Paris vacation rentals: Apartment for 5 in Montmartre

  Abbesses is a great neighborhood. Stephane (owner) is a great guy, very helpful and informative. Rooms are ok, not too comfy. Bed quality could be a little better. They are not too bad, but not great either. Building is located in atrium and you need to pass trough hallway of building in front. Flat... is reasonably bright, but do not expect great views and lot of sun in it. This is not a problem and great location of apartment (if you like street cafes, grocery stores, restaurants with different food etc.) makes it up. Flat is located on first floor without an elevator, but should not be a problem (we had a kid and a trolley) except for disabled. Area looks safe, being far away from "safe and boring". I would recommend this apartment except to the people who need large, comfortable rooms and big living space. To summarize: great location and helpful owner.

  El apartamento es muy cómodo, la escalera hasta el primer piso no presenta ninguna dificultad. Es silencioso y tranquilo. Tiene algunas humedades pero está muy prolijo. La persona de contacto es excelente, muy amable y habla un poquito de español.

  Leuk appartement in de wijk Montmartre , perfect gelegen aan de gezellige straat Rue des Abbesses met volop winkeltjes en café"s. Niettemin geen last van straatlawaai dankzij de rustige ligging. Op loopafstand van de Sacré Coeur . Metrostation dichtbij. In één woord geweldig !

  The apartment was in a superb location - quiet yet close to local amenities and lively atmosphere of Montmatre. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean and equiped as described. The owner was very helpful and accomodating for our arrival & departure times. Living room furniture ...was fairly basic. There is dampness in smaller bedroom which gave a slightly musty smell on entering flat. Fantastic place for short break - thank you.

  El pis estaba bien situat, amb bons accessos als transports i llocs d%u2019interès. L%u2019únic és que hem tingut fred, ja que la calefacció no anava del tot be. La persona de contacte va intentar solucionar-ho però sense aconseguir-ho completament.

  L'appartamento é molto carino e la posizione é formidabile!!! Ottimo rapporto quaità/prezzo ed estrema disponibilità da parte del signor Zuccolotto!

  A charming authentic Parisian apartment on a perfect location, in the midst of Montmartre, but amazingly quiet once inside the building. The contact person was extremely helpful and nice. Would certainly recommend this to others.

  Apartment could probably do with a bit of a freshen-up with a lick of paint but overall absolutely fabulous. Kitchen great, shower wonderful, toilet great, beds really comfy, spotlessly clean, excellent contact person. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - loved it!

  Hallo! Die Unterkunft war echt super. Eine ganz schöne Wohnung, ist aller dingst für fünf Personen nicht so gut, da das Schlafsofa doch sehr durch gesessen ist und somit sehr unbequem zum Schlafen. Aber für Vier Personen echt optimal. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter Mann, der auch sehr gut ...Deutsch gesprochen hat. Die Lage war der Traum, gleich im Montmartre Viertel, die Abende waren immer sehr lang und am liebsten waren wir oben beim Sacre Coeur und saßen auf den Treppen. Ich kann es nur jedem emfehlen, der auf einen Urlaub ohne Hotelservice gehen möchte. Ich werde dieses jetzt öffter machen, den man hat das Gefühl man ist mitten drin und lebt zwischen den Einheimischen. Einfach nur schön!!! Es Grüßt aus dem Schwarzwald PS: Zum Larm noch kurz, da die Wohnung immer Hinterhaus liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Mitten drin und doch auch etwas Ruhe zur Erholung!!!

  The location is very good. Felt safe to wonder around with our two young children at night. Nice vibe to the area, shops right outside and a few minutes walk to the metro. Stephane our contact was very helpfull and explained everything clearly. The entrance to the apartment does look a bit shabby ...but everything in the apartment was clean although it might benefit from a lick of paint. The apartment is set back in a courtyard so there is no traffic or noise at night. I would certainly go back if visiting Paris again. 

  Appartement bien, propre et tranquille. Les WC sont un peu particulier, un vrai trône! La personne de contact est sympa.

  Wonderful position with such close access to Metro, restaurants, shops. S our contact person could not have been more helpful, he explained everything in th apartment, suggested places to eat/shop etc and, although his English is excellent, was very tolerant of our attempts to communicate in French!

  The apartment was homely and comfortable. The location was great for tourist attractions both by foot and by metro.The contact person was very friendly,helpful and gave us personal recommendations and guidebooks which helped when choosing restaurants, planning our days out, etc.

  wir waren total begeistert. die wohnung liegt in einem hinterhaus, also sehr ruhig , im schönen weil nicht von souvenirläden zugemüllten teil von montmartre. es gibt jede menge kneipen, restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer nähe. die wohnung ist einfach, aber sehr sauber und ...nett eingerichtet. der kontakt vor ort hat perfekt funktioniert. beim nächsten parisaufenthalt werden wir sie gerne wieder mieten, absolut empfehlenswert ! 

