  Great Location, right near the Notre Dame and Metro train stations. Lovely apartment, Contact person was very personable

  The only thing that could make this apartment excellent all around - is a better mattress for the single bed and for the pull out bed in the living room. They were uncomfortable. Otherwise the accommodations were beautiful and clean.

  Lovely appartment situated in the heart of Paris. A lovely, large kitchen/diner/living room which even has a piano in it. All the amenities, pots and pans, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher! Recommended for two couples and child rather than five adults, due to rather odd arrangement of rooms... around the bathroom. Also, living room can get rather noisy, so bring ear plugs.

  Sehr schöne Wohnung in unglaublich toller Lage - trotzdem schön ruhig. Netter sehr umsichtiger Vermieter, der sehr ausführliche Informationen sendete. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war akzeptabel. Die Betten waren teilweise etwas unbequem. Am Tisch gab es nur 5 billige Klappstühle. Die ...angekündigte Kaffemaschine war nur ein einfacher kleiner Drücker, der Wäschetrockner ein Trockenständer. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht super aber gerade noch o.k.. Aber die kleinen Mängel können die sehr positive Gesamterfahrung nicht schmälern. 

  Nettoyage insuffisant. Manquent plusieurs ustensiles cuisine : saladier, couteaux et planche à pain, presse-fruits un 2ème fauteuil, un balai de WC propre, des couvertures de lit, des linges de toilette de grandeur correcte, des torchons à vaisselle. Le futon est très inconfortable et ne convient qu'aux adeptes de ce type de couchage.

  we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment was suited for what we wanted(somewhere clean to put our heads at night) . The towels were a bit threadbare and need to be replaced. Very courtious and helpful.

  This was just a magic apartment to stay in. The location was central, and the latin quarter just a wonderful atmosphere. The locals are friendly and helpful, as was the apartment owner. The local area is full of food outlets of affordable, high quality food, and the restaurants are affordadle in the... latin quarter. More to see on this side of the river if you are wanting to just wander around and find intersesting things to see and do. All-Paris-Apartments were a reliable and helpful service, available on the phone for any booking queries.

  Just what we wanted and perfectly located.

  The apartment is great. My wife and i stayed with two children aged 7 and 10. There are a few stairs to get up before you get to the apartment but once there everything you need is inside. There were some earlier comments about noise, despite it's very central location the apartment is not in a noisy place. The food markets at the local metro are great.

  The apartment was light and airy, in a great location and was very clean. However the second bedroom had a child's bed in it with a very old thin matress, and was separated from the other bedroom by a curtain rather than a door. Also the towels were old and the crockery had several chipped items. ...And the main bedroom didn't have a proper light. Efficient and helpful 

  It's a spacious appartment with athmosphere. A second comfortable chair wouldn't be a luxury. We had a wounderful time.

  Muy amplio , comodo y con un toque bohemio de los apartamentos antiguos de paris , todo funcionaba perfectamente, excelente ubicación y un hermoso piano. Seria importante que evaluen la posibilidad de contar con comunicacion telefonica , wi fi y TV . Pero tampoco esta mal desconectarse , si ...esa es la idea. Muy bueno y confiable , el Depto. era tal cual lo muestran las fotos y todo el equipamiento ofrecido funcionaba perfectamente.

  Great location. Close to the RER, metro,shopping,market and more.All must see atractions easy to get to. three flights of stairs kept us in shape.Contact person was there as agreed and apartment was everything it said it was. It was a little noisy but it is downtown of course. We only had one key ...and 2 would have been better as it forced us to leave and return together.Since i don't like shopping that meant I had to always go.Overall good value for the money. 

  The accomidation was lovely and clean and location was great! i would definatly stay here again! The service was very good, and the owner was very helpful and friendly.

