Paris vacation rentals: Apartment close to the Eiffel Tower

  Great location, very central! 4th floor makes you think twice to go back up again though. Clean and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay.

  Muy bonito departamento, a solo unos cuantos minutos caminando de la torre eiffel, y a dos minutos de la parada de metro Ecole Militaire, lacual tendras facilidad para llegar a cualquier otro punto de Paris. El departamento esta ubicado en una bonita zona, con restaurantes a su alrededor. Agua ...caliente todo el tiempo, cocina amplia y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Lo unico malo es que se encuentra en un 5to piso, lo cual hace un poco complicado subir las maletas. En general muy buen departamento si me volveria a quedar aqui!!  

  The location of the apartment was excellent. Loads of restaurants and supermarkets around. just 5 -10 min walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was quite small though. Moreover we were not told that it was on the 4th floor and that there was no elevator. It was such a hassle to take ...our luggage up and down. It was very hard to get in touch with the owner as he didnt pick up our calls when we arrived in paris and we were made to wait below the bldg for long. All in all we had all the basic amenities available at the apartment and we had a good time in Paris 

  Location and accommodation is good except few things, 1. 4th Floor makes us to think 2. Bathtub and shower is not in good condition

  Fantastic location

  Le seul inconvénient de cet appartement ce sont les quatre étages sans ascenseur. Pour le reste, les photos sur le site représentent exactement l'appartement. Situation géographique excellente. La rue Cler à proximité nous offre tout ce qui est nécessaire. Nous avons eu accès au bloc A ...par l'entremise de quelqu'un qui sortait. Nous n'avions pas de portable et c'est par hasard que nous avons trouvé le bloc B et la bonne porte à laquelle frapper. Quelques indications à l'intérieur seraient les bienvenus. 

  Although the bedroom and kitchen were fine, the shower was falling apart and this made it difficult to use. Also, when there was someone in the apartment above it was very loud. The welcomer was lovely and very helpful.

  Die Anmerkung das es sich dabei um eine Wohnung im Hinterhaus handelt, wäre schöne gewesen. ansonsten entspicht die Wohnung der Beschreibung.

  We liked the location, but others may not like the four flights of stairs. We were told that we would be met in the apartment but were not given a code for the outside door. As we didn't have a phone we had to rely on a passerby to call him. Otherwise it suited us extremely well.

  Very nice apartment with great location.Best for couple or one person.Lots of restaurants n bars just down the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The apartment had all facilities and lightening fast wifi.We would stay here again.

  Very Cozy apartment. Close to the most turist attractions. Very happy!

  Everything you need is available. Just below the apartment is Rue Cler! 5mins walk to Tour Eiffel and thr rest just a 3.mins metro walk away..

  Very comfortable bed, excellent location close to Metro, Eiffel, and Rue Cler restaurants and shopping. Walls are thin but it didn't prevent us from sleeping, small but basic and nice to have kitchen for our stay. I recommend this apartment!

  Appartamento confortevole e abbastanza ampio per essere in centro (3 min a piedi dalla fermata della metro Ecole Militaire) in una zona ben servita da servizi, negozi/supermercati e ristoranti; interni come raffigurati nelle foto presenti nel sito; presenti realmente i contenuti elencati nel sito ...(bollitore, microonde, phon, ecc); proprietario molto disponibile con gli orari di check-in&out e rapidamente contattabile via mail.Se dovessi tornare a Parigi, tornerei sicuramente qui, anche perché i 4 piani di scale da fare a piedi non sono un peso eccessivo se non si hanno, ovviamente, problemi fisici di mobilità.Giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo.Five thumbs up!

  Yes the Apartment was in good condition, but we did not know about any stairs and we were on the 4th floor which made it difficult with a bad back.

  El departamento es tal como aparece en las fotos. Bien decorado y comodo, algo pequeño pero 2 personas se pueden acomodar sin problemas. Si bien subir 4 escaleras es un esfuerzo, la ubicacion del departamento lo vale. Totalmente recomendable.