  Great neighborhood, building access and apartment. Liked that the toilet was separate from bathroom with a mixed group. Also that kitchen was separate from living room.

  This is a very nice and tidy apartment in Montmartre. It's cozy and with all the things you need to feel like home. There are great bars, shops and restaurants around the area.

  Nous avons été bien accueillies, à l'heure prévue et nous avons pu reprendre contact facilement pour des informations que nous n'avions pas bien notées. Sur place, nous avons apprécié les petites attentions comme le café, la bouteille d'eau, le thé et d'autres ingrédients à disposition à notre arrivée.

  Accommodation was a bit crowded for 5 people. It would be ideal for 4 or fewer people. Neat and clean. Kitchen only big enough for one. Location was great. In the heart of Montmatre but apartment was absolutely quiet at night. Stephane was very helpful and punctual. A great guy to deal with. Will book again.

  Per il tempo di permanenza nella città e considerando che l'appartamento è stato utilizzato nelle ore serali possiamo ritenerlo sufficiente nel complesso.Una nota va spesa per la tipologia del bagno, che sebbene rispecchi gli usi e costumi di un paese è risultato insufficiente alle aspettative ...di utilizzo per cinque ospiti. Pensiamo possiate migliorare in questo la vostra offerta operando una soluzione più funzionale. 

  Stephane was very helpful and made sure that our stay went smoothly. He ensured we had all info before arrival and when we got to the flat, we got a very helpful and thorough explanation of the area, etc. He also left a Metro map and area map, which was very kind. The flat itself is a good size (we ...were 2 adult and 2 children) and more or less what we expected. There are the usual issues with flats in Paris (ie you can hear people up and down stairs, etc) but that is normal and to be expected. Overall are stay was a very good one and I would recommend anyone else to stay in this nice flat.

  The exterior of the apartment looked great and location was excellent but once you got in the apartment was a let down.The whole place needed redecorating.There were holes and marks on the walls and the electric sockets were dangerous. The living room was tiny even when the`dining ` table was pushed... against the wall and the seats were garden furniture.The apartment was just too small for 5 people (2 of them 4 years old), the kitchen and bathroom were tiny and the toilet was on a dangerous elevated platform up 3 steep steps in a tiny boxroom 

  Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern, darunter 1 Baby) waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. SIe ist ruhig, zweckmässig und sauber. Sehr nette Kontaktpersonen. Super Lage, lebendiges Quartier, viele verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte (auch mit vielen feinen ...Take-away-Sachen) und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe, 5 Minuten bis zur Metro.

  Die Wohnung ist absolut Top,gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kontaktperson sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor der Haustür pulsiert das Leben am Montmartre, aber die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof und es ist so ruhig, als ob man auf dem Lande wohnt. Sehr empfehlenswert

  The whole experience was really friendly and straightforward. S is a great guy who helped us with parking our car and recommending shops in the area. The apartment was stocked with lots of useful day to day items. The location is superb - lots of local deli's and cafes on the street. Would definitely recommend!

  It's smaller that photos, but it's very confortable, only that the toilet is separating that shower and wahsbasin, It's walking 5 minutos to moulan rouge, the localitation is excellent and the owner is very nice.

  Fantastische ligging in Montmarte, een van de gezelligste buurten van Parijs. Op loopafstand van de Sacre Coeur en Place du Tertre. In de Rue des Abesses en de nabijgelegen straten zijn veel winkels en restaurants te vinden. Het appartement is rustig gelegen - van de drukte in de straten is daar niets te merken. Een aanrader !

  The owner was waiting for us at the apartment as arranged and was tolerant of our late arrival due to a security alert at the station which was appreciated. The apartment was clean and fresh having been completely refurbished. The 6th sense cooking appliances were fun to cook with. There were ...coffee machines but as a tea drinker I was pleased to see the kettle. An addition for this apartment would be some mugs please!Only two negatives. There is a frosted window between the kitchen area and the shower room which offers no privacy. A blind would be a useful addition. Also with the new lay out, the living room did not have enough light and it was difficult to keep the curtains open as it was overlooked by close neighbours. A very modern apartment though and a good base for our stay. 

  Bel appartement, propre, donnant sur une cour intérieure, donc calme malgré quartier animé. A été refait à neuf il y a peu de temps (du coup les photos ne correspondent plus du tout) mais nous n'avons pas été déçus, jolie déco, très fonctionnel. Situation idéale à Montmartre, proche de... la station de métro, commerces à proximité. La personne qui nous a accueillis a été charmante et nous a donné de bons conseils sur Paris. Seul petit hic, nous étions 3 et avions seulement 1 clé de l'appart à disposition. Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement. 

  Ich rege an, für eine Garderobe sowie Abstellmöglichkeiten ( Regale)im Zimmer mit den 2 Betten zu sorgen. Die wohnung war ansonsten sehr schön und geschmackvoll renoviert. Man sollte noch darauf hinweisen, dass die Toilette für Gehbehinderte wegen der 4 Stufen nicht geeignet ist.