  Fantastic location - within walking distance to lots of the major attractions. The Metro and RER stations also very close by and easy to use, although we just brought our walking shoes and covered a lot of ground on foot! The apartment is three flights of stairs up and there is no lift, which ...could be a problem if mobility is an issue for you. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been a little better (and it was a small thing) was the linen situation. The fitted sheet didn't really fit the bed in the main bedroom and kept coming off during the night, the bath towels were quite small and threadbare, and we were only provided with one tea-towel, which quickly became damp. But these were really just small inconveniences in what was otherwise a really good holiday apartment in the heart of Paris. I would certainly go back next time we are there.

  Apartment is in a great location in a nice old building.Only a couple of issues being the bedding, as it is advertised suitable for 4 people the fold out divan bed which needs to be replaced as it is worn and uncomfortable as are the bath towels. A couple of lounge chairs in the large living room ...would also be helpful for relaxation as the only seating is the 4 dining table chairs and divane/fold out bed. Everything else good ,unit was clean and tidy and owner F. was very helpful and so was his cleaner who let us in early to store our bags while we went out until the arranged check in time.Overall a good unit in wondeful location . System worked well with informative emails from All Paris Apartments and the owner,no concerns with using them again 

  We enjoyed the apt. very much. 2 points to improve: Linen and towels were quite old Hot water - it is recommended to give upfront explenation about how to use, instead of after hot water end.

  de los mejores puntos que pudiera haber escojido para conocer la parte turistica de paris, muy central y cerca a todo, metro y parada de buses turisticos. All-paris-apartments.com respondieron mis dudas en menos de 3 días cuando era por Internet y mostraron interés en aclarármelas por teléfono.

  l' appartamento ha un' incredibile posizione, pochi passi e sei a Notre dame, ed e' anche carino e confortevole. purtroppo e' rumoroso ma visto che si e' in pieno centro non puo' essere altrimenti. l'unica nota negativa e' che era veramente sporco e ho dovuto disinfettare bagni e pavimenti. anche ...le stoviglie erano sporche e ho dovuto mettere tutto in lavastoviglie prima di usarle. sono stati gentili e hanno risolto ottimamente un problema che si era creato con la mia posta 

  Confortable y acogedor, en un inmejorable sitio para estar unos´dias en Paris, ya que todo lo tiene muy a mano. Como aspectos a mejorar sería interesante dotarlo con algo más de menaje de accesorio de cocina, ya que nosotros que ibamos con niños se quedaba la cosa un poca justa a la hora de ...cocinar. La persona de contacto muy atenta, cercana y facilitadora en todo lo que necesitamos incialmente. Muy bien todo, tanto por la información como por todos los trámites 

  Zentrale und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage; super Verkehrsanbindung (z.B. mit RER von Orly in weniger als 30 min erreichbar!) - Pariser Flair mit allem, was dazu gehört!!! Die Wohnung hat ihren ganz speziellen Charme, insbesondere das historische Treppenhaus und die Holzbalkendecken in den Wohnräumen ...einschl. der Aussicht auf die Zinnen von Notre Dame. Ausstattungsmäßig bietet die Wohnung für "Selbstversorger" alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. 

  Sehr zentrale Lage in einem lebendigen Viertel, sehr freundliche Aufnahme durch den Vermieter, wunderschöne Tage in Paris erlebt.

  A good accomodation. We only missed a sofa in the living room (that was a bed) and the matras of the one-person-bed was old. Location great, contact person fine.

  Perfekte Lage und guter Wohnungszuschnitt für eine Familie, Wohnungsübergabe konnte sehr flexibel und individuell organisiert werden,eventuell wäre eine weitere Bettdecke gut , sonst war die Ausstattung mehr als zufriedenstellend.

   The location is amazing. The service provided by the owner was perfect and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Highly recommend. Our only thoughts on how to improve: add a few proper chairs, new linens, more large towels.

  The apartment was in a lovely central location in Paris. Vera was very helpful and went above and beyond as a host to make us feel welcome. They are well appointed to help make a tourist's stay excellent.