  Appartement très bien situé pour visiter paris. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité.

  La estancia fue genial, está muy bien situado y es muy acogedor .

  Se hace pesado la escalera estrecha del 4 piso despues de estar andando por Paris, por lo demas bien.

  close proximity to Eiffel Tower, easy access to the Metro and lots of dining options literally outside the apartment door. The owner was very accommodating when our travel plans changed and we were able to get into the apartment earlier in the day.

  The apartment is in a really good location and has good amenities. The stairs were a struggle with the suitcase, there are 72 steps to the apartment so would not be suitable for anybody struggling with mobility. The DVD player did not work as it was not connected to the tv and this was reported to ...both contacts but nothing happened. We had a lovely stay in Paris.  

  Alles in bester Ordnung. Nichts auszusetzen.

  Die Lage war perfekt! Die Treppen waren wirklich eine Herausforderung aber mit meinem kleinen Koffer vollkommen Okay!

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden und angenehm überrascht.

  dalla finestra della cucina si vede la punta della torre Eiffel ,ubicazione ottima, la metro è molto vicina , ci sono negozi e super mercati la persona di contatto molto simpatica e disponibile (C). Ci tornerei volentieri

  Muy acogedor y práctico. Esta bien situado muy cerca de la torre Eifel y del metro. Tiene centros comerciales, bares y restaurantes cerca. Zona tranquila y segura. El propietario muy atento y siempre disponible.

  Son cuatro pisos por escalera. Realmente sólo molesta el día de llegada y de salida por las valijas. El resto se sube una o a lo sumo dos veces por dia asi que no es demasiada molestia.

  Die Wohnung war direkt an einer Kneipengasse gelegen und wirklich super zentral. Der Eiffelturm und viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man zu fuß sehr gut erreichen. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, hübsch eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Immer wieder gerne :)

  Super lage, billig etwas staubig alles

  El chico que nos recibió súper amable, nos indicó todas las cosas a visitar y con que deberíamos tener cuidado. El apartamento tiene una muy buena ubicación, a 10 minutos de la torre Eiffel y a 5 de la estación de metro de ecole militaire. Debajo del apartamento hay un súpermercado bastante ...barato. Respecto al apartamento decir que esta reformado, que es un bloque antiguo en un 4 piso con unas escaleras algo icomodas. El cuarto de baño nuevo y limpio al igual que la cocina. La cama cómoda, aun que las sabanas no estaban completamente limpias, ya que tenían algunas manchas. Por lo demás, todo genial.  

  C, el responsable ha sido muy amable.La situación es perfecta a 5 minutos del metro y 10 minutos de la Torre Eiffel.El apartamento es pequeñito pero para dos es ideal, sugerencia: quitar el sofa pequeño y poner un mueble más grande para la ropa porque el armario es pequeñito (para verano bien ...pero para invierno lo veo justito).Zona buena y muy tranquila de día y de noche, con varios servicios cerquita.Alguna queja: m,jorar un poco la limpieza, el resto está muy bien.Recomendarlo? Sin duda. 

  Die Lage der Wohnung war wirklich super, Bäcker und Supermarkt beide in 50 m zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kontaktperson Carlos war auch sehr nett, Französischkenntnisse sind aber von Vorteil ;)

  all the things were excellent, except the stair.4th floor without lift is very hard.

  Delightful communication with the owners, a true Parisian flat with a dreamy bedroom and a superb location(cafes, shops&bars pretty much at the doorstep and the Eiffel Tower around the corner).

  The location of the apartment is fantastic. The tower is 5-10 minutes away. Quick access to the metro and then apartment is surrounded by excellent cafes and bars. It's small but it was ideal especially as we barely spent anytime there. The bed was really comfortable too. C. who greeted us was ...fantastic, a lovely guy and made us feel very welcome. I would recommmend this apartment to everybody really. Thank you F. and C. for a wonderful stay. 