  Appartement in idealer und ruhiger! Lage.

  Wir sind aus der Schweiz und ich war ca. das 7. Mal in Paris und habe schon ein paar Wohnungen gesehen. Waren zu dritt eine Woche dort. Unser Vermieter S Z war im Vorfeld und auch sonst immer einfach zu erreichen, spricht gut deutsch, ist sehr zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und freundlich! Die Wohnung ...war sehr sauber und gerade frisch und mit liebe renoviert. Neue Küche, Bad, WC, Zimmer etc. mit guten Betten! Sichte immer viele Bewertungen bevor ich buche, Grundriss und Lageplan der Wohnung klären oft vieles im Vorfeld. Kann diese aber wirklich empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock zwischen zwei ruhigen Innenhöfen an guter Lage auf dem Montmartre. Nahe Sacre Coeur und Bd de Clichy, 3 min bis Metrolinie 2 und 12. Ideal für 3-4 Personen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

  Appartamento rispondente alla descrizione, appena ristrutturato. In ottima posizione (vicino a metro, bus e negozi: da provare per la colazione "Le Grenier à Pain"). Quartiere vivace, ma tranquillo. Parcheggio multipiano a pagamento a circa 500 m.

  El apartamento es muy “cool” y es tal y como se ve en las fotos, perfecto para 4 personas. La ubicación es excelente y el propietario es un tipo muy amable y atento. De hecho contacté con S. varias veces antes de viajar a París para resolver algunas dudas y contestó a mis correos en menos de 24h. Sin duda recomiendo este apartamento.

  Heel leuk, modern appartement in een wijk met veel restaurants en winkels. Metro dichtbij. Er is ook een goede, goedkope parking in de buurt. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk, gaf goede tips voor restaurants. Het appartement is rustig gelegen.

  Very friendly owner, very clean, well-equiped apartment, excellent location with a lot of nice cafes, shops and near subway station. The only wish we have is a wine-opener to be changed as it did not function well.

  Recently refurbished apartment in very good condition. A great location in the heart of Montmartre, but in a quiet building set back from the street. We would definitely stay here again.

  Einziges kleines Manko waren ein nicht funktionierender DVD-Player im Aufenthaltsraum bzw. fehlender TV-Zugang dort. Ansonsten alles TOP! Sehr entgegenkommender Vermieter, sehr netter Kontakt, schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen. Wohnung wie beschrieben, sehr schöne eingerichtet und sauber, ideale Lage. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

  The apartment, was modern and very clean and comfortable.The owner S arrived to welcome us, show us the local area and answer any questions, he was very nice, helpful and spoke brilliant English.The area was fantastic,full of local bars, restaurants and a great atmosphere and so easy to get to everywhere.

  Super location, very clean and just perfect for 4 friends to stay together. Top class fittings and modern. Very quiet too despite being in the hub of Montmartre. Great restaurants and boulangerie nearby too. Thanks to MJ for the fab 'insider' info when we checked in.

  The apartment was clean and perfect for two couples. S was there to greet us and was most helpful (be sure to ask for the door code prior to arriving). I have previously stayed in hotels in Montmartre and the bedrooms are normally small - so this apartment was a breath of fresh air. The apartment ...block is located on the main street, but the apartment itself is towards the back of the building, hence being quiet. Make sure you practice with the door key whilst S is there - I did, but it still took me a few goes over the weekend to get the hang of it. The apartment is well equipped and the Wi-Fi was good. There is a frosted window over the kitchen sink that looks into the bathroom, but the shower is large enough to dry in if you wanted to. I would definitely stay here again. 

  Very clean and new - just the right size for a family of 4 for a short stay. Excellent location with everything you need in the same street...numerous cafes, green grocers, bakers, butcher, fishmonger etc all with delicious food. Only a short walk to the Moulin Rouge where the show was fantastic!

  Ubicacion perfecta en el barrio de Montmartre. Apartamento tranquilo y que cuenta con todo el equipamiento que puedas necesitar. A un paso de la Place du Tertre y Moulin Rouge. A 100 mts. de la parada de metro mas cercana (Abbesses). Restaurantes, cafes y supermercados a un paso. Todo excelente.

  S was extremely helpful, including allowing us to store bicycles at the apartment after our ride to Paris. The apartment was perfect and superbly located - we will be back!

  In der Wohnung ist wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail alles vorhanden. Die Kontaktperson ist sehr nett und spricht bestens deutsch. Wunderbar war es mittendrin im Montmatre-Viertel zu leben. Ein perfekter Paris-Aufenthalt – auch dank dieser schönen Wohnung.

  De ligging is super, tussen de metrostations Blanche en Abbesses die directe toegang geeft tot alle grote lijnen. De straten Rue Lépic en rue des Abbesses zijn een mekka voor de foodies. Heel rustig gelegen, heel stil, groot comfortgehalte. S zorgt voor alles en geeft leuke tips ivm restaurants.
