Ferienwohnung Paris: Fewo mit eigenem Parkplatz

  Die Lage zur U-Bahn war perfekt, das Viertel angenehm.Wohnung könnte etwas besser gereinigt sein ansonsten gut.

  This apartment was beautiful and very big! It is well located also! We booked a hop on hop off bus tour for three days and there is a stop in walking distance of the apartment. It worked out perfect for us. We loved it! And the renter was very nice and helpful! We recommend this apartment!

  Nähe zu Metro (50m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, separate WC-Anlage. Gerne wieder!

  Soweit alles in Ordnung, nur einige Kommunikationsprobleme mit der Kontaktperson bei der An- und Abreise (am Ende hat aber alles sehr gut geklappt, überhaupt kein Problem!). Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern waren leider nicht zu öffnen. Lage optimal, direkt an der Metrostation. Von Zustand der ...Wohnung her war sie völlig in Ordnung aber es gibt Kleinigkeiten, die man besser machen könnte. 

  The owner was waiting for us in the apartment at the appointed time. All shown and described. Apartments appropriate for photos, only a few years later. The repair is not very fresh. But this is not so important. The apartment has everything you need, the metro is very close, and just on foot, too, ...is where to walk. Playground 10 minutes from the apartment, shops, fruit shops, bakeries, all within 5 minutes walk. I would go back here presumida. 

  The apartment was in a good position...close to metro and inexpensive shops with fresh food market Tuesday and Friday wich was good quality and cheap. Felt safe at apartment. Unfirtunateky the apartment needs many things repaired...windows, lounge, main bed, etc. Hot apartment...no fans or aircon.

  Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an der Metro. Für das Auto ist ein Einstellenhallenplatz vorhanden. Leider ist die Wohnung schlecht gepflegt. Eine Regelmässige Reinigung findet wohl nicht statt. Die Küchenmöbel sind in einem schlechten zustand. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern sind defekt, das ...eine ist mit Klebeband zugeklebt das andere lässt sich nicht schliessen. Die Tür zum Balkon lässt sich nicht mehr abschliessen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist schlecht. Schade für eine gute Wohnung. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war nicht ok. Zuerst wurde der Schlüssel vergessen, 1 h warten für uns. Dann bei der Wohnung sagt der Vermieter wir müssen einen Moment warten, Wir müssen ca. 20 Min vor der Türe im Gang warten, in dieser Zeit werden die Betten abgezogen und die " Reinigung" gemacht. Schade.  

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare. Der Eigentümer bestätigt, dass er alle Schäden an der Wohnung behoben hat und diese in einem guten Zustand ist. Darüber hinaus bestätigt er, die Check-in-Organisation geändert zu haben, so dass es hier keine Probleme mehr geben sollte.

  The apartment was in poor condition. It would seem that no maintenance work has been carried out for a long time. Power points were hanging out of the wall - exposing wires, the toilet seat was not affixed properly so that it moved sideways whenever you sat on it, and the washing machine did not ...work properly. Whilst the apartment had been basically cleaned, it was apparent that there had been no major cleaning for some time. The shower curtain was dirty, and the wall and other surfaces had stains. I would not recommend this apartment unless the owner does a lot of work to bring it up to a reasonable standard of repair. It is very handy to a Metro station. 

  Waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Zwei Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten, es war sehr ruhig, gute Betten. Auch sonst alles da, was man so braucht. Besitzer waren sehr nett, Empfang und Endabwicklung haben super geklappt. Das Viertel ist schön bunt, die Metro praktisch um die Ecke, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Loved our stay in Paris. Flat is located well, we spent 18 nights there. We were not impressed with the level of cleanliness upon arriving, although the manager said the cleaner had failed to show up. The flat is a bit beat up and in need of some repairs and updates and it could be great. There ...is mold on the ceiling in the bedroom that concerned us (it looks like it had been wiped away before, but grew back - not the way to remediate mold). The internet worked well. The kitchen gear can use some updates, but otherwise the kitchen is well equipped. For the price we paid we expect a higher standard. All in all we were happy with the flat - It's quite spacious for Paris, elevator and baby crib was a plus. Strange and inconvenient to have to pay the bulk of the cost in cash.  

  Great apartment in a good location as it was a few minutes to the Metro station with easy access to all the sites of Paris. The owner was great, easy to reach and attentive to our needs while we were in Paris. The only set back was there is no AC and it was very hot the first few days we were there. I would recommend this apartment.
