  The landlady is very friendly and helpful. She had purchased a sofa bed for the lounge, so the sleeping arrangements were better than we expected. The building does suffer from damp, but that is not her fault. The view from the end of the street is fantastic, there are plenty of shops in the area and it is close to two metro lines.

  Great base for exploring Paris.

  The place was very characteristic and contact person absolutely kind. Everything was clean and no functional issue at all; problems were: a little lack of privacy, due to the apartament being on the ground floor (anyway, there are curtains, and the place is quiet enough); it needs some more ...cooking furniture; a few minor things needed to be fixed. special mention to Felix, our beloved block's cat! We miss you so much!

  For our family, the accommodation was fantastic and the owner extremely helpful-especially being able to speak perfect english (very handy when trying to remember long lost french). The accommodation was ideal for us as we wanted to be part of a french neighbourhood and not near the mainstream ...tourist area. The apartment had all the amenties that we required for our 10 day there.

  The owner of the apartment was really friendly and warm. She went all out to make our stay comfortable, and even gave us recommendations on where to visit.

  You could find almost every necessary appliance in the accomodation which was very convenient and helpful. The location wasn't noisy at all and it was very close to the next available metro station. We enjoyed the kind assistance of the landlady very much. She can be positive that we would rent her ...accomodation again if we visit Paris the next time. Recommendable! :-)

  Alles ist schon etwas angestoßen und die Entreinigung könnte etwas besser aussehen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist aber erstklassig. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Alles lief völlig umkompliziert.

  Cozy little flat, in a nice area. Not in the center so much quieter, but still only a 10 min Metro trip and your in the center of it all! The apartment is basic, but still lovely! The owner is also very lovely and helpfull! All in all, a lovely appartment in a lovely part of town!

  Die Bilder in der Internetseite entsprechen nicht der Realität. Sie geben ein falsches Bild der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist nur zum Schlafen gut. Das Preis Leistungsvermögen stimmt nicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr mangelhaft. Die Lage aber ruhig, wenn der Nachbar nicht gerade Besuch hat. ...Die Sitzgelegenheit im Gärtchen neben den Abfallcontainern sehr lottrig. 

  The appartment was nice, really a small "home" in Paris. It was a bit noisy, and the bathroom very small. The bed was comfortable, as was the couch. The park Belleville on the corner had the most fantastic view over Paris, and was great to play with kids.

  It was a very nice place. Perfect for 2 people. Cline and her husband are WONDERFUL host too. The view at the end of the street is beath taking. The Bakery at that end is the best. Metro Stop is only 2 min walk.

  Warm welcome from charming owner. All we wanted/needed in a base to explore Paris: interesting environment, hot showers,comfortable beds, friendly shopkeepers, easy access to the centre. Clear site giving all the information required to make a choice of appartment. Easy to book.

  Die Unterkunft ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Sie ist super gelegen, auch die notwendigen Geschäfte wie Bäcker und Supermarkt sind gleich um die Ecke. Gleich in der Straße sind mehrere Restaurants mit viel Charme. Bis zur Metro sind es 5min... zu Fuß. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und meldete sich auch schon direkt nach der Buchung per Email und empfahl die besten Anreisemöglichkeiten. Auch bei der Ankunft und der Abreise hat alles super geklappt. 

  La fermata della metro è abbastanza vicina e la persona di contatto è molto disponibile e carina. Lascia un pò a desiderare la pulizia e scarseggiano le stoviglie e i piatti se si vuole mangiare in casa. Un'altra cosa positiva è che si trova a pian terreno ed ha una piccola corte interna, che, ...anche se comune è molto comoda soprattutto d'estate. La zona è molto caratteristica e multietnica . Ottima organizzazione 

  Effectivement se retrouver à Paris et ne pas entendre les voitures.. c'est génial.. toutefois les voisins du dessus sont particulièrement bruyant.. l'isolation n'est pas terrible entre les deux app. de ce côté il faut prévoir les boules quies.. sinon quartier sympa proche du centre et appartement convenable.

  Fantastic apartment, great location - two minutes walk from the nearest metro, two minutes walk from a gorgeous view of paris, the beautiful Belleville park, and some excellent local restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is a good size, comfortable, lovely little courtyard to sit and relax in, ...perfect base for myself and my partner during our 5 days in Paris.