  The apartment was in an amazing location, with metro stations very close by. As well as being close to all the major attractions in Paris, it is so quite!!! We were continuously surprised about how quiet it was! There was not a view of the Notre Dame, and if there was you would have to stick your ...head out the window and crane your neck to see it. We weren't bothered to put too much effort into seeing it from our window, as it's a 5 minute walk to get there anyway. The bathroom had a bit of a mould problem, as mentioned by the owner straight away, but it didn't bother us during our stay at all. The main bedroom was very comfy and the owner put an extra mattress on the sofa bed so that was comfortable as well. We didn't use the single bed but that room is for young children only, basically.We had a great time in our apartment in Paris and would definitely recommend it.  

  Die Wohnung an sich hat uns sehr gut gefallen, aber leider waren die Betten für 2 Personen zu schmal, und wir hätten lieber 2 Bettdecken pro Bett gehabt. Ein weiterer Nachteil war, dass es keine bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten gab - auf den Holzklappstühlen konnte man wirklich nicht lange sitzen. Ein 2. Handtuch pro Person wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen.

  Altes Haus, nette Wohnung

  Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, wirklich nur 2 Minuten von Notre Dame entfernt und trotzdem wirklich ruhig. Die Gegend ist klasse für Erkundungen, ob zu Fuß, mit der Metro oder dem Schiff!!! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles super!!!

  The apartment is in such a great location - only minutes walk to the metro and Notre Dame. It is very secure and incredibly quiet - only the bells of Notre Dame ringing on Sunday morning (but what a beautiful noise!). Not sure what it would be like in summer with windows open, however. Very ...spacious with comfortable beds. The second bedroom is only for a small child (as explained by the owner) but the sofa bed in the lounge is very comfortable. Whilst there is not a lot of furniture as mentioned by others, we enjoyed the spaciousness. The stairs would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues - there are a lot and they're a little "wonky" - but in a building of this age it just adds to the atmosphere. The owner explained about the hot water situation which doesn't allow for long showers, but that was not a problem. Kitchen was adequate for basic cooking - and supermarkets and specialty shops are all very close. (Owner had left a list of useful addresses.) It was so good to have a "salon de the/boulangerie/patisserie" just across the road! Only minor complaint would be the towel situation, not the most generous, but adequate all the same. Would definitely stay here again when next in Paris. Thanks F.. We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful apartment so much.  

  The apartment is in a great location in the very centre (Notre Dame!), close to the RER and the subway stations. It is clean and bright, incredibly quiet. The sofa bed is the most confortable in the apartment, the single bed is only for a child and the bed in the double room is quite narrow, but ...comfortable as well. It is at the third floor without lift, but stairs in such an ancient building so close to Notre Dame just create atmosphere. The only thing that could be improved: new and larger towels. Anyway we had a great time and we absolutely recommend it.

  Everything was great: It was like the photos and the description given; it was clean and the location is excellent - some metres away from Notre Dame - a 3-minute walk! Just a couple of minor observations: the towels provided were small and old and, although there were lots of cleaning products, ...scourers, a broom and a dustpan, etc. there wasn't a mop (or we couldn't find it) for the floor in the bathroom.  

  Accomodation was OK.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Es hat alles tadellos funktionert. Unser Sohn war vor 2 Jahren schon einmal da, wir kannten die Wohung also schon und sie war einfach perfekt für uns. Auch das Treppenhaus wurde in der Zwischenzeit renoviert und die Lage ist prima. Sehr gute Betreuung von Seiten des Eigentümers!

  Bei der Buchung bedenken, dass die Wohnung in der dritten Etage eines Hauses aus dem 17. Jahrhundert liegt (Gepäck, Kinderwagen). Supermärkte direkt in der Nähe (2 minuten zu Fuss). Mit freundlichen Grüßen

  We zijn erg tevreden over de accommodatie in Parijs. Het is heel gunstig gelegen, dichtbij een metrostation en dichtbij de Notre Dame. Het staat in een heel gezellig wijkje met overal terrasjes en restaurantjes. Het appartement is prima, ruim, licht, schoon, en sfeervol ingericht.

