Ferienwohnung Paris: Studio im Bastille-Viertel

  everything was perfect, the location was very nice and the appartment performed all the conveniences announced in the web.

  defenetly good deal, the bar below isnt noisy with closed windows, but if you try u will hear bum-bum

  Excellent location (right near La Bastille) and quaint neighborhood. When I stayed this studio was right above a night club open only Thursday to Saturday, but the noise was not a problem. At times the street traffic can be loud--but this is to be expected in a big city like Paris. The contact ...person was punctual and professional. Wi fi, plumbing, bedding, TV, and all amenities worked well and reflect the description provided. Great stay overall!

  We were in Paris, in the apartment located at rue Charenton. Our experience was quiet good. The apartment is well located, near Bastille and 150m far of the Ledru-Rollin Metro Station. The neighborhood is nice, and even when the streets are noisy into the apartment with closed windows you%u2019re ...in other world. What is not so good is the entrance to the apartment. A dark hallway and not so good stairs gave us a bad impression. But in general we had a good staying there. Good price-performance.

  My mother and I had a wonderful time staying in the Bastille area. Very easy to get anywhere in Paris with 2 metro stations close by, but it is also walking distance to many attractions. There are plenty of markets around the area for fresh produce if you want to cook at home, but also some ...wonderful restaurants. Our host met us there right on time and gave us many ways to contact her during our stay. The place was clean and quiet. Very positive stay. Will definitely stay there next time! 

  Cet appartement est très agréable et situé dans un quartier sécuritaire et plaisant à 10 minutes de marche de la Gare de Lyon. La cuisine est spacieuse et bien équipée, le lit est très confortable et assez long au grand soulagement de mon époux qui fait 1 mètre 86. Notre choix s'est porté... vers un appartement plutôt qu'un hôtel pour avoir plus d'espace et de confort et non pour cuisiner. Les propriétaires ont été très accommodants ainsi que la personne de contact qui s'est présenté à l'heure convenue et a été très plaisant. Nous avons aussi apprécié que les appels vers le Canada soient gratuits. Même s'il est situé au dessus d'un petit bar, nous n'avons jamais été incommodés, nous n'entendions aucun bruit le soir. Nous étions 2 personnes et nous sommes très satisfaits. Nous n'hésiterions pas à recommander cet appartement très propre et très convenable pour 2 personnes compte tenu du prix de la location. (Peut être un peu à l%u2019étroit pour 4 adultes) 

  The published images and the given description reflect what you can find inside. The kitchen is small and equipped with basic tools (mainly new). There's also everything to rapidly clean the apartment. You can even iron your clothes. The use of tv is not intuitive. The apartment is very nice and ...comfortable. The presence of wood and soft lights creates a warm atmosphere. Internet connection is very fast and telephone is free (not to call mobiles). The existing bed is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is small, but everything inside works properly. 

  Logement affichant de très belles photos mais qui ont plusieurs années, alors l'état des lieux était défraichit. De plus, l'entretien ménager n'était pas impécable et la personne contact était la même qui faisait l'entretien, donc difficile de faire ententre et voir nos observations. La ...lingerie de salle de bain et de cuisine pas suffisante pour le séjour. La description des articles inclus dans le logement n'était pas conforme ex. il n'y avait pas de lave-vaisselle telque décrit. Dans le contrat, il n'était nullement mentionné qu'il y avait des frais pour l'électricité, ni dans les contacts avec le proprio (j'ai toutes les communications) et ils ont quand même facturé des frais d'électricité. Quelques éléments étaient abimés mais ils ont conclu à tord que nous les avions brisé ex. lampe de bureau. Note de 7/10

  Great apartment, great location... Had no problems with check in or check out. Expect to pay around 100 euros for electricity / month (heavy use, 2 people).

  Appartment was neat and clean. Easy to reach by metro. No extra fees for electricity and wireless internet. Enough equipment to cook and eat.Only negative was we got only two towels per person and no clean bed sheets in the 10 days we stayed there. Had to bring them to the laundry shop ourselves.