  Sehr nette Kontaktperson, auch unser check-out um 7 Uhr morgens hat problemlos geklappt. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan und wir konnten den Schlüssel einfach in der Wohnung liegen lassen. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei, sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und auch das Viertel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

  Einfache, aber für zwei Personen völlig ausreichende Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr schön, da man nur etwa 100 m zu einem Aussichtspunkt läuft, von dem aus man einen tollen Blick über Paris hat (inkl. Eiffelturm). Die Betten fanden wir bequem und von der Ausstattung her war alles da, was man ...für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Buchung total unkompliziert. Wir würden hier wieder herkommen! 

  The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. It was close to a beautiful park, the metro station was an wasy walk away (5 min) and when we arrived in Paris and discovered our luggage was never transferred to our connecting flight from Heathrow the owner went out of her way to help us resolve the issue and retrieve our luggage.

  leider befindet sich die Wohnung in einem Haus im Hinterhof, die Fenster sind zu Innenhöffen gerichtet, Tageslicht kommt sehr schlecht in die Wohnung, von Sonne kann nicht die rede sein. Dementsprechend ist die Wohnung schlecht gelüftet, das kleine Bad hat kein Fenster und ist verschimmelt, die ...Wohnund macht zwar einen sauberen Eindruck, sie ist aber anscheinend nie trocken zu bekommen, da ziemlich nach Keller riecht. Dafür ist die Vermieterin sehr, sehr net, zuvorkommend, freundlich und flexibel.

  Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für eine Familie mit Kind wirklich perfekt geschnitten - 2 Zimmer, kleine Küchenzeile, kleines Bad. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, auch ein Kinderbett. Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett! Da die Whg in einem Innenhof gelegen ist, ist sie sehr ruhig. Allerdings ...dadurch auch ziemlich dunkel und recht feucht. Abends war es recht kalt - im Hochsommer ist das wahrscheinlich ganz angenehm. Die Lage ist super - nettes Viertel mit Cafés, Läden, Parks - und einem super Blick über die Stadt. Der Park "Buttes Chaumont" (10 min zu Fuß) ist großartig! Die U-Bahn ist gleich ums Eck und man ist in 15 Min am Eiffelturm oder in der Innenstadt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden!

  Everything was great. C was a great host. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the metro and the stop is at most 15-20 min from the middle of Paris.

  Muy correcto, para ser Paris la relacion calidad precio estaba muy bien. Estuvimos muy comodos y la dueña del apartamento nos ayudó para hacer el checkin y el checkout a horas que nos convenían más. Muy amable.

  Le logement quoique petit nous convenait tout à fait. Assez bien équipé et le quartier est à découvrir. La cuisine et la salle de bain était quelconque (odeur d'humidité, douche avec moisissures, vaisselle sale) Malgré les points négatifs, le confort de la chambre et l'accueil de la ...propriétaire étaient très correct. Elle était disponible et fort sympathique. 

  El piso estaba en un lugar magnífico, y la vista desde el parque es estupenda. Reservado para los que quieren ver París desde otro ángulo. La dueña es muy amable y su disposición para solucionar imprevistos es máxima. Muy recomendable para hacer una visita a la ciudad fuera del circuito turístico.

  This apt was definately fine for 2 people. However, it is advertised as being able to accomodate 3. Not really, The extra bed in the TV room is really only suitable for a child as it is a small, rather hard bed that turns into a couch. My 16 yr old son who is 6'3 was in absolute agony. My daughter ...too (slim & 5'8), complained it was VERY uncomfortable. Definately recommend the owner get a styrofoam mattress to put on top. The double bed in the back bedroom,though was absolutely fine. Location was convenient. Beautiful view overlooking Paris at the end of the street with a good bakery for fresh bread & croissants. Also nice cafe across the street. Grocery store not far-about 10 min. walk from the flat 

  It%u2019s small, as most of the accommodations in Paris, but acceptable for few days. I find it little bit pricy for such basic comfort.

  Es hat alles gepasst und wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

  The accommodation looked lovely in the photos/patio etc but when we arrived the flat was musty and damp smelling. Likewise the bed/linen had damp feel to it. Cleanliness could have been much better- a lot of dust and there was mould in bathroom. Description didn't indicate that it was one of at ...least 6 other apartments and despite a sign in ours saying no noise before 8 or after 10.00 on two separate occasion very loud music from the ground floor and noisy upstairs neighbours well after midnight.Contacted owner - no reply. Great area/transport links but the accommodation was a let down from what was expected. 