  A stone's throw away from St Michel Notre Dame station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Located in the heart of Paris which is excellent! The apartment is fully equipped with basic items, even soaps and towels. The only downside to the apartment is the lack of internet and being on the top floor with no elevator may make it inaccessible for some.

  The apartment is located in a great spot close to Notre Dame. The apartment was what we expected from the description and met our needs. Better towels in the bathroom and another couch or some more chairs in the living area could improve the comfort. Otherwise it was great.

  Ca a été une très bonne surprise. L'appartement est très joli et très bien situé à Paris. Il faut faire attention aux étages car il n'y apas d'ascenseur mais vraiment formidable. De plus, la personne de contacte était vraiment très aimable.

  TV placed in the bedroom did not function Coffeecan leaking, teacan broken. no light in the small bedroom. Very kind and helpful Mrs. B. tried to repair everything by buying the broken things and offering a very good bottle of wine. No privacy between big and small bedroom that is not convenient ...for an adult. Appartment is O.K. for four adults and one child, not for five adults. Compliments for Mrs.B. who did her utmost to satisfy us.

  Die Wohnung im 3. Stock ist hervorragend gelegen, mitten im Herzen von Paris. In wenigen Minuten ist man auf der Ile de la Cité. Schon der Blick aus dem Fenster macht glücklich. Das Gebäude ist von 1600 mit schönen Balkendecken und einer schiefen hölzernen Treppe, sehr charmant, allerdings für... gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet. Der Bäcker ist gleich vor der Tür, und überall sind sehr gute Restaurants. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder dorthin fahren.

  the location was very good, but there were not enough beds, not enough hot water, uncomfortable beds, no fire escape despite 4 flights of steep stairs to drag suitcases up. very disappointing and NOT suitable for children.

  Die Wohnung ist charmant und perfekt gelegen. An die französichen Handtücher muss man sich in der Tat gewöhnen. Das Einzel-Kinderzimmer ist nicht besonders gemütlich aber für einen Urlaub auszuhalten. Die Kontaktperson ist sehr freundlich, insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung und würden sie auch Freunden empfehlen.

  Appartamento davvero molto molto carino, silenzioso, la stanza cucina/soggiorno è decisamente ampia con travi originali e molto luminosa (quindi ,molto piacevole e godibile!) Peccato per il bagno non al livello dell'appartamento (richiederebbe un piccolo restyling) e senza finestra.

  Great apartment in a great spot! The Paris apartment was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.The location was great and the beds comfy (the fifth bed is really only suited to a child and we had an adult sleeping on it but we were aware of this when we booked). It would have ...been nice to have a couple of lounge chairs or a sofa but the chairs supplied were fine for the few days we were there. We made use of the washing machine and the kitchen and were really happy with the size of the apartment. The owner met us there to hand over keys and she was lovely and very approachable. We would certainly recommend the apartment to others (even after climbing the steep stairs a couple of times a day). Thanks very much 

  The location was fabulous. It was in easy reach of everything that we wanted to see and the atmosphere of the area was fantastic. The owner was very friendly and helpful. In terms of improving the accommodation, I would definitely suggest buying new bed linen, duvets, pillows and a new mattress ...for the small bedroom. I slept in that bed and my hips were pushing into the slats in the bed (and I am a very slight build of person.) The sheets, pillow cases, duvets and towels looked very worn and were a very grimy colour. Some lounge chairs and a coffee table would have been welcome.

  Lo mejor del departamento es su ubicación, a dos cuadra del RER y del metro, muy facil para llegar desde el aeropuerto. El moviliario es un poco limitado pero tiene todo lo básico. El dueño muy amable incluso nos permitió quedarnos en el departamento hasta las 5 de la tarde ya que nuestro vuelo salía a las 23:30 hrs. Recomendable.