  Wunderschönes und sauberes Apartment mit einer super Lage. Man ist in ca. 5-10 Minuten am Eiffelturm und um das Apartment sind viele Restaurant. Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt nebenan. Aufjedenfall empfehlenwert!! Wir würden das Apartment aufjedenfall wieder buchen.

  Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle und die Metro ist um die Ecke und der Eiffelturm ist nur ca. 5min entfernt.Rechts vom Apartment ist ein Monoprix, wo man sich gut mit Lebensmittel versorgen kann.Auswärts essen und trinken gibt es auch in jeder Straße in der Nähe.Da wir am ...letzten Tag sehr früh abreisen mussten und um diese Uhrzeit keine Bahn fuhr, hat uns unsere Kontaktperson netterweise vorher ein Taxi bestellt. =)Da das Apartment im 4. Stock gelegen ist, war es ein ganz gutes "Workout" für uns. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner angenehmer Aufenthalt. 

  Todo perfecto, la ubicación inmejorable y el departamento tiene todo lo necesario y más...lo único malo es que no tiene ascensor pero vale la pena...el propietario excelente, el primer día hubo un problema con el agua y nos alquilo una habitación de hotel muy bueno y se encargó de todo...muy recomendable

  Eccellent location. The apartment was little, but confortable and clean. We reccomend this apartment.

  Apartment was horribly dirty, not clean at all, couldn’t use kitchen because the plates were mouldy, wanted to vacuum the carpet however the hoover was smelly, carpet in bedroom dirty, bedding seemed clean, shower not draining so standing in water. Was so bad we went to a hotel for the lest night.

  Es un apartamento que recomendamos alquilar dado que es muy bonito y a buen precio. Además está situado en una zona tranquila y relativamente cerca de la Torre Eiffel. PD: Es un espacio ideal para aprovecharlo en buena compañía

  El apartamento era más pequeño de lo que hacía suponer las fotos. Un cuarto piso sin ascensor, bastante incómodo acceder. Ahora bien, la recepción fue perfecta, estaba todo en perfecto estado, limpio y ordenado, y el trato, exquisito. Está ubicado en un sitio interesante para conocer no sólo ...la parte monumental de la ciudad, sino la ciudad misma, su vida y ambiente.  

  It would have been helpful to know the code for the door and which apartment on the fourth floor that I was going to. I never did receive the text that might have included that information. The location of the apartment was perfect! More communication on how to get into the building and find the apartment.

  Typical apartment size for Paris, but for two people it's perfect! Best location 5 min from the Tower and centered for all major sights. No lift was not a problem for me but if you hate stairs, it's on the 4th floor. Great apartment and I'll stay again if in Paris. Communication with the owner was great!

  We loved the apartment. Perfect for 2 people. Comfortable bed, good shower and equipped kitchen. Everything was in working order. The neighborhood was excellent; food markets and cafes nearby. The only thing that I didn't care for was the hike up the stairs without a lift. Otherwise, a perfect apartment! Thank you Fabien!

  Me gustó mucho el apartamento, pequeño pero bueno para una estadía de 3 o 4 noches en París. Lo mejor es que está súper céntrico, a pasos caminando de la Torre Eiffel. Ideal para jovenes ya que queda en un cuarto piso y no cuenta con ascensor. La ubicación, la atención de C. la persona que trabaja con F.

  Todo excelente. Ubicación y atención y todo.

  The apartment is in a great location for sight seeing. The apartment is on the 4th floor and the stairs are steep, so be ready for the climb. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Coffee shop and grocery store close nearby.

  Apart from location this appartment falls well below any reasonable persons expectations - peeling paint - exposed wiring -heaters don't work - not that you would risk turning themon - overall very poor accommodation - take our advice and stay someplace else

  Owner was great and very friendly. Good location if you don't mind a few stairs.
