  Apartment was well appointed and provided everything we needed. N.B. The apartment is located on the ground floor - not the first floor - as described in the leaflet I received. All went smoothly.

  Vanwege de verbouwing in het appartement en in de omgeving ('s morgens om 7 uur gewekt vanwege de werkzaamheden). Het is verstandig om dit te communiceren zodat gasten daar rekening mee kunnen houden in hun verwachting.

  Appartamento confortevole dotato di tutto quello che serve posizione ottima per raggiungere la metro' ubicato in zona molto tranquilla. lo consiglio alle famiglie. Ottimo servizio per serietà e assistenza.

  The apartment seemed more spacious than its actual size. It had a high ceiling, a loft, and almost all convenieces necessary for cooking, eating, relaxing, e-mail, etc. Within a ten-minute walk, you will visit the Picasso Museum, the Place de Vosges, the Franc-Bourgeois street, etc. Metro ...Saint-Sebastien Froissart and Bus 20 are just a few steps away, so you can easily get access to major sightseeing spots via Republique or Bastille. Among the past experiences in Paris I enjoyed the most comfortable stay this time at this apartment for eight days.  

  Very nice apartment for 3-4 person. Fully equipped. Perfect location, near Metro, supermarkets and restaurants.

  Mit der Wohnung war alles in Ordnung und es war alles wie beschrieben.

  Todo estuvo de maravilla. El departamento en excelentes condiciones. Tanto el trato de la persona que nos recibió, como las instalaciones superaron nuestras expectativas. Definitivamente si regresamos volvemos a rentar un departamento con ustedes

  Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Super war, dass es eine Spülmaschine gab.

  Location is very good. Near the metro, supermarket and restaurants. We feeling well to stay in this apartment. Contact person is so nice. Always give us help and good suggestions.

  Die Wohnung war Beschreibung entsprechend und die Einrichtung war passend. Die Lage sehr günstig und zentral gelegen. Der Nachtteil: die Wohnung ist muffig, besonders wenn man lange abwesend ist.

  Our family and I enjoyed our one week stay in this place. It was exactly as we expected from the pictures and there were no surprises. It's a small apartment but still bigger than an average hotel room. My kids loved the loft area. Apartment is nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom is also a ...good size and clean. The sofa bed is not as comfortable as a real bed but still very good. Apartment is perfectly located. Merto station, grocery store and bakery are all within a 150m distance. There's also a coin laundry store close by that you may want to use its dryers as there is a washing machine in the apartment but no dryer. 

  The accomodations were as billed - wonderful location, easy metro access, cute furnishings. Warning - the beds are a bit hard, especially to American tastes. Also, do not expect the same kind of check in, check out as a hotel - they asked us to leave early to accomodate another guest. Overall ...though, the space was well worth the money and I would rent the place again. 

  L'alloggio era rispondente alle aspettative, tutte le attrezzature dichiarate corrispondevano alla realtà ed erano in buone condizioni. L'unica nota negativa è stata che l'appartamento si trova a livello strada e nella settimana in cui abbiamo soggiornato c'erano degli operai che lavoravano dalla... mattina presto proprio a fianco della porta di ingresso. Preciso e cordiale il contatto.

  Appartamento pulito e molto ben fornito, non manca proprio nulla. Vicino a metro, supermercato, panificio... Assolutamente consigliato. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci. La persona di contatto è molto cortese, disponibile e puntuale.

  Todo desde el principio hasta el final fueron facilidades por parte del dueño. El único pero es que el piso es un bajo.

  A compact apartment, but very well equipped and comfortable - we slept 4 on several occasions easily. The Marais location is unbeatable with a wide range of shops and a metro close at hand. The people we dealt with were excellent, and we had a great time in the month we were there (Nov 2012). Will... certainly consider coming back! Our only concern was having to carry a month's rental with us in cash, but we can see no obvious alternative arrangement, and it all worked out fine. Jim McDonald, Dunblane, Scotland. 

  Todo tal como estaba en las fotos. situación muy buena, parada de metro cerca. volveria a contratarlo.

  The apartment is on the ground floor with it's only window opening directly to the street which means that you can't leave the window open and tend to keep the shutters closed to limit noise and provide privacy. This makes the apartment a bit fortress like but it is relatively open and spacious ...inside, though no head room in the mezzanine bed space watch you head if you plan to sleep there! We thought it could do with a proper clean, it was a bit musty and grubby. The person who met us was however very friendly and helpful and the location on a fairly quiet street in the Marais is good. 

  L'appartamento e' situato in un bellissimo quartiere pieno di vita e di locali particolari. L'alloggio e' pulito e funzionale. Il divano letto però non e' comodo e mancano dei posti per riporre i vestiti. Attenzione ai ladri sul metro'.

  The apartment is really close to the metro and a mini market on the corner, so that makes the location super convenient. Both beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The mezzanine bed level gave my daughter some privacy and separated sleeping from eating area too.

  Close enough to most attractions that we walked everywhere enjoying living the experience of being in Paris, discovering hidden treasures that you don't get to see from the metro... The owner a pleasure to deal with...Clean comfortable apartment, plenty big enough with excellent facilities

  The location is fantastic...easy access to anywhere via metro. The apartment was well kept and clean. The liason person is also very friendly. A great apartment for 4 and will choose it again should I visit Paris again. The friendly staff, quick response and flexibility made to us for the check ...out. Really appreciated that we could hold our luggages till its time to leave Paris there as the place was not taken up by another client. Theresa (Singapore) 

  Magnifico apartamento bien ubicado con todos los servicios necesarios cerca (metro, bus, bicicletas velib, supermercados, bistros, etc), completamente equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar (sal, detergente, aceite, vinagre, trapos, toallas...)Excelente acogida del propietario/a. Ofrece lo que ...promete en el anuncio.Nos ha encantado... será nuestra primera opción cuando volvamos a París...

  Tutto bene per soggiornare in 3 persone. A due passi dalla metropolitana.Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e cortese (contatti e-mail) e persona di contatto gentilissima.Unico punto negativo è la mancanza di un armadio che possa contenere dei vestiti.

  Studio had everything we needed and was in a great location for the metro.

  L'appartamento è molto centrale in ottima posizione e vicino alla metropolitana. Ben riscaldato e comodo. I posti letto sono quattro, ma nel caso di gruppi non familiari la privacy non è assicurata. La dotazione della cucina è sufficiente, ma noi non abbiamo trovato lo spremiagrumi. Nel complesso, non male.

  Das Apartment ist klein,aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und pünktlich. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Straße in der Marais ist 1a.