  Perfect location and flat, very nice contact, no problems at all. Just the "Notre Dame view" you shouldn't expect too much ;-) 100% Recommendation! Excellent Libanesian restaurant in same building, a bit expensive but worth the money. Boulangerie on the other side of the road, minimarket 50m. ...We left the car at a parking lot at Porte d'Orleans and arrived by Metro Nr. 4, a good choice if you have a minivan ... 

  La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, el apartamento es cómodo y luminoso y con tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. Tiene el metro muy cerca y muchas visitas a la ciudad las puedes realizar andando. El propietario muy amable. Antes de llegar a París, nos había mandado per correo ...electrónico las explicaciones de como llegar al apartamento desde el aeropuerto.

  urgente comprar toallas y sábanas nuevas. en realidad es sólo una habitación y salón! Toallas y sábanas nuevas e impecables es imprescindible!!! Comunicar claramente que es sólo UNA habitación la que hay!

  The location made the holiday, we were able to walk to loads of places and return for a rest and refreshments. The flat was clean but let down by the very poor quality of linen and basic household goods. There are no wine glasses, the mugs were all chipped, there is not a great deal of cutlery and ...no good knives or equipment for cooking. The towels were old and rough, the pillows very thin with lumpy stuffing. I asked for better pillows and the owner simply said that some people like them thin. This meant my husband and I had very poor sleep due to the uncomfortable bedding. The dining table and chairs are old and unstable. This place would be much better if the owner spent a little money on essential household items. 

  Apartamento ubicado perfectamente para visitar Paris.

  Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, ruhige Wohnung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 100 m Umkreis, viele Einkehrmöglichkeiten (Creperien, Pizzeria und viele andere). Groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, Ausstattung einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Handtücher offenbar ausgetauscht.

  The two bedroom apartment was misleading. The second bedroom was basically a walk-in closet with a curtain over it and they called it a second bedroom. They gave us couple hand towels to use as bath towels. Also, it's important for guests to know that the apartment DOESN'T PROVIDE WIFI. The ...living room was nice and open and the location is excellent. Wish the owner wasn't so cheap about providing proper linens and wifi.

  Die absolut zentrale Lage dieser urigen und gemütlichen Wohnung war für uns wirklich genial. Wir konnten Paris größtenteils zu Fuß erkunden, oder auch einfach "kurz mal heim" - das war besonders praktisch, da es immer mal wieder geregnet hat (schnell mal Schirme oder Jacken holen,...). Bei ...geöffnetem Fenster ist es nachts relativ laut, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass man im Zentrum durch die hohen Häuserreihen überall das Problem mit dem Hall hat (ein Trolley auf dem Pflaster hört sich wie eine Pferdekutsche an...).Deshalb trotzdem ein "sehr gut" für die Wohnung. 

  Die Wohnung hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer. Futon-Bett im Wohnzimmer sehr bequem. Man muss 3 Stockwerke hochsteigen. Wohnung war nicht unbedingt sehr sauber.

  Loved this apartment, beautiful and spacious with a nice street view, close to St Michel Metro, restaurants, shops, Notre Dame - great location! E. who showed us in the apartment was absolutely lovely - warm and welcoming, and she left us her number in case we needed any help/information. They also ...provided toys knowing we had children with us, a bowl of welcome biscuits and tea, coffee, etc. - even a tub of ice cream! Really well equipped apartment, would highly recommend. The only thing to be aware of is it's about 4 floors up with no lift, if this would be a problem to you... I would still definitely stay there though, even with small children.

  The only positive feature about this apartment is its location. The rest was a big disappointment. There is no sitting area. lounge has a sofa bed, small single room is more than a cupboard. bedsheets must have been 20years old. 1 large and 2 small bath towels provided only. Curtain missing from one... of the windows in the kitchen, which doubles up as a bedroom. Neighbour loved to listen to music at 2200 on Friday and Saturday night.

