Ferienwohnung Paris: Ferienwohnung mit Balkon in Châtelet

  Would definitely recommend this apartment. We were in Paris for the Ireland France world cup playoff and booked this apartment at the last minute. Good location and facilities. Staff extremely nice and very helpful, only downside Thierry Henry's handball!

  Our family of 4 stayed at this apartment. It was extremely noisy on the Friday night as there are several bars below and across from the apartment. The noise could not be heard from the bedroom but the 2 of us who slept on the sofa bed in the living room were unable to sleep til the early hours of ...the morning. Would stay there again with my partner only, not the whole family. 

  It was clean, well situated, nice with the balcon, the noise level in the nigth were ok.

  A lovely place to stay, though there were a lot of steps up to the room. Apartment was airy and clean. Contact person was lovely and easy to find for any questions. Really, really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely use these apartments again.

  En la web nadie comento que eran 6 pisos sin ascensor. Si duermes en el comedor se oye mucho ruido de la calle. Buena ubicacion.

  The apartment was excellently located for everything in Paris. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our weekend away. The apartments were on a street with late night bars but there was no disturbance from them late at night. The contact person was very friendly and helpful. This ...apartment made our trip to Paris better than I had expected. The information was clear, concise and relevant to the apartments at hand. It was made clear what to do and when.

  Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. It is a cosy fit for 4 people, suitable for a family. Very clean and comfortable. We didn't notice the noise from the street below, which is vibrant and interesting. It is a short walk to many attractions,shopping and the Metro. We were a family of 4, ...with 2 teenagers. The apartment is on the 6th floor without an elevator. I think the stairs would be too much for young children or older people. Good communication. All emails were answered and our contact in Paris got us organised once we were there. Great value for a great location. 

  Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 4 Erwachsene ,sauber und super toll gelegen. Wir konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.Notre Dame, Centre Pompidousind sogar vom Balkon aus zusehen. Fabienne ist echt nett und antwortete auf alle mails . Allerdings sind es 103 Stufen bis manin diese ...tolle Wohnung kommt . Aber man kann unten in der Bar noch ein Happy Hour Bier zu sehmen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. très bien Suzi 

  This 4people app. is only for max 2persons. It is very loud all time and very much smelling food from the restaurant in the basement. The air=condition never worked. Contact person is friendly but leaves problem solving to restaurant people. Those were very agressive and unpolite, constantly over ...nearly 3weeks. It is a nice app. for 1 max. 2 nights, longer stay is not recommended.  

The owner fixed the problem with the air conditioning. With regards to the restaurant staff, this is not a part of the service of renting an apartment but rather that they can help customers with the issue of collecting and returning the keys. Any other incidents related to the apartment must be reported directly to the contact person or owner.

  Die Wohnung ist ideal für Leute, die das Kneipenleben im Viertel ausgiebig genießen wollen. Die zentrale Lage ist aber auch für andere Interessen praktisch, z. B. 800 m zum Louvre, etwa genauso weit zu Notre Dame, noch viel näher (in Sichtweite) ist das Centre Pompidou.

  Un endroit parfait au milieu du centre et près du métro. le contact était sympa et pas du tout compliqué, et les 103 marches de l'éscalier beaucoup moins que celles de la tour eiffel. on reviendra.

  Wir fanden die Treppen sehr nervig die Unterkunft war sehr sauber aber auch sehr einfach und klein. Es hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, dass die Wohnung im 6. Stockwerk lag und man keinen Aufzug hatte. Wir sind mit unseren zwei Hunden angereist und mussten mit ihnen immer das gesamte Treppenhaus ...durchqueren, um auf die Terrasse zu gelangen. Dies war umständlich, zumal das Treppenhaus sehr schmal gebaut ist. 

Hiermit bestätigen wir, dass in der Wohnungsbeschreibung die Lage der Wohnung im sechsten Stock ohne Aufzug angegeben ist. Wir möchten Sie daran erinnern, dass Sie unseren Kundenservice täglich von 11 bis 20 Uhr erreichen können, wenn Sie vor der Buchung Informationen wünschen oder Fragen haben.

  Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen eng und düster, dafür aber sehr zentral gelegen. Die Kontaktperson war auch sehr nett.

  The apartment is perfect, only two points of comment: - it is on the sixth floor with no elevator and the shower is in the bedroom, so with four people a bit inconvenient because the bedroom is basically also the bathroom.

  Location perfect, contact person friendly and helpful.. The only downside is that the building has no elevator and the stairs are too steep.. It is really bordersome to walk up to sixth floor after a very tiring paris sightseeing.

  El único inconveniente fue q era un 6º piso sin ascensor. Por suerte solamente teniamos que subir una vez q era para dormir.

  Wij zijn zeer tevreden. Toen we boekten wisten we dat er geen lift was en dan moet je niet zeuren als je dan 103 treden moet beklimmen om boven te komen. (6e verdieping) Het appartement was boven een gezellige drukke straat maar als het raam/deur gesloten was hoorde je binnen niets. De locatie was geweldig, midden in Parijs en dichtbij de metro.

  very flexible contact persons! The flat is dirty, has to be paintet for the sum of nearly 500 euros for a weekend ! One thing I mentioned, I saw no fire alarm...and it was on 6th floor without an elevator, it's not ok if I'm right ! Regards

  Nice spacious apartment in the center of Paris. Ideal for families and people not afraid of climbing stairs. It is a busy neighborhood with lots of breakfast and late-night bar options. I would recommend!

  Super zentrale Lage, sehr sauber und ruhig in der Nacht.Kontaktaufnahme im Vorfeld schwierig-keine Antwort auf Mail und Sms. Am Abreisetag kam niemand zur verabredeten Zeit zur Wohnungsübergabe und wir mussten anrufen.

  The apartment was perfectly situated and an easy walk from all the best parts of Paris. Notre Dame, St Germain and Marais to name a few. I would highly recommend for families and couple who want more space than a hotel room!

  My husband (57 YO) and myself (46YO) stayed at the Petit Chatelet for four nights. We arrived early in the AM from the US, but F punctually met us, gave us the keys for later and kindly stored our bags in another unit. The apartment overall is OUTSTANDING!! As has been said "Paris makes you work to ...see her beauty"; you will traverse many steps in Paris and many treasures will be revealed. Also, this applies to the apartment's 104 steps, but well worth each and every one. The location CAN NOT be beat. Chatelet Metro stop is literally right outside the entrance to the right. There is a small grocery store around the block and many great restaurants. Honestly, we give it a 10 and we will never stay at a hotel in Paris again. We will be returning customers. Thanks F!!

  Amazing location. Walking distance to all major sites. The pics of the space are accurate although the terrace and the furniture there are in slight disrepair. Also the internet was problematic. Also be prepared for the 6th floor walk-up.
