur für 5 Personen anbieten. Aber wir konnten sogar etwas länger in der Wohnung ...bleiben und die Kontaktperson ist sehr zuvorkommend (sie spricht übrigens Englisch, kein Französisch!) 

  Sehr gute Größe und Ausstattung. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage war optimal.