  Ubicazione perfetta: un minuto a piedi dalla metro, un minuto dal quartiere latino, farmacia di fronte, pasticceria di fronte, supermercato di fianco.... L'unica pecca i tre piani di scale, ma per persone in forma senza acciacchi non è una pecca anzi, aiuta!!!!

  We had a super time, it was an excellent apartment and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

  This was our second stay at this really spacious apartment and we plan to return again in September. The location is amazing with great shops and restaurants close by.

  Apartamento espacioso, bien equipado, con vecinos gentiles y generosos (restaurante de comida armenia,dueño J), ubicación inmejorable. Con suficiente ropa de cama, toallas, calefacción,productos comestibles de primera necesidad disponibles, buena vista, supermercados y tiendas cerca, en pleno ...Barrio Latino. Confiable. Lo único un poco incómodo, no depende del dueño sino del edificio. Son tres pisos por escalera. Pero París bien los vale. Volveré la próxima vez al mismo lugar. Gracias!!!  

  E' stata la nostra prima volta a Parigi, l'appartamento è accogliente ed è ubicato in un antico palazzo.Si trova in una meravigliosa posizione a due passi da Notre Dame nel quartiere latino. Vicino si trovano farmacia, market, panetteria inoltre nelle vie vicine ci sono molti locali ...caratteristici.Le fermate dei mezzi pubblici ( RER/metro/bus) sono a pochi minuti di distanza.E' stato bello andare a piedi lungo la Senna e scoprire la famosa e meravigliosa libreria SHAKESPEARE AND COMPANY.Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.

  Sehr gut gelegenes Apartment, direkt hinter Notre Dame. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gross und schön, der Rest ist eher kleiner. Wir waren 5 Personen, das ging gerade. Aber für 3-4 Personen wäre es ideal. E, die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, war super nett!

  Very friendly and helpful owner/host. Location is good, so is the Wifi. The pictures of the appartment look better than the appartment itself. Kitchen, bath, furniture, beds, sheets and towels are very basic and old/used. I don't understand why after paying 825 EUR for 4 nights, the first thing ...after settling in the appartment is to find a grocery store to get toilet paper and soap!The heaters in the living room seemed to not be connected to power. So the only heater was the one in the bathroom. The wheather was pretty chilly, but it was just OK without heating.My overall impression of the appartment: It is overpriced - as most of the places in Paris. With few effort (new towels, supply of soap, toilet papers, new bed linen and mattresses) the experience would be better. 

  Die Lage ist super, idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadtbesichtigung! Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war ok und sauber, einige Renovierungen wären sicher vorteilhaft, z.B. im Badezimmer. Aber für Pariser Verhältnisse sicher alles ok! Gute Lage, den gegenüber ist gleich eine Bäckerei zum Frühstücken.

  Awesome location - cute little street just off of the busier Latin Quarter streets and super close to Notre Dame and the Metro. Our daughter loved it - perfect sized little room for a 5 year old and they had toys for her to discover there. Big living space with windows with great light and views. ...Only downside was no place to lounge - Just a dining table and 5 chairs and a bed in the living room. We assumed the bed turned into a futon but no...Please invest in a couple of couches and this place would get an excellent rating!! 

  The location of this apartment is unbeatable. If you breakfast at Chez Bertrand's across the street and have dinner at Loubnane, the Lebanese restaurant on the ground floor you will feel part of this gorgeous 5eme neighborhood. Just around the corner is Shakespeare & Co and a fab club called les ...Oubliettes. Shopping, metro, gardens, quaint streets, un peu de tout. You have everything! The value for the price is very high. I have recommended that the owner buy new bedding and pillows, the ones we had smelled musty. Other than that, it was magnifique.

  The apartment is clean, comfortable, and convenient to much of Paris - a block from the Seine and Notre Dame, on the Left Bank. Nice shops close by for groceries and window shopping. During our stay, we had emailed Frederic about a small matter that went unanswered, but he had told us we could ...contact the neighbor downstairs, if we couldn't get ahold of him. The matter ended up resolving itself,.
