Ferienwohnung Paris: Triplex in der Nähe zum Eiffelturm

  Excellent appartment in a great location. Perfect for a family of 3 (including a 16 year old boy). The appartment facilities and equipment are very good. it took some time to understand how to operate all the appartment devices (heating, dvd etc), but we got there in the end with the help of the complex manuals!

  Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Ausstattung, Service und Verkehrsanbindung sowie die Sicht auf den Eiffelturm sind hervorragend. Die einzigen zu beanstandenden Punkte sind die Qualität des Ausziehsofas im Wohnbereich (Erwachsene können auf dem Lattenrost und der dünnen Matratze... nicht schlafen) sowie die leider viel zu laute Straße, die das Lüften auf Grund der Lautstärke und vor allem der Abgase kaum möglich macht.

  A lovely loft apartment, just a stones throw from Passy. Great location for those who want to experience Paris and avoid the typical tourist traps. The Passy Metro is just around the corner, so you're only a few minutes away from the centre of Paris. Great kitchen and living area, so a trip to the Passy markets is a must to pick up provisions.

  The apartment was clean, well equipped and luxurious for the money. Great location next to Passy metro and a 5 minute walk to good shopping in Passy. Contact with the owner and her representative was excellent and very reassuring.

  The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. When we arrived, we couldn't have been happier. It was my first visit to Paris and the view of the Eiffel tower out of the windows was priceless. The amenities in the apartment were fabulous- great kitchen, bathroom (I loved the bath), the bed was comfy and the... apartment building was beautiful and old. The location is fabulous- it is about a 5 min walk to Passy station and shopping and dining strip, we spend many mornings and afternoons strolling, shopping and eating here. Sylvie who is the owner of the apartment was very helpful and kind. We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to everybody. It enables you to immerse yourself in the true parisian lifestyle.  

  The apartment was beautiful, clean, well maintained and the location could not have been better! Located on the Seine across from the Eiffel Tower, the apartment is also right next to the metro as well as the fabulous 72 bus which will take you to all the popular attractions. Photos are accurate. ...We stayed with two teenage daughters comfortably. The contact who met us at the apartment was very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay in this apartment again!

  The apartment is in an excellent location, beautiful inside and spotlessly clean. We would happily stay here again. We did find it a little noisy but thats to be expected in an inner city apartment, and soon got used to it .

  El alojamiento nos ha parecido muy bien, pues coincide el contenido de internet con la realidad. Tambien nos ha gustado que en la cocina hubiera un pequeño aprovisionamiento de azucar, aceite, sal, papel aluminio. etc..

  The apartment exceeded our expectations. Centrally located, well presented and equipped, we found that it catered to our every need, and then some! Each detail was considered, from WiFi, to phone, nice lighting and an extensive music library. We loved our stay and will most certainly return, thank you!

  Die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

  Living area was spacious and very pleasantly decorated, views were good and being on the first floor made for easy access. The mezzanine bedroom unfortunately has adequate floor space but a very low ceiling and was very claustrophobic and you would not want to be more than 1.8m tall! Also having a ...basement kitchen is not the best if you want to make good use of the very well appointed facilities - I am left with the memory of multiple trips up/down narrow sets of stairs. Great for a couple. 

  Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Best location for the Eiffel Tower.

  When we arrived, we were well recieved by a person who turned out not to be the contact person, but a substitute. She was very nice and helpfull. But during the week we had some problems with the TV, that didn't work for half the week, and it was quite difficult to get in touch with the contact ...person. A bit irritating, but nothing to become angry about. But when we wanted to leave at 7 o'clock - one hour earlier than first agreed on the day of departure, we called the contactperson the day before. We called 7 times!! - No response - at all. At the day of departure, the contactperson overslept, and he didn't turn up. At 8.40 we had to leave the keyes with the people next door, and leave without our deposit. It was eigther that og miss our flights. We waited that long, that we had to go by taxi instead of train, wich made the trip more expensive. But worse of all was not knowing, if we would get the deposit back. Especialy because the contact person told us, that a coulpe once had stained the sofa, a that costed them the entier deposit. He advised us not to eat og drink while sitting on the funiture.... I'll give him that, he did send the full diposit back to us, but it was an absolutly awful way on ending a wonderful trip in Paris. 

  The view from the apartment is amazing and well appointed. The apartment was in a great location close to the metro. The contact person for the apartment was very helpful and polite.

  The location of the Accommodation was what attracted us being close to the EIffel Tower, major attractions, metro stations and shopping areas. The accommodation having air conditioning was a very pleasant attraction also as we visited Paris in August. We would certainly consider using the Accommodation again when next we visit Paris

  Die Lage ist ein Traum direkt vor dem Eiffelturm. Das Appartement ist wunderschön und M der Vertreter der Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ein guter Freund in Paris. Wiedererwarten kommt man mit englischer Sprache sehr gut in Paris zurecht. Bäckereien und Supermärkte sowie ...Metrostationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Paris.  

  The friendly way M welcomed us and explained everything to us. Great apartment near the Eiffel Tower. In a good area. The owner send us very helpful information before the time to find our way to the apartment and where to find the best grocery shops nearby. If I visit Paris again I definitely stay there!

  The location is superb, less than five minutes to the Eiffel Tower and the Passy shops and restaurants; only two minutes from the Passy metro station. The set up of the flat is a little quirky with the bedroom area on a mezzanine (up about a dozen steps)' the main living area, bathroom and toilet ...on the "ground floor" and the galley style kitchen around fourteen steps down a staircase from the ground floor.That said, we quickly came to terms with the set up and the wi fi and television were both first class. The only things we really found to be a problem was the lack of a "proper" shower.However, mainly due to its superb location, we will certainly consider returning to this apartment when we next visit Paris. 

  The apartment is very centrally located, close to the sein river, Eiffel Tower, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores , and of course bakeries, yumm. We lived our stay in Paris, enjoyed walking on the side of the river every morning then have a delicious pastries to enjoy the view. It us lovely ...apartment. M was also very kind, helpful and accommodating anytime we had an issue at the apt. We lived to comeback. 

  We stayed in this apartment for four weeks and couldn't have been happier with our experience.

  El apartamento está muy bien situado, a 10 minutos andando de la Torre Eiffel y a 3 minutos del metro. El apartamento es fantástico. Cumple totalmente las espectativas.

  Nous avons passé des très bons moments dans cet appartement. La vue de tour Eiffel était magnifique. Il était aussi un grand plaisir de voir les bateaux naviguer sur la Seine. De plus, nous l'avons trouvé agréable, après une journée bien remplie dur, de se détendre dans la belle baignoire sous les différentes couleurs de lumière.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. M was very kind and accommodating. The bathtub was wonderful! We loved the washer that also dried the clothes...I've never seen that before. The iron was also awesome with tons of steam. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was fully ...stocked. My son is 6'4" tall and slept on the pull-out sofa bed. He said it was good...not like those bad hotel pull-outs. The metro stop is about 1 block or less. It was very convenient! Also, the Monoprix (grocery store) is within walking distance. There were 3 minor things we didn't like. The upstairs loft room ceiling is a bit low, the bath towels could have been better and softer, and the pull-out bed sheet was a bit too small. I would stay here again. :)