  A little small, but a nice apartment for three persons. We enjoyed our stay!

  We were very satisfied with all aspects of our accommodation. The owner could not have been more helpful and kind. The accommodation had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The location of the apartment was authentic and within easy distance of the city centre. We will certainly ...choose to stay at this apartment the next time we visit Paris. 

  Sehr gute Internetverbindung. Zentral gelegen. Belleville hat zweimal wöchentlich einen tollen Markt.Nette Nachbarn.

  Die Wohnung hat einen sehr ansprechenden Charme, fühlte sich aber etwas feucht an, und an manchen Stellen könnte das Putzen bitte echt gründlicher sein. Metrostation sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, auch ein bewachter Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.

  Really cute apartment. Had everything I needed. Felt very safe and secure even though I was staying there alone. Very convenient distance from a Metro Station, a supermarket, a Boulangerie and money machines (ATMs). The owner C. is great, a pleasure to deal with. The free wi-fi and landline ...phone with free calls to anywhere in the world were really nice bonus surprises. I'd happily recommend this apartment.

  L'appartamento è piccolo ed essenziale ma buono per tre persone. E' fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche lungo. E' situato in una zona tranquilla ed essendo interno è molto silenzioso. Vicina la metro Pyrenee o Jordan. C'è un supermercato all'uscita della prima metro e una ...panetteria a 50 metri da casa. Ottimo per chi non ha molte pretese. Gentilissima e disponibile Celine la proprietaria. In definitiva siamo stati benissimo!!!

  het is een prettig ruim appartement met een kleine binnentuin voor een kopje koffie of een sigaretje. Alles dat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van een aantal dagen is aanwezig, Ligt in een upcoming buurt, met aan het einde van de straat een geweldig uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren. Goed gelegen en prima... metro verbinding. Ook in de nabije omgeving genoeg te zien en te wandelen. De verhuurster is werkelijk erg sympathiek,

  We are very happy with our trip to Paris and one of the most importan things that make that was the beautiful place we rented. The house was perfect, very clean and big for a couple. The metro is so close, and there are a lot of shops to buy the essential things like food, bread, fruit… C was so ...kind with us, and knowing that she lives in the next door gave us the security that if we had any problem she would help us. Our trip was great, and the apartment helps very much to that. If we come back to Paris, we will repeat this apartment for sure.

  Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Hügel in einem ruhigen Viertel. Kleine Restaurants liegen in der Nähe. Wer sich traut, mit den Mieträdern Velip in die City hinunter zu fahren, findet gleich um die Ecke eine Station. Die Räder sind wirklich eine tolle Alternative zur stickigen Metro. Zur ...Metrostation Jourdain sind es etwa 10 min Fußweg. Zu Fuß braucht man bis zur Seine am Rathaus über eine Stunde. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig. Wir haben sie wirklich nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Die Vermieterin ist supernett, Verständigung in englischer Sprache möglich.  

  Het appartement is eenvoudig, maar schoon en volledig ingericht. Het is 50 meter van een pleintje met wat terrasjes en een prachtig uitzicht over Parijs.

  The view of the Eiffel Tower from Belleview Park at the end of the block was fantastic, especially at sunset. It was a lively corner which we enjoyed.

  Die Besitzerin der Wohnung war ausgesprochen freundlich und die Lage ist sehr gut. Leider gab es bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung Schwachstellen. Die Sauberkeit lies einiges zu wünschen übrig und der Komfort/die Ausstattung waren bestenfalls mittelmäßig: vereister Kühlschrank; veraltete ...Küchengeräte/-ausstattung (z.B. Sprung im Cerankochfeld), Töpfe ohne Deckel/eingebrannter Schmutz, Teller mit Rissen; Sicherung flog heraus, wenn man zu viele Geräte auf einmal nutzte; Einfachverglasung, so dass die Scheiben zu der Zeit (Oktober) ständig beschlagen waren, bzw. Wasser auf dem Sims stand; Badezimmerschrank mit schlecht sitzenden Türen; Staubsaugerbeutel übervoll, Heizung reicht in kalter Saison nicht aus. Wenn die Ausstattung der Wohnung erneuert würde, wäre sie zu dem Preis perfekt. 

  Es hat uns gut gefallen.

  Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Des transports et des commerces à proximité dans un quartier calme et en plus une magnifique vue sur paris au bout de la rue.
